Abstract

Business strategy is the direction of actions or a series of decisions that assist entrepreneurs in achieving specific goals. It is a combination of all the decisions made from the actions taken by entrepreneurs to achieve business goals and to secure a competitive position in the market. The increasingly fierce business competition during the pandemic has prompted companies to have the right strategies to excel in competition with other companies or to sustain their business. This research focuses on companies operating in the food, seasoning, and beverage processing industry, with PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk as the sample. Founded as PT Panganjaya Intikusuma in 1990, the company has engaged in various business activities since the early 1980s. This writing aims to determine how PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk executes its business strategy using SWOT analysis in business development. The SWOT method is employed to describe and select the right strategies for the company's competitiveness. The result is that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk consistently develops its business with a focus on market strategy to ensure the company's well-functioning and stability amid increasingly intense competition. Abstract

Turnover intention is an employee's desire to leave an organization that has not been realized in a definite action to leave the organization where the employee is. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on turnover intention at Green Terrace Tegallalang. The number of respondents is 38 employees (saturated sampling). Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature and documentation. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test (partial regression), and F test (simultaneous regression). The results found a negative and significant effect of organizational culture (X1) on employee turnover intention (Y). there is a negative and significant effect of job satisfaction (X2) on employee turnover intention (Y). there is a negative and significant effect of organizational culture (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on employee turnover intention (Y) at Green Terrace Tegallalang. Abstract

Abstract: Many Madurese-owned stalls or retail shops with similar facades, items, prices, and opening 24/365 in major cities across Indonesia have gone viral on social media, making them an intriguing retail chain phenomenon to investigate. At a glance, this phenomenon opposes conventional strategic management, which emphasizes competitive advantage. This qualitative study uses observation, interviews, and document analysis to gain insight into the strategic management paradigm was held in Surabaya and Madura. The results show that these retail stores are sporadic in nature, not retail chains. No coherent management strategy has been planned, applied, or assessed. The Madurese genius loci that becomes their philosophy of living, when put into practice, gives rise to a novel approach to corporate strategy. Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the moderating impact of gender on the relationship between investment interest among students and the influence of financial literacy, demographic factors, risk perception, and financial behavior. This is a quantitative study employing primary data, specifically information extracted directly from the responses of the participants. In this investigation, samples comprised ninety respondents. The methodology employed in this study is the multiple linear regression examination of the data. Demographic factors and financial behavior, in addition to financial literacy and risk perception, have a positive and statistically significant impact on the investment interest variable among students, according to the findings of this study. In contrast, the relationship between investment interest and the impacts of financial literacy, demographic factors, risk perception, and financial behavior remains unaffected by gender. Abstract

The increasing knowledge of the public about digital TV, the government in 2022 decide analog TV migrates to digital or can be called analog switch off (ASO). The purpose of this study is to analyze enjoyment, perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and continuance intention. In this study use a quantitative approach aimed at testing the predetermined hypothesis. The population used is vidio.com’s app users in the Bekasi region, and the total sample in this study is 120 samples. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results from the study found that the higher the influence of enjoyment and perceived usefulness, the higher the level of customer satisfaction. The increase in customer satisfaction, the higher the influence of continuance intention. Enjoyment and perceived usefulness does not affect continuance intention. Customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between enjoyment and continuance intention. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of enjoyment on continuance intention and the effect of perceived usefulness on continuance intention.

Abstract

Abstract : Current consumer demand for fast food (fast food) has increased. Fast food restaurants are one of the food service companies that are in demand by consumers in big cities, one of which is restaurants with foreign brands. However, this is inversely proportional to the people in Pasuruan City, where restaurants with foreign brands sometimes get a bad response,due to the emergence of public skepticism that questions the halalness of a product.This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image and halal labeling on purchasing decisions for pizza hut products in Pasuruan city. The population used by the people of Pasuruan City who have purchased pizza hut products more than once. The technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 60 respondents. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = - 0.247 + 0.734X1 + 0.289X2 , the results of this study indicate that brand image and halal labeling have a value of Fcount > F table, namely 75,457 > 3,155 and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The brand image variable has a tcount > ttable value, namely 11,744 > 2,002 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, while halal labeling has a tcount > ttable value, namely 8,867 > 2,002 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that brand image and halal labeling have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Job satisfaction among employees is important because high job satisfaction will result in a positive attitude toward workers, which will have an impact on improving company performance. Job satisfaction is not an independent aspect; however, there are several factors that influence both the external aspect (in the form of compensation, the internal aspect in the form of self-efficacy, and the employee’s relationship with work in the form of work-life balance. This study aims to determine the effects of compensation, self-efficacy, and work-life balance on the job satisfaction of PT employees. Delami Brand Kharisma Busana in Surabaya. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of all PT employees. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana in Surabaya collected primary data using a Likert scale questionnaire. The variables used were compensation (X1), self-efficacy (X2), work–life balance (X3), and job satisfaction (Y). The data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 software. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the compensation variable (X1), self-efficacy (X2), and work-life balance (X3) on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana is from Surabaya; thus, the coefficient of determination obtained was 51.2% of the independent variables used in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, non-physical work environment, and locus of control on the job satisfaction of Yamaha Waja Motor Sentral Gianyar employees. The population and sample in this research were all employees of Yamaha Waja Motor Sentral Giansar, with a total of 42 people. The saturated sampling method was used, where the entire population was used as the research sample. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The test techniques used were research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results obtained in this research are as follows: organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significantly on employee job satisfaction, locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and the organizational culture of the non-physical work environment and locus of control has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given are that leaders can emphasize their employees to control their attitudes when carrying out work. Abstract

Human Resources are required to organize and manage the Company. Companies have to improve the quality of human resources training, starting from selection, training and job rotation. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Selection, Training and Job rotation on Employee Performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama. This research uses descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 73 employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially Islamic selection did not affect the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which was indicated by the calculated T value of 0.454>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.651>0.05. Training has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which is indicated by the T value of 4.081>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Work rotation has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which is indicated by the T value of 5.478>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously all independent variables (Islamic Selection, Training and Job rotation) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama. The results showed no influence between Islamic Selection on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, the company should optimize the selection process during interviews, and also be more thorough in the administrative process. Also increase employee training and rotation so that the performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama employees can increase.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on the purchase intention for Avoskin skincare products on the Shopee marketplace. The participants in this study were active female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, for the Class of 2020. The sample comprises 100 respondents. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth and brand image both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The novelty of this study was the focus on the effect of electronic WOM and brand image on the purchase intention of Avoskin skincare products on Shope using a sample of female students at Makassar State University. The theoretical implications enrich the literature on the factors that influence purchase intention on e-commerce. Practical implications help Avoskin develop effective marketing strategies for Shopee by managing positive reviews and building a strong brand image.
