Abstract

: The emergence of instantaneous products has a major impact on people's perspectives and behavior. Many people do not want to be difficult in owning a house, so many companies use this great opportunity to build a medium business engaged in developers. The business undertaken began with the use of own capital, which has now expanded to larger businesses aimed at supporting the government's "One Million Houses" program. The sharia marketing strategy that is applied prioritizing the sharia element brings a lot of blessing, this has a major impact on increasing consumer response and blessing profit profits. Initially using a promotional strategy through print media was considered less effective. And now increasingly expanding its wings by using a Facebook account as a means of accurate promotion right to make it easier to convey business product information to the wider community. In this case the researchers used the research method "Qualitative Descriptive Analysis" with the technique of collecting data "observation, and documentation".

Abstract

Human resources is one important factor for the survival of a company or institution, because with the management of human resources the performance process of a company or institution can run well so that it supports the achievement of the vision, mission and objectives of the company. Along with the times of rapid economic development has led to many companies that no longer pay attention to Islamic values in the daily activities of the company in order to achieve corporate goals. This research aims to find out and analyze how the implementation of Islamic values on daily life employee day. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that in daily life every employee of the company has adopted Islamic values where every female employee who is Muslim is required to wear the hijab, besides that during prayer hours all employees go to the mosque provided by the company and the company make recitation routine every month.

Abstract

There are so many cases related to women's rights that have not been touched by law with no assistance, for example; cases of violence against women, sexual harassment, pornography, porno-action which in this case involve the public. Then also in the form of private (civil) marriages, inheritance, parenting rights, neglect of women's rights in divorce, iddah, mut'ah, marital properties, rights of living, custody, including civil rights related to birth certificates that are still has a legal vacuum. There has been an increasing in divorce cases by 2,000 cases in 2018 and 2019. In 2020 this even increased from the previous two years, divorce cases until the end of August 2020, had reached 1,934 cases. This is certainly will increase until the end of December 2020. It shows that the rights and protection of women in the household have not been fulfilled. Aisyiyah needs to increase the role in this legal assistance.The methodology used to determine the commitment of the Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah Medan in providing legal assistance and guidance for women by distributing questionnaires to all branches of Aisyiyahin Medan. The respondent’s answers to the questions listed in the questionnaire were processed into data and analyzed and then concluded in this paper.The results of the questionnaire indicated that guidance in the field of law for women in Medan was continuously carried out. The implementation of the mentoring and coaching is scheduled to be carried out in the recitation of all branches of 'Aisyiyahin Medan. However, based on the observations, there is needed for evaluation in terms of several material aspects and their implementation. These commitments willcontinuously in the form of litigation and non-litigation, also conducting socialization of laws and legal counseling related to protecting women's rights. Totally there are 30 branches of 'Aisyiyah in Medan who were coordinated under the Law and Human Rights Council provided socialization and legal counseling which was carried out in rotation at the recitation of the'Aisyiyah.Keywords: Commitment, 'Aisyiyah, Coaching, Legal Assistance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the legal protection for victims of rape, to find out the protection of Victims in terms of victimology, and to find out the obstacles in the protection of rape Victims. Based on the nature of the research, The research leads Juridical normative legal research that is research Aimed at analyzing the rules of law regulations. The basic idea of protection against rape Crime Victims is due to the Suffering experienced by rape crime viktims and does not require a short amount of time to be Able to recover them, so law enforcement Officials are obliged to provide protection against rape Victims who are implemented to the legislation as legal products in favor of the victim. Protection of the Victims of rape in terms of victimization that the victim is still treated as an object, not a subject that must be heard and respected in his legal rights. The mostly still the make women victim of rape victim a second time (revictimization) for the cases the experienced. Victims are still Often blamed and not given as much protection as what is needed, namely about assistance by a psychologist to recover mentally and traumatized over Incidents of rape. Constaints in the protection of rape Victims in terms of victimization are internal and external barriers. Internal barriers in the form of the many parties Involved from various institution and the extent of funding activivites create Difficulties in conducting supervision of the implementation of each activity. While the external obstacle is the bureaucracy that is related to not being a priority issue that is brought up among policy makers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student motivation and learning outcomes through direct learning strategies in Islamic religious education at SMP PAB 1 Klumpang. This research is a classroom action research of 40 people, which is carried out with steps, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques through tests, observations, questionnaires and documentation. The technique of data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions/verification. While the technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data is carried out by increasing persistence, triangulation and checking of members, discussions with colleagues, and extension of observations. The result of this research is that the students' learning motivation in SMP PAB I Klumpang has increased after using direct learning strategies, namely in the first cycle the increase in student motivation reaches 82.38% while the increase in student motivation in the second cycle reaches 86.23%. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Students, Direct Learning Strategy

Abstract

: The diversity of ethnicities, culture and language in Indonesia is the reality of history and socio-cultural. Concerning the phenomenon, this paper explores some issues on teacher's role in building togetherness in multicultural and multilingual education applied in elementary school. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive. And the data will be analyzed by using the Miles and Huberman technique (reduction, display, verification). The research informants were a girl student of the fourth class, teachers, and the headmaster of SDIT Lukmanul Hakim Langsa, Aceh. The findings suggest that the teachers of SDIT Lukmanul Hakim Langsa understood the students' needs, and they were able to build students' togetherness in their class and school environment. From its understanding of multilingual education, it can be found that an Arabic teacher knew the children's needs for the initial stage of multilingual education, especially considering students' ages 7 to 12 years. Therefore, the teacher used the game learning to attract the students needs and attention. They are natives in their mother tongue (L1) and Bahasa Indonesia as the national language (L2). Furthermore, multilingual education has been implemented in this SDIT concerning its importance and relation to the existing values for future development.Keywords: The role of teachers, multicultural, multilingual education

Abstract

Millnieal era is closely related to technology which cause changing in thought, behaviour and social life of human being. This is happened to almost all of human life, and no nation can avoid it. There are many negative things appear if this technology is not well managed, mainly in the learning process which is tightly connected to manner and moral. One of many ways to anticipate the negative impact of millenial era is through the role of the Islamic teachers. Since it has been said in Quran, we have to be ready to face the technology advances. To make Islam as part of students daily life, it needs a management system that can answer the social problems in technology through the learning process. Therefore, the application of technology in learning management is expected to be able to give a suitable learning patterns; put forwards the technology, yet not leaving the moral, ethic and culture of politeness of Indonesian, which, as the result, is in harmony with the National Educations goal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the contents of Islamic religious education (PAI) grade I and II elementary schools published by Erlangga and Yudhistira, related; conformity with curriculum, concept truth, language truth, truth Illustration / media and language / sentence suitability with the age of Early Childhood. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using two approaches, namely; text approach and context approach. In addition, the content analysis method is also used. The results showed that: The contents of the four books are in accordance with the curriculum containing KI 1, KI 2, KI 3, and KI 4. The text and sentences used did not meet the standard rules of Indonesian grammar, the sentences presented were very few using punctuation like; capital letters are not used significantly, (this is found in class I books while class II books are in accordance with Indonesian rules). Illustration / media is quite adequate and very coloring pages by pages of books, both for classes I and II. However, when confirmed between statements or orders, or questions, and illustrations made, it is not appropriate. The use of language and sentences, for grade I books, does not address the age aspects of children. Where, the sentences used are too long, many use words that are classified as high for elementary school age children in grade I. while grade II can be said to be standard. The use of Arabic sentences will not be able to be read by children, if they are not fluent in reading the Koran.

Abstract

The research aims to find the foundation of cooperatives in the Islamic economy as well as the role of sharia supervisory board in determining sharia cooperatives and their realization of sharia cooperative products, as well as looking at the course of sharia cooperative activities from the point of view of analysis of Islamic economic perspectives. This research method uses qualitative and descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used in this research are using interviews, observations, and documentation. With the data source, the primary data of the interview principal data and secondary data observe the results of the realization of the implementation of sharia products provided by the sharia cooperative light madaniBinjai. The results of this study show the role of sharia supervisory board in providing advice and advice to the board and supervisors and supervising KSPPS activities to comply with sharia principles, assess and ensure the fulfillment of sharia principles on operational guidelines and products issued by KSPPS, supervise the development of new products, request a fatwa to DSN-MUI for new products that have not been fatwa.Keywords: Role, Statutory Provisions, Sharia

Abstract

Using the smartphones is very important for everyone, not only limited to adults but also children. Given the current conditions that are currently in a period of a pandemic, the government calls for a learning process from home. Likewise, adults who work from home to reduce the impact of covid transmission 19. All government policies that require people to work or study from home inevitably make most people have to use smartphones to work or to carry out the learning process. This makes people not separated from smartphones and certainly will have a serious impact on the lives of individuals, especially children, which can lead to smartphone addiction (smartphone addiction). Smartphone addiction is a smartphone attachment behavior accompanied by a lack of control and harms the individual. Children who have the task of developing learning while playing at their age, are currently losing playing time, and are only busy with smartphones to do their playing activities because from smartphones there are many interesting things or content that can make children feel at home and take a long look at the spectacle on their smartphone Keywords: Smartphone addiction, family, parents.
