Abstract

During the covid-19 outbreak, there was a drastic decrease in income with living expenses that still had to be met, causing people to finally decide to take out loans to meet their daily needs. This also happened to the people of South Kalimantan, where there were cases of illegal online loans that violated sharia economic law in various aspects. This paper examines the importance of disseminating sharia economic law during the covid-19outbreak.This topic is theoretically and practically important in legal culture. Public Understanding of the opportunities and threats of online loans cannot be separated from the intensity of dissemination and counseling carried out to society.This research combinesempirical legal analysis with survey method to see how the opportunities and threats of online loans are according to South Kalimantan's people. The results of this study will show that public welfare and the principle of legal fiction must be supported by the dissemination of law to the entire public of South Kalimantan.Keywords: Online Loan; Disseminating Sharia; Economic Law

Abstract

This study discusses the theory of principles of thought and the general vision of education brought by Ibn Taymiyah. The whole thought of Ibn Taymiyah in education is built based on the primary reference of the Muslim ummah, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Such thinking became one of the forms of response in solving problems that occurred in his time through the approach of education. To obtain this research, the authors used the approach of Library Research. Ibn Taymiyah's principles of educational thinking emphasize the aspects of aqeedah and Tawheed which are the basis in seeking knowledge. The results of this discourse are that the principle of Ibn Taymiyah's thought emphasizes the aspects of aqeedah and Tawheed. There are used as a shield and direction in specific guidance on educational activities. Making al-Fitrah or the heart as the truth in guiding knowledge, tawheed education as a form of glorifying Allah Swt, and the human tabi'at who always worship their Lord. This is implemented into three aspects of the general vision of education, including (1) The individual vision, (2) the social vision, and (3) the vision of Islamic da'wah.Keywords: Ibn Taymiyyah, The Principles of Thought, The General Vision of Education

Abstract

In order to narrow the spread of Covid-19, the Indonesian government has made a policy by implementing social distancing at every level of society, including learning activities at the elementary and secondary school levels. This policy certainly has an impact on education in Indonesia, especially on the learning process in schools. Schools were closed but learning activities continued by switching to online learning. This policy certainly has an impact on education in Indonesia, especially on the learning process in schools. Schools were closed but learning activities continued by switching to online learning. some of the obstacles faced, namely not all schools find a way out and immediately take action to maximize the online teaching and learning process. Data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by examining all data collected from observations, interviews and documentation. The conclusions from this study are: The strategy created by the teacher in maximizing Islamic Religious Education learning during the covid 19 pandemic is the most effective way to increase student interest in learning and maximize the learning process by using available media, more effective and more enjoyable.Keywords: Learning Strategy, Covid 19, Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

The contents of this article show that Intercultural Communication as a Means of Acculturation in improving social life in the realm of modern urban education uses interpersonal communication, such as greeting each other with fellow students or fellow educators. In the communication that occurs between fellow students and educators with different cultural backgrounds, it can be seen from the very striking cultural acculturation. Another factor, the culture brought by the ruralization with the existing urbanized society is the mutual respect among elements of society which is highly upheld. So the regional tendency has begun to fade and has begun to form a new culture but without losing the original culture. A habit that is brought is very visible as a way of communication activity between rural students and urban students. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Liquidity (Current Ratio), Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio) and Activity (Total Asset Turnover and Inventory Turnover) on Return on Assets, either partially or simultaneously in metal and metal companies. similar types that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The approach used in this study is to use an associative approach and the type of data used is quantitative. The population were 17 metal companies and the sample 8 metal companies and the like using pureposive sampling technique. Observations were carried out for 5 years starting from 2016 to 2020. The data collection technique used in this study was a documentation study. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination Test. Data in this study using Software SPSS(Statistics Package for the SocialSciens)version 23. Results of this study concluded that the partial Current Ratio positive and significant effect on Return on Assets. Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets, Debt to Asset Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets. Total Asset Turnover has no positive and insignificant effect on Return on Assets, and Inventory Turnover has no positive and insignificant effect on Return on Assets. Meanwhile, Simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Inventory Turnover have a significant effect on Return on Assets in metal and similar companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Inventor Turnover and Return on Assets

Abstract

This study describes the cash flow ratio to measure the financial performance of PT. Jaya Beton Indonesia. The author uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from 2010-2014. The research approach used is a quantitative descriptive approach, namely data in the form of numbers that are processed using certain calculation methods so as to provide a clear picture of the problems that have to do with cash flow ratios. The ratios used are Operating Cash Flow Ratio (AKO), Cash Coverage Ratio to Current Debt (CKHL), Capital Expenditure Ratio (PM), and Total Debt Ratio (TH). From the results of research on financial performance, the Operating Cash Flow Ratio (AKO) in 2012-2014 was below one, which means that there is a possibility that the company will not be able to pay its current liabilities. In the Capital Expenditure Ratio (PM) if it is lower, it indicates the low ability of operating cash flows to finance capital expenditures. And the ratio of Total Debt (TH) if the lower indicates the company has a capability that is less than the normal operating activities of the company.Keywords: Financial performance, Cash Flow Ratio.

Abstract

The holder of exclusive intellectual property rights is a legal subject who has special rights because the holder can make, use, sell, import, export, lease, deliver and distribute all of his work. This enormous power is very close to the nature of a prohibited monopoly in perspective Anti-monopoly Law and Business Competition. This study aims to explain the legal position of the exclusive right holder of intellectual property rights and to find out the anti-monopoly legal arrangements for the holders of exclusive intellectual property rights.This research is a normative juridicalresearch with descriptive analysis with a statutory approach that uses secondary data and is analyzedqualitatively. The position of exclusive intellectual property rights is clearly regulated in the Copyright Law, Patent Rights, Trademark Rights, Industrial Design Rights, Integrated Circuit Layout Design Rights and Trade Secrets.Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Business Competition that there are several monopolies that are allowed, namely in the form of actions or agreements aimed at implementing applicable laws and agreements. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role and responsibilities of teachers in implementing character building in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ikhlas Panyabungan. This study is a field research (field research) using descriptive qualitative approach. The population consisted of all teachers Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ikhlas Panyabungan 30 people, and the sample 57 teachers in class XII. Methods of data collection in this study used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The research result is the existence of insufficient learning facilities, extra-curricular activities. The participation of teachers in routine activities is required such as the implementation of the prayers in the mosque and spontaneous activities, such as giving sanction to students who are late, make slogans that can affect students for good character. Character education is defined as moral education, character values, moral education and character education which has the aim of developing a person's ability to be able to make good and bad decisions, realizing a share in all aspects of life. Abstract

This study examines the Human Network in the Economic Sector through Islamic Studies Towards an Advanced Society after the Covid 19 Pandemic which is influenced by several factors, namely new opportunities, spending savings, acceleration of Islamic economic recovery, work system patterns, short courses training programs, education, entrepreneurship. . This study aims to provide an overview and analyze how to approach Islamic economic studies in answering economic problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic towards a developed society. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The findings from this study reveal that every family will save on spending, the model of the work system in the future will change, holding entrepreneurial training programs such as culinary and others and culinary will certainly not be lonely, of course according to the choice of culinary type, families must be able to produce education with graduates independent and contribute to society and families must be able to answer the needs and challenges of competency-based learning methods, entrepreneurship can also be entrepreneurship soft skills. The conclusion in this study is the development of entrepreneurial competence using the coaching method. And to address real-world challenges using the business partnership model. Abstract

Academic stress should became the concern for school management, because it could affect the various things, mainly student achievement. Covid-19 become one of the source of stress not only for students but also for all societies. This study aims to determine the reasons of academic stress in Islamic boarding school students and to find out the method to deal with it. This study used qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were six students of two Islamic boarding schools in Ponorogo, East Java. The results of this study indicate that several factors influence the academic stress of Islamic boarding school students, including lack of access to outside the school or dormitory environment which makes students feel homesick, feeling bored with their routines, and worries about getting sick because it will have an impact on isolation. This reasons made it difficult for students to focus on learning so that solutions were needed to reduce their academic stress. The strategy used by Islamic boarding schools is provide interesting activities for students, such as sports, artistic activities, language development, and others. So that the academic stress among students can be reduced or even prevented.Keywords: Academic Stress, Covid-19, Islamic Boarding School, Student.
