Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of emotional intelligence in Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to find out about emotional intelligence in Islamic education and to recognize and overcome difficult situations before they become difficult. This research uses qualitative, descriptive methods and also case studies with observation data collection techniques. In addition, the data is also presented using a descriptive approach in the form of words and writings to clarify the data collected and analyzed. After researching emotional intelligence in Islamic education, namely that emotional intelligence does not only mean being friendly. At certain times it may be necessary not to be friendly, but to be firm in matters that are not by following per under the regulations or unpleasant things to reveal the truth that has been avoided so far. In the context of Islamic education, emotional and spiritual intelligence is the realization of a state of soul and conscience that is clean from diseases such as arrogance, pride, arrogance, revenge, envy, and so on. Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of maqashid sharia on the nasab status of children out of wedlock. In the midst of society there is still a lot of confusion about the lineage status of children out of wedlock, so this paper discusses the determination of the lineage of children out of wedlock and what is the purpose of sharia in determining it. This paper is a literature study using the istinbat al-law maqasidus shari'ah method. The research data were collected from the literature relevant to these problems. Then analyzed using descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of the study concluded that children out of wedlock according to the perspective of Islamic law are linked only to their mother and mother's family based on the hadith of the Prophet SAW. According to the maqasid as-shari'ah perspective, the purpose of establishing the law is to maintain the existence of marriage and prohibit adultery and punish adulterers and all the consequences arising from these actions are daruriyah needs in maintaining offspring.Keywords: nasab, child out of wedlock, maqas (is shariah)

Abstract

Mangosteen peel can be processing into syrup to immunity increasing and prevent many diseases suffered by the people of Indonesia and abroad. Empowerment of (MSMEs) Indonesian Farmer Groups enterpreneur (FGE), Karacak Village, Cengal Bogor Regency is doing by maximizing guidance and assistance by Stakeholders of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as ongoing to MSMEs facilitate as financially and non-financially. The biggest obstacles are the initial capital as wages for the early stage workers of UMKM, the cost of administering the BPOM and the Halal label. Accordancing with capital business theories is not the end of the business running but it is only part of the smoothly roadblocks. Therefore, Indonesian MSMEs will be continue product quality developing, wider marketing, strengthening of human resources and administration completing to be bigger from home made into a big industry. The new product of Indonesian MSMEs developed by UMKM is syrup (Health Mangosteen Syrup). The difference between Health Mangosteen Syrup with Marjan Syrup and ABC Syrup is the raw materials higher in dosage and non preservative. The Self life of Health Mangosteen Syrup products is doing by traditional trials for one year. In addition to immunity increasing, Health Mangosteen Syrup has the function are weight losing, controlling of blood sugar levels, skin health maintaining, cancer disease preventive, relieving of arthritis, heart health, brain, mental health, and digestive health maintaining. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and promotion on Loyalty of Online Transportation Service Users (Grab) during the covid 19 pandemic (study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra) either partially or simultaneously.The approach in this study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra who used online transportation services (Grab). The sampling technique in this study used the zikmund formula so that a sample of 100 people was obtained. The data collection techniques used the questionnaire distribution method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS 21 analysis tool.Based on the results of the study indicate that promotion has a significant influence on customer loyalty of online transportation services users (Grab) on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. Pricse has a significant effect on customer loyalty of online transportation services users (Grab) on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. Promotions and prices have a significant influence on customer loyalty using online transportation services (Grab) for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra.Keyword: Keywords: Price, Promotion, Loyalty

Abstract

: Online learning is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students,which is carried out online using the internet network. For more than two years, students have been forced to carry out online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With the Covid-19 pandemic, some students complained because they felt that online learning was less effective. Many distractions that make their learning process is not optimal. The problem in this research is how to increase student interest in after Covid-19 pandemic student learning at Sd Muhammadiyah 04 Binjai. The purpose of this study was to describe the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers to increase student interest in learning at Sd Muhammadiyah 04 Binjai. The benefits of this research are expected to increase the witers insight and insight about the strategy of Islamic Religius Education teacher on interest in learning at Sd Muhammadiyah 04 Binjai. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of this study were teachers and students at Sd Muhammadiyah 04 Binjai. Abstract

GrabBike is a passenger transportation service which in its operational activities is directly related to consumers, customer satisfaction must be very concerned in order to maintain a good impression for consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion on consumer satisfaction, to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction and to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the online transportation service GrabBike. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were UMSU students while the sample that met the criteria for sampling the observations made was 100 people using the Quota Sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t-test and F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Partially, it is known that promotions have a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with GrabBike's online transportation service. Partially, it is known that service quality has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with GrabBike's online transportation service. Simultaneously, it is known that promotion and service quality together have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction with GrabBike's online transportation service..Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to examine the understanding of the concept of Darul Ahdi Wasyahadah at the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah City of Medan, While the object of this research is the elements of the leadership in the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah City of Medan. The formulation of this research problem is how to understand the Concept of Pancasila State as Darul Ahdi Wasyahadah at the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah City of Medan. For research methods using a qualitative approach with the type of case study research at the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah City of Medan. The results of this study reveal that the Concept of Pancasila State as Darul Ahdi Wasyahadah can be well understood by the leadership elements in the Medan City PDM, and the understanding of the concept has been done for muhammadiyah cadres and sympathizers in medan city in every pdm work program of Medan city. Abstract

               The purpose of this research is to see what kind of character strengthening can build students' character based on the value of Islamic education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and also quantitative research at SMAN 2 Bandar with data collection techniques of observation, interviews with teachers/principals. and accurate documentation based on valid data. In addition, the data is presented using a descriptive approach in the form of written words to clarify the data collected and analyzed. Character education models must be developed in schools based on religious education to make religious education the main subjects used to build student character. Religious education must teach religious attitudes and behavior. Another important aspect that needs to be considered in the framework of effective character building in schools is the vision, mission and goals of the school and togetherness. There is a program. clear and detailed covering all subjects and all teachers. There is support for facilities and special teams for the implementation of student character development programs..

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision through a collaborative approach based on hearing ability, ability to respond, self-efficacy, and altruistic attitude (M2EA) to the supervisor of madrasah aliyah in the ministry of the religion of Medan city. The subjects and objects of the study are supervisors, principals, and teachers at the Madrasah Aliyah Ministry of Religious Affairs of Medan City. Research is a form of research and development, where the approach is used through mixed methods with sequential explanatory techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical techniques for quantitative data, while qualitative data analysis uses broad and in-depth use of field data. The study findings explain that the academic supervision model through hearing ability, ability to respond, self-efficacy attitude and altruistic attitude (M2EA) must be carried out through several stages, namely: first, planning stage, gathering supervisors, principals, and teachers in the form of scientific meetings, to provide information about collaborative-based academic supervision using M2EA; second, the pre-supervised meeting stage, listening supervisors. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the creation of the universe with the Islamic Dynik Paradigm according to the Quran and the R12 Metamorep Theory in the 6 stages of the Covid economic era. The theory of R12 Metamorep is based on the formula R12 and the pattern of metamorphosis and reproduction period. R12 is the Roikhan-12 formula that develops the Initial Edge Concept. The Metamorphosis Pattern is found in the changes in the Butterfly from the beginning. The reproductive period occurs when there is a developing reproductive system. The Dynik paradigm refers to the content of scriptures according to truth and facts. This research was conducted in a desk study by collecting sources from scriptures, journals, books, and electronic media. The methodology used is Reflective Qualitative. The method used is metaphor and similarity. The results obtained are the Theory of Reproductive Metamorphosis R12 in the creation of the universe consisting of 6 stages. This stage is a combination of the butterfly life cycle plus the creature's breeding cycle according to the Quran Surah An-Naziat [97: 27-33. It starts with a dot-like egg that contains a high density of matter. Then there is a separation in the form of the Initial Edge Concept. The Dynik paradigm from QS 3.19 that every creation has an Islamic meaning will be a solution for the development of the theory of the creation of the universe that combines existing theory with the contents of the holy book of the Covid economic era.Keywords: Paradigm, Dynik, Metamorphic, Metamorphosis, Reproduction
