Abstract

This writing aims to find out what are the influences of philosophy on Islamic education. In line with the purpose of writing, the discussion of this article is: the nature of philosophy and Islamic education, the nature of philosophy islamic education, the principles and objectives of Islamic education, the role of teachers and the rights and obligations of students in Islamic education. The method used in writing this article is descriptive qualitative. The criteria for success are seen from the implementation of Islamic Education learning with the influence of Islamic philosophy. This can be seen from the way of thinking and understanding of educators and students towards the philosophy of Islamic education. It can be concluded that the influence of philosophy in Islamic education is as a knife of analysis on the problems of Islamic education, both theoretical and practical problems. Abstract

Diversity is an unavoidable destiny of God, and Indonesia is part of a nation that is rich in diversity. That is why multicultural issues are still relevant to be discussed. The most appropriate place to provide understanding and awareness about the importance of multiculturalism is through educational institutions. By using the literature study method, this paper will look closely at how to design an Islamic religious education curriculum with a multicultural perspective. The results of this study suggest that in order to internalize multicultural values in educational institutions, an Islamic religious education curriculum with a multicultural perspective is needed by making it a separate subject or inserting it into Islamic religious education subjects. Keywords: Curriculum, Study of Islamic Religious, multicultural

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of harokah in Islamic education which was initiated by Sayyid Qutb. By using library research method, this research produces several harokah ideas related to Islamic education. One of them is according to Sayyid Qutb, Education is the movement of one's life, every movement of one's steps is worship that must be decorated with the value of monotheism. The purpose of education also in the conception of harokah is how he becomes a servant of Abdullah and the caliph who should have the ability to become a politically literate person, which in the end also leads to an Islamic education curriculum that combines religious, social, political history and social education. Education is like harakat in ahruf hijaiyyah, sometimes it becomes fathah with firmness for a teacher, when he becomes a student let him be like harokat kasroh, be a person who is humble, and harakat dommah also directs to education it is like knowledge that must be practiced and taught in accordance with Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Sukun also refers to the meaning that sometimes to gain knowledge, we have to reflect and ask God, sukun does not mean death but is tabadulul a'mal or job change.Keywords: Sayyid Qutb, Islamic education, harakat, tabadulul a'mal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parenting on early childhood cognitive development in Tanjung Medan Utara Village. This type of research is quantitative with a population of early childhood in the village of Tanjug, North Medan as many as 38 children. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 2.5. The results of this study indicate that parenting practices applied to children in Tanjung Medan Utara Village are authoritarian parenting 16.1%, democratic parenting 25.0% and permissive parenting 7.2%. Then there is a relationship between parenting with the child's cognitive development. as evidenced by the Asymp 0.988 whose probability rate is below 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between parenting and cognitive development of children or with democratic parenting will provide good cognitive development, while children with authoritarian parenting will provide adequate or unfavorable development, so with permissive parenting.Keywords : Parenting Style, Early Childhood, Cognitive Development

Abstract

Introduction: Prayer is an obligation for every Muslim who has reached puberty and the practice of prayer will be held accountable for the first time in the hereafter. Psychologically, students still need to be given guidance on prayer worship by the teacher. Students at the age of 14 years or equivalent to junior high school students are vulnerable to bad influences, because students are still easily influenced by the environment, so that coaching is determined which emphasizes more on the affective aspect. Literature Review: Besides that, theoretically and prayer materials, so this prayer service is a special concern for teachers to implement prayer practices for students.Method: This research is a qualitative descriptive field research. The research method used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Sipirok. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis, namely reduction, describing the data and making conclusions based on the description of the data.The results of this study indicate that the PAI teacher's strategy towards students' prayer is carried out through: 1) Using the right approach, 2) providing motivation to students, 3) The teacher directing students to pray, 4) The teacher evaluating students in good prayer activities. Cultivation of student prayer is carried out by the teacher through: 1) Giving advice/guidance to students, 2) The teacher applies habituation in prayer 3) The teacher always reminds students to pray 4) The teacher becomes an example for students 5) The teacher gives rewards / gifts 6) The teacher give punishment.Regarding the obstacles in fostering student prayer services, namely: 1) Teachers, through mass media 2) Schools, the environment around the school can also affect students' prayer services, 3) Students, Like teachers, other factors also come from the student aspect including the nature of the students. owned by students.Keywords: Student Worship Development Strategy

Abstract

This study aims to prove the proposition that organization, leadership, and competence are important factors in forming a risk culture model to strengthen risk management in the context of Indonesia's Shariah Bank, particularly  Bank  Syariah  Mandiri. The authors will use a quantitative deductive approach to build a theoretical model, multiple hypotheses, and data to test the hypotheses in this study. Abstract

The types of crimes that destroy the foundations of the economic life of nations are increasingly flourishing. Money laundering is a new dimension of economic crime. Money laundering is a process carried out to change the results of criminal acts of corruption, narcotics, gambling, snuggling and other criminal acts by using banking services with the intention of hiding the origin of money. This study aims to further review the eradication of money laundering in Indonesia, which is regulated in Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Eradication and Prevention of Money Laundering. This research method is descriptive, using normative juridical legal research methods. The results of this study indicate that banks have a great responsibility in preventing and eradicating money laundering. For this reason, concrete steps are needed to identify, minimize and manage any risk originating from illicit money because it can threaten the viability of individual banking businesses and the financial industry as a whole. In this case, banks must have an effective audit mechanism and risk management mechanism and have sufficient resources to be able to comply with applicable regulations.Keywords: Money Laundering, Bank Accountability

Abstract

There have conclusions are vital for the building of paradigm of Islamic Education of Covid Psychotheraphy science that was work with Dutch East Indies Covid. This study tried to synthesis qualitative analysis of Islamic education of Covid Psychotherapy to explain real expertise. Technique of this analysis was qualitative meta synthesis. The approach utilized in this analysis was reciprocal translation, that tailored from meta anthropology. From the result, Islamic education of covid psychotheraphy was outlined as Techniques to unravel the clients issues and treating unhealthiness each mental, spiritual, moral, or physical by increasing the attention of God and obtaining back the shopper to God, in Islam Covid approach through steerage of sacred text and hadits. Its 3 varians of Islamic education of covid psychotheraphy: religious mysticism, worship psychotherapy, and spiritual steerage. Supposition regarding fitrah and tauhid found underlying all the concepts and follow of Islamic education of covid psychotheraphy in Dutch East Indies. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of offline learning assisted by the Serli practicum module on magnetic material on the learning outcomes of sixth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Binangga. The type of this research is quantitative research with experimental research type using Quasi Experiment method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects in this study were students of class VI SD Negeri 1 Binangga, totaling 23 people. There were 12 experimental class students and 11 control class students. Data retrieval was carried out using multiple choice questions, and data analysis used prerequisite tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test tests which were analyzed using SPSS Statistics Version 25. Based on the results of this study, it showed a significant value of 0.000 0,05 then accept the Ha hypothesis and reject Ho, meaning that the practicum module has an effect when used in improving student learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that there is an influence when using offline learning assisted by the Serli practicum module on magnetic material on the learning outcomes of sixth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Binangga.Keywords: Offline Learning, Serli Practicum Module, Magnet Material, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The aim is to protect national business. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the protection of domestic industries due to dumping in the Asean Economic Community according to the GATT-WTO provisions in Indonesia.This research is a type of normative research, where the main sources of legal materials are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials by collecting legal materials, both laws and regulations, scientific works of scholars as well as legal concepts, theories, opinions. legal opinions or findings. The legal materials are clarified according to their respective studies in accordance with the subject matter so that they can produce an answer to each problem.Presence of the MEA, Indonesia has the opportunity to take advantage of the advantages of domestic economies of scale as a basis for making profits. For this achievement. the government must formulate and determine integrated strategic steps by involving all components of the nation and stakeholders. The government must also intensify the socialization activities of the Asean Economic Community to the entire community, including the ranks of the bureaucracy in the regions aim of avoiding overlapping between national policies and regional policies that always base decision making based on regional autonomy.Keywords: Protection, Domestic Industry, MEA, GATT-WTO
