Abstract

Salah satu isu penting yang mengancam persatuan umat Islam adalah masalah bidah. Beberapa pihak yang saling berselisih adalah Ahlussunnah, Mutazilah, Khawarij, dan Murjiah, antara NU dan Muhammadiyah, antara Salafi, Wahabi, Ahmadiyah, dan sekte lainnya. Pada beberapa ritual atau aktivitas sosial, mereka mengklaim bahwa aktivitas mereka adalah satusatunya yang benar dan sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Ada dua posisi tentang bid'ah; Pertama, ulama yang mengandaikan semua bidah sesat. Posisi kedua, posisi agar bid'ah tidak sesat pada umumnya; sesat dan tercela (madzmumah), dan juga memuji bid'ah (mahmudah). Dari definisi yang berbeda, mereka juga memiliki metode yang berbeda untuk memahami proposisi (dalil), dan hampir pasti mereka tidak akan pernah bersatu. Jadi, yang harus dilakukan adalah memberi pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada ummat dari Muslim ekstremis yang sengaja menyesatkan dan mengubah pemahaman Muslim yang benar dan sejati..

Abstract

This paper seeks to describe Qanun Acehs provisions on Islamic dress in particular autonomous regions. The enactment of Muslim clothing in Aceh as a provision that is compared to other regions in Indonesia is an exciting theme reviewed in this article, significantly when it is associated with the existence of nonmuslim groups as a minority using the library research method this paper seeks to compare between the concept of dressing in Qanun No. 11 of 2002 and Human Rights. The methodological creation concluded that the implementation of Qanun dressed in Islamic dress does not violate human rights for a group of minorities in the area of Islamic sharia. Especially after the release of Law No. 18 of 2001 concerning Autonomy for Aceh, one of the distinctive areas can make special rules to create public order. In other words, the enactment of Qanun dressed in Islamic dress in the context of regional autonomy has been capable of procedure and is constitutional and not counterproductive to the conception of human rights.Keywords:dressing, nonmuslim, Aceh, human rights, comparative study

Abstract

The development of financial institutions is currently experiencing a significant increase, this can be seen from the increase in the number of offices of financial institutions, especially in Islamic banking. This development is certainly a challenge for financial institutions, to maintain the customers they have. However, there are also many Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banks that have lost their customers for various reasons. In this study, it has a specific goal , namely to see whether Islamic banks have implemented Customer Relations Management in maintaining and increasing the number of their customers. The object of research in this research is Bank Sumut KCPsy Multatuli. The method used for the completion of the research is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained, that Bank SUMUT KCPSy has implemented Customer Relationship Management, namely in the dimensions of people, processes and technology, so that many customers feel comfortable with the services provided at Bank SUMUT KCPSy Multatuli.Keywords: Customer Relationship Management, Customers, Loyalty

Abstract

The outbreak of the Corona virus (Covid-19) that has hit most countries in the world has left humanity in deep sadness and anxiety. Social distancing or what is commonly referred to as social distancing or physical distancing has been designed in such a way as to reduce direct interaction between the wider community, because every individual has the potential to be a carrier or transmit the virus and even become an infected patient without symptoms. Performance is the result or output of a process. Mulyasa further said that performance can be defined as work performance, work implementation, work achievement, work results or performance. The results of this study indicate that the average teacher performance in teaching using the work from home system only reaches 50%. Abstract

Community economic empowerment must be supported by empowerment, engineering, and conditioning strategies into tools to empower the people's economy, especially around pesantren. This article aims to analyze the implementation of financing programs and assistance to customers from Micro Waqf Bank in several regions in Indonesia. The method used is a library study by searching, reading, and reviewing research reports and library materials that contain the theories relevant to the research conducted. Abstract

This study aims to analyze changes in sharia financing and conventional credit according to economic activity per sectoral distribution of society, on the performance of Islamic banks and conventional banks in Indonesia. Data collection techniques by means of documentation studies. The data used in this study is secondary data taken and processed from the Indonesian Banking Statistics Report of the Financial Services Authority, 2005 to 2020. State Owned Banks Operations. The research uses the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) panel regression data analysis model and the Difference Test. The results of the panel research, leading indicators of profit for Islamic banks, in the agriculture, forestry, hunting and fishing sectors; manufacturing; electricity; construction; transportation; and conventional banks, in the manufacturing sector; construction; trades; restaurants and hotels; transportation, warehousing and communications; everything in the long run affects the profit The results of the Difference Test analysis, in Islamic Banks there are no significant differences in profit variables before and during Covid-19, Conventional Banks there are significant differences in profit variables before and during the Covid-19 pandemicKeywords: Covid-19, Bank, Credit, Profit.

Abstract

The conditions of many people nowdays is experiencing a slump, especially in finance field. This has an impact on public health conditions, namely the presence of people who are sick, unable to buy drugs or cannot meet their health care costs. To help and improve public health, it is necessary to empowerment cash waqf for people who cannot afford it.The research is normative juridical research. The data sources in this research is secondary data. The technique to collecting data is documentation study.Based on the research discovered that the empowerment of waqf can be done by distributing cash waqf to members of the unable community who are in a sick condition. The provision of cash waqf aims so that they can buy drugs or vitamins needed for health, as well as for the cost of treatment. Abstract

This research is a causal design research that aims to find out the influence of two or more variables. The variables used are free cash flow and firm size as independent variables and earnings management as the dependent variable on automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, simultaneously or partially. This research was conducted on 10 automotive companies from 2015 to 2020. The method used in this study is a multiple linear analysis technique. The results of the study show that there is a simultaneous influence between free cash flow and firm size on earning management. Abstract

. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the Medan City Elementary Education Council in developing the quality of education at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan is a formal educational institution in Medan City which is highly developed in terms of quality. This is indicated by the categorization of this educational institution as one of the leading schools and the many achievements achieved both formal and non-formal. The Educational Education Council from the central level to the branch level, namely as the organizer of business charities, programs, and activities in the field of Primary and Secondary Education in accordance with the policies of the Association. The Dikdasmen Council organizes, guides and supervises the development of education held in every Muhammadiyah school, including improving the quality of education. The efforts made by the Educational Education Council are to establish cooperative relationships with school principals. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Medan City Education Council has been carried out optimally. This is marked by a positive impact on the learning process and increased stimulation for students to perform both in formal and non-formal channels.Keywords : Dikdasmen, Education Quality Development, Educational Institutions

Abstract

Social Media is currently the most known, used, and loved by teenagers, especially students.  The most frequently used social media today are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.  Easy network access nowadays makes students or teenagers use social media freely without thinking about the positive and negative impacts of social media.  As the nation's next generation, teenagers are categorized as the superior generation who can influence social life in terms of religion and social culture.  Meanwhile, with the rapid development of the digital era and very attached to the daily activities of adolescents based on the use of qualitative research methods from the results of investigations into adolescents, the researchers concluded that social networking has become something that can be said as a necessity for adolescents, Islamic religious education as a  one solution that provides a good understanding in terms of Ikhsan.  This paper aims to apply knowledge to the influence of Islamic Religious Education in social media.  The basis used to describe Islamic Religious Education as a Solution to the Effect of Social Media on Adolescent Behavior is to emphasize the Ikhsan attitude in the teenager, so that the reference used is the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah as well as the opinions of scholars who focus on Islamic education in this era.  the development of social media for adolescents, so that concluded if Islamic religious education that emphasizes Ikhsan in adolescents has the opportunity to influence adolescent behavior. Keywords: Islamic Education, Social Media Influence, Adolescent Behavior
