Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU) is the Best Private University in North Sumatra. From innovative and innovative education and learning programs, finally students can become competent, intelligent and trustworthy and have exceptional competitiveness at both National and International levels. In realizing maximum education, especially in the formation of student religiosity attitudes that are in accordance with the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan, the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU) in collaboration with the Al-Islam Agency and kemuhammadiyahan (BIM) formed Al-Islam learning curriculum and Kemuhammadiyahan is in accordance with the guidance of the Muhammadiyah tarjih. As lecturers in Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan courses, we must have targets in learning, for example various innovations that we need to implement in learning activities so that students can have a religious attitude and can understand the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan well and practice in everyday life. This study aims to find out the extent of the role of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan subjects in developing the attitude of religiosity of students at Muhammadiyah University in North Sumatra. This study uses mixed method with analytical descriptive style with IPO approach (Inputs, Processes and Products), because there are differences in religious understanding from respondents in different situations

Abstract

This community service is aimed to provide teaching training through BIG MAZE educational game media for Aisiyah’ teachers during online. The educational game, Maze, is complicated, tortuous, and deadlocked track system. At home, children easily learn through the media BIG MAZE, is B (Bergerak) for move is a stimulus to the child's body movements, hands and feet. I (Ingat) forremember is to train the child's memory sensors, through language, numbers, letters. G (Guna) for use is to do the activities of theresults of exercises done in the previous movement through memory sensors, and will affect the cognitive development of children.This activity was carried out in collaboration between Aisyiyah Regional Leadership of Primary and Secondary Educational inNorth Sumatera and Aisyiyah Butstanul Athfal’ teachers in Medan partners. The method is taught for children of 10 teachers fromABA in Medan and has been evaluated, this activity through 4 stages: (1) preparation, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation.The results of the children were very enthusiastic using by BIG MAZE of educational games tool at home online

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembinaan kepada mitra tentang manajemen pembelajaran dan sosialisasi tahsin tilawah Alquran kepada masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada ibu-ibu di lingkungan pengabdian yang mana bermanfaat bagi keefektifan dan efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan program. Penyusunan jadwal kegiatan merupakan kegiatan yang mengawali program, dilanjutkan dengan pembinaan dan motivasi, pelatihan manajemen pembelajaran, evaluasi program, sosialisasi dan evaluasi akhir. Kegiatan PKM akan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah ilmiah dan  media cetak, sehingga dapat diketahui oleh masyarakat luas, bahwa ada pelatihan manajemen pembelajaran Alquran yang diberikan oleh pelaksana  dalam upaya meningkatkan kemajuan kaum ibu dalam membaca Alquran.

Abstract

. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the Medan City Elementary Education Council in developing the quality of education at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan is a formal educational institution in Medan City which is highly developed in terms of quality. This is indicated by the categorization of this educational institution as one of the leading schools and the many achievements achieved both formal and non-formal. The Educational Education Council from the central level to the branch level, namely as the organizer of business charities, programs, and activities in the field of Primary and Secondary Education in accordance with the policies of the Association. The Dikdasmen Council organizes, guides and supervises the development of education held in every Muhammadiyah school, including improving the quality of education. The efforts made by the Educational Education Council are to establish cooperative relationships with school principals. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Medan City Education Council has been carried out optimally. This is marked by a positive impact on the learning process and increased stimulation for students to perform both in formal and non-formal channels.Keywords : Dikdasmen, Education Quality Development, Educational Institutions

Abstract

The explanation above has become our whole lesson that 'Aisyiyah cadres have an important role in dealing with the new normal covid 19. Right now we must have the almaun movement which is a potential strength in social activities, so that the enthusiasm of' Aisyiyah cadres and sympathizers continues to make changes good in strengthening Muhammadiyah ideology, especially in North Sumatra. Muhammadiyah is faced with a variety of ideological and political forces that are not always in line both in the Islamic context and Muhammadiyah's own mission, so that to a certain extent it demands ideological strength and fostering without having to be trapped in a monolithic ideological-political system of understanding completely absolute. There is a tendency among Muhammadiyah members and organizations to suggest a weakening or diminishing of the spirit of al-Islam and Muhammadiyah and commitment to the movement, so that the movement of the organization has decreased its militancy and spirit of jihad in facing various hardening problems and challenges. Ideological fostering in the context of cultivating Islamic and Muhammadiyah value systems is important both in efforts to consolidate and strengthen the movement as well as in the interest of maintaining continuity.Keywords: Muhammadiyah ideology, Aisyiyah, New Normal

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out the methods used in learning Nahwu and Sharaf Sciences at the Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School, 2) find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in learning Nahwu and Sharaf Sciences at the Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School, 3) Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the study of Nahwu and Sharaf Sciences at the Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School. This research is a qualitative research. In this study, the data collection techniques used are; observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The Nahwu and Sharaf learning methods applied by the Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School in the teaching and learning process were quite good, this could be seen from the teacher's efforts in improving the learning methods used. 2) In this case the teacher uses two kinds of methods, namely deductive and inductive in Nahwu lessons and memorization methods in Sharaf lessons. 3) In a learning process there will definitely be factors that support and factors that hinder a learning process. The factors in question are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors. 4) Regarding the efforts taken by the teacher in overcoming the inhibiting factors experienced by students in learning nahwu and sharaf at the Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School as follows; provide motivation to students, fix the learning system both in terms of objectives, methods, media, strategies used in the learning process, always provide opportunities for students to improve their understanding of the science of nahwu sharaf.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the E-Module Dilan based on Android (DIDROID) on science learning outcomes on heat material on the student's learning outcomes of class V at SD Inpres Bumi Sagu. This study used experimental research conducted in the experimental and control groups. The research design used was a pretest-posttest control group design. Subjects in this study amounted to 37 students. The instruments used were tests, that was, multiple-choice questions that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used the prerequisite test, namely the normality and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test analyzed using SPSS For Windows 25. Based on the results of this study shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then the hypothesis Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the use of the Dilan E-module, based on android (DIDROID) on science learning outcomes on heat material is effectively used on the students’ learning outcomes of class V SD Inpres Bumi Sagu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning di MTs YPI Al-Hidayah Lubuk Pakam. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber datanya adalah data primer dan data sekunder, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) adalah model pembelajaran yang menyajikan suatu permasalahan untuk dipecahkan dengan kemampuan berpikir yang tinggi. Permasalahan yang disajikan dalam model pembelajaran inipun merupakan permasalahan nyata yang dapat dialami oleh seseorang sehingga dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran ini dapat memberikan pengalaman secara nyata dan langsung kepada para siswa terutama dalam memecahkan permasalahan nyata yang dapat saja terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Islamic Character Building (ICB) program in shaping the Islamic character of students at SMPIT Nurul Azmi Medan. The objectives of this Islamic Character Building Program are: 1) To describe the Implementation of the Islamic Character Building Program at SMPIT Nurul Azmi Medan. 2) To describe the purpose of the Islamic Character Building Program at SMPIT Nurul Azmi Medan. 3) To analyze what factors support and hinder the Islamic Character Building Program at SMPIT Nurul Azmi Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results showed that the ICB Program at SMPIT Nurul azmi Medan is an effective program to be implemented in shaping and building students' Islamic character. Supporting factors in this program are the readiness of the material that has been designed, the availability of infrastructure, the cooperation between the principal, teachers and parents, and the active role of students in participating in program activities. The inhibiting factor is the lack of socialization to new educators about the use of applications that support the Islamic Character Building (ICB) Program and the limited time for the supervising teacher to deliver the existing material.
