Abstract

This aims of this study is to determine the effect of CAR, NOM, profit- loss sharing financing and liquidity on ROA in Islamic commercial banks and Islamic business units in Indonesia. The results of evaluations using SPSS 25 show CAR, profit sharing financing and liquidity show no significant effect on ROA in Islamic commercial banks and Islamic business units in Indonesia, while NOM has a significant effect on ROA in Islamic commercial banks and Islamic business units in Indonesia.

Abstract

: Emotional social development is a child's sensitivity to understand the feelings of others when interacting in everyday life. Social development in children is characterized by the child's ability to adapt to the environment, make friends that involve emotions, thoughts and behavior. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, and the data collection method uses a variety of literature related to this study. The data sources in this research are journals, research reports, books, etc. which have relevance to the research topic. The object of this research is related to the social and emotional development factors of children which aim to determine what factors affect the child's social and social development. Keywords :Early childhood, Social, emotional factors.

Abstract

The spread of covid19 in our country has a very serious impact on the economic life of the people, especially traders who are classified as UMKM. During the pandemic, UMKM traders issued capital to sell but buyers were reduced. As a result they lack capital to resell. Many of them had to stop trading due to reduced buyers. This leads to a decrease in their income, even though they have a lot of needs. This is a problem for them. In order to help UMKM traders who have experienced a lack of capital during pandemic period, it is necessary to increase the capital of UMKM traders in the covid 19 pandemic through the empowerment of cash waqf.   The research is normative juridical research. The data sources in this research is secondary data.The technique to collecting data is documentation study. Based on the research discovered that waqf has social functions that act as a means and capital for the improvement of the means of people. The increase in UMKM capital in the pandemic era can be done by providing assistance in the form of capital for UMKM traders, especially those who reduce their income as a result of the covid19 outbreak. With the help of capital through cash waqf it is hoped that UMKM traders can resell or can increase their capital. With waqf cash, then, UMKM traders will be helped and able to sell for the fulfillment of their family's life needs.Keywords: Capital, MSMEs, Cash

Abstract

This research is entitled morality as an Islamic education media. the problem that arises is the large number of students who are still lacking in ethics towards educators in the education institution. how to make morality as an Islamic education?. The purpose of this study is to improve the morals of students towards educators. the method used is labrary research, qualitative. it was found that the educational tool was a variety of sessions according to the needs of students. the basis used in describing learning ethics emphasizes Islamic ethics, so that the reference sources used are the Qur'an and Sunnah as well as the opinions of the scholars who concentrate on Islamic education. at the vertex that ethics or morals in Islam is the most effective way of transferring knowledge to students.

Abstract

This article entitled Epistemology of Islamic Education aims to explain the purpose and way of obtaining knowledge from a philosophical point of view. The methods used in this paper are qualitative research, type of literature research, library research. The data used are documents, such as books, manuscripts, magazines, and other archive data that can support this writing. The findings and discussions found that the number of reviews from Islamic education figures related to Islamic education is reviewed from a philosophical perspective. But in general Islamic education is related to the concept of thinking that is based on the Qur'an and As-sunnah. These two sources became the main avenues in the whole formation of man, both physical and spiritual. While the purpose of Islamic education to direct people to their nature, as Insanul Kamil and Islam provide several paths in gaining knowledge, Through the five senses, experiences, and intuition.

Abstract

Covid 19 or often said as the Corono outbreak is an epidemic that is very dangerous to health. In an effort to deal with the increasingly widespread corona virus outbreak, the government is encouraging people to implement social distancing or social restrictions. Thus, it has an impact on the world of education without exception at Balige Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS Balige) but also applies online learning through electronic media. Although the network in Balige is fine, the problem is the inability of parents to buy electronic devices (Gadgets) for their children, but there are also some problems, namely, some parents do not understand technology so that many students do not actively learn through this method. The purpose of this paper is to determine the impact of Islamic religious education at MIS Balige during the COVID 19 pandemic. The research subjects of this study also include teachers and students of MIS Balige Pusat. Abstract

Local wisdom in restoring the nation's culture must start from the Indonesian people themselves, especially entrepreneurs or UKM (Small and Medium Enterprises) as the backbone of the nation's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of management functions in the small and medium enterprises of the Deli Serdang community as a strategic area for marketing Muslim products in North Sumatra. The research method uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained in this study are that the implementation of management functions which include POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) is very effective in the smooth marketing and promotion of products for small and medium enterprises in the Deli Serdang community, this is seen to be significantly assisted by traditional promotion as well. integrating the sophistication of the media in disseminating information. Keywords: Management function,UKM, Marketing of Muslim products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on financial performance in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, Good Corporate Governance is measured using the board of commissioners, the board of directors, and the audit committee, while financial performance is measured using the Return on Assets (ROA). The population used in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019 totaling 39 companies. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. And the number of companies that have become a sample is 15 companies. The data collection technique in this study uses the documentation method. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, and determinant test. The results of this study indicate that the board of commissioners has no effect on financial performance. The board of directors has no effect on financial performance. The Audit Committee has an effect on financial performance. The Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee simultaneously influence the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keywords: Board of Commisioners, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Return On Asset

Abstract

Integrated Islamic School is one form of educational units that offers the concept of integrating curriculum of religious education and general education in its learning methods as well as emphasizing the integration of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The concept is also developed in integrating aqliyah, ruhiyah and jasadiyah education, also integrating cooperative involvement between teachers, parents and the community in an effort to foster students' character and competencies Through the concept of cohesiveness, the learning activities are arranged in management based on government regulations as well as the content of the school. The management is arranged in a learning plan, implementation and evaluation document. Learning plan is carried out through discussion by teachers while still guiding the concept of cohesiveness. The form of the planning document is from analyzing the educational calendar that has been adjusted to school calendar and realized by educators with a calendar of subjects. The schedule of the calendar is adjusted to the development of the syllabus that is actually arranged in the lesson plan (RPP). The implementation of learning is adjusted to the scenario of the compiled lesson plan integrated with activities outside the classroom that support the learning material in the form of implementation of the integration of learning material with Islamic values. Learning evaluation becomes a benchmark of success or weakness of the learning process. The results of the learning evaluation activities are informed to parents directly or through social media. Usually what is published is a plus, while the shortage of students is only informed to parents to establish cooperation in improving the students' self-quality.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of Workplace Spirituality, Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Commitment. This type of research is quantitative that uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 138 respondents who were employees of Islamic Banking in Medan City. Data analysis techniques used SPSS 24 with multiple linear regression.
