Abstract

The purpose of this article aims to describe and analyze the science integration in Islam. The intended science integration is a condition in which one science with another is not mixed, so that it loses its ontology, epistemology and axiology, but an effort to synergize, dialogue, communicate, and bring together, so that between the sciences there is a common ground, and devoted not only to the interests of science itself, but according to its main function, namely to provide light, explanation, convenience and guidance for humans in responding to various phenomena of life. This study actually started a long time ago, but until now it is still not finished so that in practice the Islamic higher education institutions each have different formulations and models in the implementation of the integration of this knowledge. The method in this study uses a library method or approach (library research). Abstract

The large variety and variety of choices to meet the needs of life will greatly benefit consumers. Consumers are more free to choose according to their needs as desired. Consumers can choose from the cheapest price to the most expensive price. Depending on the budget (budget) and consumer desires. However, consumers often react to changing their minds at the last minute when deciding to make a purchase. This is where, consumer behavior occupies an important position in decision making. Behavior is an individual activity to evaluate, obtain, use, or manage goods and services. Many factors affect consumer behavior. These factors are cultural, social, personal and psychological factors of the buyer. In addition to these things, there is another factor that is very important in consumer decision making, namely motivation. Motivation itself as a giver and driver that creates a person's enthusiasm so that they want to work together, work effectively, and integrated with all efforts to achieve satisfaction. In Islam there is a clear distinction, namely halal and haram. In other words, in an economic activity it is prohibited to mix up the halal and haram. This is part of the consumption limit in Muslim consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of teaching readiness on teacher performance in the new normal era. This study aims to identify and obtain information about how important the readiness of teachers is in preparing for the new normal era of learning. How is the effect of teaching readiness on the learning process in the new normal period? This study used a combination of qualitative case study methods by conducting interviews with 5 respondents at the MTsS YAPI Aek Songsongan area to obtain information about the teacher's teaching readiness in preparing for learning in the new normal era and to complete and deepen the information related to this research obtained by using the method. quantitative, namely taking some information through literature study reference sources. With the aim of maintaining confidentiality, respondents were given the initials A1, A2, A3, A4, and A5. The technique used in this data collection is a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire, in which the questionnaires distributed are closed so that respondents simply choose the answers provided, then conduct interviews with respondents. From the observations in the new normal era, it can be seen that the teaching readiness of teachers is very influential on the performance of teachers in preparing for learning in the new normal era so that learning planning can be said to be good. Based on observations of teacher work performance at MTsS YAPI Region Aek Songsongan in the new normal era, it looks still low.Keywords: Teaching Readiness, Performance, New Normal.

Abstract

In its essence the progress of technologi and its influence in life are things that we cannot be avoided, because now we can know how advanced tehcnologi has affected lifestyle and mindset of the community especially students. Adolescence is aperiod of seaching for identity, and it could be in the proses of finding that identity the students goes the righ way or the wrong way. If student fail to developing a sense of identity, then students will lose direction. Religious teachers SMK Muhammadiyah trying to reduce the negative influence of technology thruogh learning Islamic education by sharpening morals learning and character, add hours to religious studies, creating and Islamic learning environment at school, and includ elements of moral education in all student activities. Research on the problems in this study is; (1) Describe the negative influence of technology on students (2) what is the role of Islamic religious education in overcoming the negative influence of technology? (3) can Islamic religious education overcome the negatif influence of technolgy on students SMK Muhammadiyah? This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, that is describing and explaining the symptoms or facts based on their real state. This research was conducted in SMK Muhammadiyah. Source data from class x, the subject of the study consisted of 25 students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of new student admissions in improving the quality of graduates at SMP Islam Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques used were: observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was carried out by using the following techniques: selection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: Planning to improve the quality of graduates at SMP Islam Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan, is carried out by determining the target achievement of student activities to be carried out, determining how to achieve them and identifying the possibilities that will occur in carrying out student activities (student).Keywords: Managemen, New Student Admissions, Quality Of Graduates

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the level of public understanding of Islamic banking (Case Study of the People of Pekan Kuala Village, Kuala District, Langkat Regency).This study uses a descriptive method using qualitative data.The results of this study indicate that the understanding of the community about Islamic banksin theKelurahan Pekan Kuala, Kuala Subdistrict, Langkat Regency isthat thecommunity only knows about the existence of Islamic banks but does not understand Islamic banks in detail.Only some peoplewhounderstand aboutIslamicbanksand some even don't know about Islamic banks at all.Most people don't know about products andserviceswhatever is in the Islamic bank.Lack of understanding from people as minimnya dar information obtaineditheIslamic banks as well as media such as television,mediaprint andmediasocial causes people not knowing what it was Islamic banks as well as any productjustin Islamic banks.The factorsthatcause the level of understanding of the people of Pekan Kuala Kelurahan, Kuala Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, about Islamic banking are smaller than conventional banking, namely: Knowledge, Past Experiences, Social or Environmental Factors, andInformationFactors. Abstract

Thestretching of theIslamiceconomyin Indonesia is still very concerning.Theenormousquantity ofMuslimcommunitiesin Indonesia has not been matched by quality in terms of the Islamic economy.The quality of Indonesian society is low in terms of the Islamic economy due to the low level of literacy that the community has.This confirms that the study ofIslamiceconomicsthat has been carried out has not been conveyed to the public as a whole.This study examines the management of Islamic family finances, so that theMuslimcommunityin Indonesia can better understand the management of money held in accordance with Islamic law.This study uses secondary data that is systematically analyzed to examine financial management that can be done by households based on the Koran and hadiths.The results of this study explain that households must pay attention to the halal of incoming and outgoing money.Consumption must be brought to the maslaha, and prioritize investment behavior in accordance withIslamiclawcompared with saving behavior.

Abstract

One of the most important issues regarding education in Indonesia is about educators, especially Islamic educators. In terms of teacher education, it is an important figure in improving the quality of students, to achieve quality students, of course a teacher also has quality, especially religion teachers in Indonesia. . One of the policies that have been made by the commitment of the Indonesian government in improving the quality of teachers, especially religion teachers in Indonesia, is listed in PP NO. 19 of 2005 on National Education Standards chapter VI and PP RI NO. 19 of 2005 on National Education Standards, chapter VI article 28 paragraph (3) and PP NO. 19 of 2005 on National Education Standards chapter VI and PP RI NO. 19 of 2005 on National Education Standards, chapter VI, article 28 paragraph (3). Abstract

The global world is currently facing a very difficult period due to the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic or commonly known as covid 19. Several aspects of community life such as economy, education and health have decreased because all human activities are limited and they carry out more activities in house. Indonesia must be ready to face the challenges of this situation by preparing Intellectual Property Rights Law which can fulfill the interests of all Indonesian people. This juridical normative research is sourced from secondary data or library data that comes from online and offline library materials. In the current era of digitalization, intellectual property rights are a creative industry that is very fundamental in driving economic growth. Intellectual Property Rights are resources that are based on the intellectual ability of a person which is then manifested in the form of creative works in the fields of science, art and technology. There are many challenges that will be faced in the application of intellectual property rights in this digitalization and new normal era because of the different characteristics of Indonesian people who are not yet literate in Intellectual Property Rights Law. The government and stakeholders need to carry out reforms and socialization of intellectual property rights law, especially in the field of copyright and trademark rights that are in accordance with the culture of the Indonesian people to encourage economic development in this new normal era. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of decisions on purchasing decisions, to analyze and to analyze the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions, to know and to analyze the influence of products on decisions made by decisions and to analyze the influence of the influence, promotion and product quality. partially or simultaneously on purchasing Samsung smartphones for Umsu students. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all students while the sample that met the sampling criteria was carried out with 100 people using non-probability. The data analysis technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study used the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 22.00. The results of this study prove that partially the price has an effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions.
