This research aims to determine the financial planning, implementation, and evaluation of the family finances of teachers at SMAN 1 Batu Ampar, Kubu Raya Regency. The method used in this research is a case study method with a qualitative approach. In this research, the researcher acts as the main research instrument. Researchers also used recording equipment and interview questions. Data analysis activities by means of data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing or verification Research results The majority of respondents have not made detailed and systematic financial plans, although some of them said that they have taken care of family needs and routine expenditure items. Respondent families also do not pay much attention to long-term investments, except for two respondents who own houses and land. The majority of respondents have managed their finances by having planned financial obligation installments and saving regularly. Regarding the financial evaluation aspect, it can be concluded that not all teachers record the financial activities carried out. not using a technological recording system and not following the economic view in recording family finances

The purpose of this research is to find: 1) Compensation for SKUB employees, 2) Job satisfaction of SKUB employees, 3) The effect of compensation on SKUB employee job satisfaction. The form of this research is a correlation/associative study with a quantitative approach. The population is SKUB (General Monthly Employee Status) employees who work at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency. A sample of 118 employees was obtained using a proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method uses questionnaires or questionnaires which are distributed directly to respondents and uses documentation methods to complete the data needed to conduct research. The analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that: 1) The effect of providing compensation to SKUB employees is very high with a percentage of 87.97%. 2) SKUB employee job satisfaction in the company is classified as high with a percentage of 88.26%. 3) Compensation has an influence on SKUB job satisfaction at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency by 39.2%. Based on the SPSS results, a sig value = 0.000 0.05 was obtained, so it was rejected and accepted. This means that "There is a significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction of SKUB employees at PT Gapura Alas Makmur-Kebun Makmur Sentosa (PT GAM-KMS) in Tebedak Village, Landak Regency."

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the use of audiovisual media in subject-based learning on the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 35 South Pontianak. The method used is an experiment with a pre-experimental design and a non-equivalent control group design. The entire population consists of students in two classes totaling 63 students. The sample for this research was 31 VA students and 32 VB students. Data Collection Techniques Measurement techniques and data collection tools are used to carry out written tests in multiple choice format. Based on data analysis, the average final score for the experimental class was 73.54 points, and the average final score for the control class was 65.25 points. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test (polling variance) are t_(count )= 2.9617, and for dk (31+32-2 = 61) with a significance level of α = 5%, t_(table) = 1.6577, This means that t_ (count ) t_(table ), then Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the effect size (ES) calculation, ES = 0.77 is obtained, which is included in the medium criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media in subject-based learning has a positive impact on the learning outcomes of Class V students at SDN 35 South Pontianak.

This study aims to test the effectiveness of group counseling using role play technique to increase the learning motivation of class VII students of SMPN 3 Pontianak. The research method was an experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, then validity and reliability tests are carried out on the questionnaire. The population of this study was class VII G students at SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak who were categorized as having low learning motivation. The sampling technique used Nonprobability Sampling technique the type of Purposive Sampling in which a sample was taken of 9 people who were in the low category. The results showed that the level of motivation to learn before the group counseling in the role play technique was 61 and after the group counseling was 101.22. The results of hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon test statistic obtained a sig value (2-tailed) 0.007. Then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant difference between students' learning motivation before and after being given group counseling using role play technique. It can be concluded that group counseling with role play techniques is effective in increasing the learning motivation of class VII students of SMPN 3 Pontianak

This research refers to Toulmin's Argument Pattern (TAP) that have components including claims, data, evidence, support, qualifications, and disclaimers. This research is conducted with the objective of understanding the relationship or correlation of scientific argumentation skills with each indicator that refers to Toulmin's theory. This research was conducted by distributing test questions based on the Toulmin indicator, carried out through 3 stages, such as preparation, to prepare scientific argumentation questions, the implementation test questions with class VIII students in Pontianak City and reporting to find out the relationship between results of scientific arguments and each Toulmin indicators. The data analysis method employed is a descriptive quantitative analysis approach, which involves presenting the data through score distributions and predefined rating scale categories. Furthermore, the analysis utilizes the SPSS 21 software to determine the correlation between scientific skills and individual indicators. The findings indicated that the relationship among the results of scientific argumentation on the data indicators was 0.028, the relationship with the qualification indicator was 0.191, the relationship with the claims indicator was 0.002, the relationship with the support indicator was 0.000, the relationship with the refutation indicator was 0.003, and relationship with the evidence indicator was 0.029. Based on the value of the relationship on each indicator. It can be reduced that there exists a distinct correlation between each indicator and the outcomes of scientific arguments.

This research aims to determine the application of the flipped classroom learning model in improving the economic learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS I Islamic High School Bawari Pontianak. This research uses a quasi-experimental method on international cooperation material. In the learning process, researchers applied a learning model involving 25 students. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that: 1) The results of the research showed that the implementation of the flipped classroom learning model in class Pretest results/before students learn using the flipped classroom model 21.2. Meanwhile, the results of the posttest/after using the flipped classroom learning model were 76.4, so it can be stated that the flipped classroom learning model can improve student learning outcomes. 3) Based on the t-test, the pretest and posttest data show a significant effect of 0.000 ˂α 0.05 , which means that there are differences in learning outcomes before and after learning using the flipped classroom learning model. The effectiveness of the flipped classroom learning model has been proven to have a positive influence on student learning outcomes so that these results can be used as a reference for researchers or other teachers to be implemented and developed in their respective educational units.

This research aims to find out and solve the problem of students who have low learning achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya. The case subjects in this research were 2 class VII C students who had low learning achievement. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods in the form of case study research. This research uses data collection tools such as interviews, observation, documentation and home visits. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the internal factors that cause students to have low learning achievement are a lack of motivation and interest in learning and the external factors are a lack of attention from both parents, a lack of communication between parents and children, and the condition of a broken home. The results after providing assistance to case subjects I and II were that the case subjects had shown good changes, the most important thing was that their learning scores in mathematics had received higher marks than before and the case subjects seemed more enthusiastic and focused on following class lessons, and submitted assignments well

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe hyperactive students in grade 5 at SD Negeri 52 Pontianak. Hyperactive children are an increase in children's motor activity to a certain level and cause behavioral disturbances that occur in two different places and situations. The subjects in this study were three students. Thisresearch is an intrinsic case study research. Data were colleced by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data was analyzed by an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings shaved that, the characteristics of hyperactive children are seen from their characteristics. namely hyperactivity, excessive activity, disturbed feeling of confusion, impulsivity and exitability. Factors causing students to become hyperactive are parenting styles and the environment. there factors impact students social interaction in school environment, friendship, problem solving and decreased academic grades. The teacher's role in guiding hyperactive children is to monitor student development by working closely with teachers in other fields of study, classroom teachers and parents.

The purpose of this research was to find out about positive thinking in learning in Class XI students at MA IslamiyahPontianak. The problem of this research is how to think positively in learning in class XI students of MA Islamiyah Pontianak. This research uses the descriptive method in the form of a survey study. The population is 46 students of class XI MA Islamiyah Pontianak. The research technique uses indirect communication as a data collection tool in data of questionnaire statement. Data analysis techniques are performed by statistical calculations using the percentage formula. The results of the research on positive thinking in learning in class XI students at MA Islamiyah Pontianak by obtaining a percentage of 60.23% reached the "Moderate" category of loading thoughts with the percentages of 56.14% in the category "Medium" the use of obtained the percentages of 61.14% received the category " Moderate" control of the mind gets the percentages of 62.72% in the "Moderate" category. So the conclusion of this research is the positive thinking in learning in class XI students of MA Islamiyah Pontianak by achieving a total percentage of 60.23% gets in the category "Medium"

Children with special needs are children who have special personalities such as blind people where children experience disturbances or limitations in their sense of sight. The arts that many blind children are involved in are music and sound arts because these two arts do not prioritize the sense of sight. Art that is suitable for blind children to study is the Dayak Ngaju sack art which is implemented at SLB Negeri 1 Palangkaraya. This study aims to describe the use of methods by art teachers in teaching, the media used during the process of learning the Dayak Ngaju sack art and the factors that support and hinder the learning of sack art at SLB Negeri 1 Palangkaraya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that art teachers used three methods when teaching, namely lecture, demonstration and repetition methods. The media used by the art teacher in the sack art at SLB Negeri 1 Palangkaraya are harps, drums, gongs and special braille tools used by blind children to assist during the learning process. The supporting and inhibiting factors themselves are in the students and the teacher. The learning of the Dayak Ngaju sack art at SLB Negeri 1 Palangkaraya has been well implemented. This is evident from the variety of methods used by the teacher when teaching, the success of the teacher in increasing the interest and enthusiasm of students when the learning process takes place and also seen from the students' mastery of singing the sackcloth song and playing the sackcloth accompaniment.
