This study aims to find out the effect of the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) learning model on student activities and learning outcomes on Absolute Value study material in class X of MAS Rahmatan Lil Alamin. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of research that uses a quasi-experimental form. The research design used is the Non-Equivalent Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The techniques used are observation techniques and measurement techniques in the form of tests to observe student learning outcomes with data collection tools including student activity observation sheets and student learning outcome tests. The results of the calculation of student learning activities in the classroom categorize those that are given the treatment as "Active" while those that are not given the treatment only reach the average student activity into the category "Quite Active." Before conducting hypothesis testing on student learning outcomes, the researcher implemented the data requirement testing first, including: normality testing using shapiro-wilk test and homogeneity testing. Hypothesis testing using the t-test. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the Teams Game Tournament learning model has an effect on student activities and learning outcomes on the Absolute Value study material.

And of the 31 students only 7 who got scores below KKM 2.) Learning outcomes from class XI IPS 4 with Google Meet are known to the lowest value of 72 and test highest score is 100 with an average value of 87.06, and of 32 students only 2 who got Value below KKM.3). Judging from the Effect Size test results, which is 0.15 which is low with a percentage of 54%. results of the Independent Sample t-test are known to the value of Sig.(2-tailed) in the equal variances assumed section, namely 0.0670.05, which means that there is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. It can be concluded that in this study, learning based on Google Meet was not effective.

This study examines whether interest in learning physics online is related to student learning outcomes. The method used is a survey involving 102 respondents, each of which consists of 47 students of class X MIPA and 55 students of class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 2 Mempawah. An online learning interest questionnaire was used to collect data, namely a questionnaire containing statements related to learning interest with a total of 23 statement items, and analyzed using the Spearman correlation formula. After analyzing, the correlation value of the two variables was 0.104 with a very weak interpretation of the correlation. In addition, the significance value of 0.299 shows that there is no correlation between interest in learning physics online and student learning outcomes and the percentage of influence of interest in learning physics online with learning outcomes of 1.08%. This shows that interest in learning physics online has very little effect on learning outcomes, resulting in a very weakcorrelation between the two. Therefore, teachers are expected to continue to innovate in online physics learning to increase students' interest in online physics learning.

The results showed that the average descriptive essay writing skill was 56 in the (less) category. This can be seen in terms of the percentage of students getting scores in the very good category, none in the good category, 6 students or 0.24%, the enough category 6 students or 0.24%, the less category 13 students or 0.52%. Accuracy in writing descriptive essays has several aspects including the use and writing of spelling (use of capital letters, punctuation, writing less letters, hyphens), integration between paragraphs, and overall content. The teacher is a commendable figure. Guidance and counseling teachers are one of the professions that often deal with students who have problems. The character of a guidance and counseling teacher must be a figure that is accepted in all circles. However, the figure of the guidance and counseling teacher in the novel Dilan: Dialah Dilanku 1990 by Pidi Baiq is not portrayed that way. The image of the guidance and counseling teacher, through a character named Suripto, is depicted with a bad representation or image. This research aims to find out what bad images of guidance and counseling teachers are displayed and in what way this image is conveyed in the story. The method used in this research uses a descriptive analysis approach. The theory used is character characterization theory. The findings obtained show that the image of guidance and counseling teachers is depicted as someone who has bad character, namely carrying out verbal and physical violence, inciting, thinking rigidly and harassing female students. These bad characters are obtained through expository and dramatic characterization patterns. These two patterns of character characterization emerge in showing Suripto's image as a guidance and counseling teacher.
