Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang Pengaruh Pembinaan Dan Kerjasama Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru IPS Terpadu di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bengkayang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri Yang Ada Di Wilayah Kabupaten Bengkayang, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1) Teknik observasi langsung, 2) Teknik komunikasi langsung, 3) Teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan 4) Teknik studi dokumenter. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Pembinaan yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah sudah kategori baik. 2 ) Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembinaan terhadap kinerja guru IPS Terpadu. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara hubungan kerjasama yang dijalankan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru IPS Terpadu di SMP Negeri yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Bengkayang 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembinaan dan kerjasama yang dijalankan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru IPS Terpadu.  Kata Kunci: Pembinaan, Kerjasama, dan Kinerja Guru Abstract: This study aims to determine and describe the Influence Development And Cooperation Against Principal Teacher Performance Integrated IPS in SMP Bengkayang.Penelitian District was held in SMP Negeri Available In Region Bengkayang, this research using descriptive method of data collection kuantitatif.Teknik used are: 1) direct observation techniques, 2) direct communication techniques, 3) Techniques of indirect communication, and 4) Techniques documentary study. In conclusion, as follows: 1) The guidance that the principal had good category. 2) Based on the results of hypothesis testing by t test can be concluded that there is significant influence between the coaching of teacher performance Integrated IPS. 3) There is a significant relationship between cooperative relationship run principals on teacher performance Integrated Social Sciences in Junior High School in the district of Bengkayang 4) There is a significant relationship between development and cooperation undertaken principals on teacher performance Integrated IPS.Keyword: Coaching, Cooperation, and the Teacher Performance

Abstract

 AbstrackThe aims of this examination was to describe student errors when solving problem in salt hydrolysis in XI sains Class SMA Catholic Talino Sungai Ambawang and to explain cause of the errors. This examination is use description method with study case. The subject is student in XI sains class. Instrument to collect the data is question test and interview.  The question test is use essay test. The result of this examination is show us that student errors in esenstial concept (65,29%), errors in comprehend contact between concept (53,54%) and error in comprehend when using concept to solve problems (58,68%). The reason of that errors have two factors that is internal and eksternal factor.Keyword: Description, Errors, Salt Hydrolisis.

Abstract

AbstractThis Research conducted in SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak aimed to produced several thinks as follows : (1) Find the multimedia profile storyboard which is relevant to the sociology learning for learning concept acquisition of deviant behavior by using problem based learning.  (2) Implemented the procedures of  multimedia  development in sociology learning deviant behavior material by using problem based learning. (3) Achieved the prescription of student’s  learning tasks through sociology learning multimedia deviant behavior material by using problem based learning. (4) Describe the learning concept acquisition of deviant behavior material through problem based learning. This research is a development type (Research and depelovment) by qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of the research was students of X grade SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The results of this research are : 1) Image of the multimedia profile storyboard which is relevant to sociology learning that gave the students convenience in understanding and increasing the learning concept acquisition of deviant behavior in M.S. Power format equipped by narration, audio, video and hyperlink; 2) Find the procedures of sociology learning multimedia deviant behavior  material by using problem based learning. 3) Find the image of learning tasks through multimedia and 4)  Students are able to achieved the final purpose in learning that is learning  concept acquisition. To achieved the study result, evaluation and asseesment are performed which is a follow-up or the way to measure the level of students’ mastery.Keywords : Development, Multimedia, Learning Concept Acquisition, Deviant Behavior

Abstract

 AbstractThis research is motivated by the researcher?s desire to know the meaning of movement in Jepin Melayu Sayan dance in Melawi District, West Kalimantan. The purpose of this research is to describe Jepin Melayu Sayan dance along with the images in order to be clearly understood about the meaning contained in it. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative research form by using ethnochoreology approach. The result of this research is a form of analysis about dance movement and meaning of Jepin Melayu Sayan dance movement. The dance and the meaning of dance movement that is studied and analyzed is the opening movement that is the respect to others, Balek Balang movement is the form of doubtful sense, Putar Angin movement is the expression of gratitude to natural phenomena, Tiung (parrots) dance movement is a form of admiration for a variety of natural wealth, and the closing movement is a sign of the end of Jepin Melayu Sayan. The result of the research on Jepin Melayu Sayan dance is expected to be used as a teaching material in the learning of art and culture for Grade VII SMP (Junior High School).  Keywords: Meaning of Dance Movement, Jepin Melayu Sayan.

Abstract

AbstractFor the mandarin students, to study speaking skill is very important, especially the skill of daily speaking. Because the speaking skill of someone can influence communication ability with the other. Beside that, trained students speaking skill being one of responsibility mandarin teacher. writer in Raudhatul Ulum 1 Meranti found the students is not have bravery to using mandarin language and not have self confidence in communicated. For understand this condition, the writer want using “dialog methhod” to continued learning, the purpose of this method is to repair and improve students speaking ability. With pass pre test, three times doing trial learning and post test, the writer founded the “dialog method” succesfull to improve student speaking skill in mandarin language.Keywords: Daily speaking, Speaking skill, Self confidence

Abstract

AbstractThis research aim to know the influence supervise the academic and motivate the headmaster job to discipline work the elementary schoolteacher in subdistrict of Jawai of South arch of regency Sambas. Approach used by is quantitative approach with the study corelational. Research data of about supervision academic ( Variable X1), motivate the headmaster job( Variable X2), and discipline work the teacher (Variable Y) collected by through/ passing enquette spreading to responder by using technique of proportional random sampling.Result of research indicate that the supervision academic show the result which significan with the discipline work the teacher that is reach 42,5%. Though do not show the dominant result but supervise this academic of vital importance so that teacher can realize the attainer of study target. And so do the things of with the motivation work the headmaster, result of from research got by Beta ( b1) of equal to 0,388 = 38,8%, the result show the existence of influence which significan with the discipline work the teacher. While influence supervise the academic ( X1) and motivate the headmaster job ( X2) by together with discipline work the teacher  ( Visible Y) from R2 ( R Square) equal to 0,723 or 72,3%. This matter indicate that the independent variable relation link percentag (supervise the academic and motivate the headmaster job) with the variable dependent (discipline work the teacher) equal to 72,3%. Keyword : Supervise The Academic, Motivate The Headmaster Job, Discipline Work Teacher

Abstract

AbstractThis research entitled case study about students who are difficult to control emotion in class VIII SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak.The general problem in this research is how to help learners who are difficult to control emotion in class VIII SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak. While the objective is to obtain an objective picture of the characteristics, factors causing, and appropriate alternative assistance to be used in overcoming the problems of students who are difficult to control emotions in class VIII SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak. The approach used in this research is qualitative by using descriptive method and the form of research is case study. There are two case subjects in this study, the alternative aid given to the first subject is in the form of treatment using conceptual modeling techniques so that the behavioral of the subject can shape new behavioral better. While alternative assistance is given to the second, the case subject is treatment by using directive techniques in the RET counseling model so that case subjects can change their irrational mindset into a rational mindset. Keywords: Difficult to Control Emotions, Behavioral Counseling, RET Counseling

Abstract

 Abstract This thesis entitled of "the influence of attitudes and subjective norms on entrepreneurship interest of students in class XI of vocational High School Immanuel II kec.sei raya kab.kubu raya". The problem in this research is "how the influence of attitude and subjective norm on entrepreneurship interest in the students of class XI smk Immanuel II kec.sei raya kab.kubu raya". This research uses quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study are 158 students of class XI smk Immanuel II kec.sei raya kab.kubu raya. The samples obtained by Cluster Random Smpling technique are 114 students. Methods of data collection are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Methods of data analysis are descriptive analysis, linearity test, and multiple linear regression analysis.The result of research shows that: (1) there is partially influence of attitude toward entrepreneurship interest to 85,88%. (2) there is a partial effect of subjective norm to 81,70%. (3) there is influence of significance and positive simultaneous attitude and subjective norm to interest of entrepreneur 71%.Keywords: Attitudes, Subjective Norms, Entrepreneurial Interests

Abstract

AbstractThe research about person deixis, place, time and social in Agnes Davonar's My Idiot Brother novel focused on the description of the form and the meaning of person deixis, place, time and social and relationship between the persona deixis and social. The form of this research was qualitative with descriptive method. The data in this research was the person deixis, place, time and social contained in the novel My Idiot Brother. The sources of this research was the novel My Idiot Brother by Agnes Davonar. The data collection technique in this research was using documentary. The technique testing the validity of data in this research was diligence of observation and reference coverage. Based on data analysis on Agnes Davonar's My Idiot Brother novel found 16 forms of person deixis, 6 forms of place deixis, 5 forms of time deixis, and 9 forms of social deixis. The form of the persona deixis is found to be the first person singular, first person plural, second person singular, second person plural, third person singular and third person plural.                                     Keywords: Form, Meaning, Deixis, Novel

Abstract

 AbstractThe aims of this study were to determine the level of feasibility of chemistry student worksheet based comic graphic media was developed based on expert judgement and the level of readability based on field trial. The form of this study was research and development that adopted Borg and Gall?s development model. The subject of this study was chemistry student worksheet based comic graphic media which was tried on 9 students of SMAN 10 Pontianak in preliminary trial and 36 students of SMAN 4, 8, and 10 Pontianak in field trial. Data collection instruments which is used are questionnaire of feasibility and questionnaire of students response. The result of processing data shows that chemistry student worksheet was developed feasible to be used in learning, it was reviewed from percentage of content feasibility was of 90,55%, presentation feasibility was of 91,84%, language feasibility was of 76,67%, and graphic feasibility was of 81,54%. Based on calculation of the percentage of student questionnaire response, the level of readability in preliminary trial was of 80,17% and field trial was of 75,96%. It showed that the level of chemistry student worksheet based comic graphic media belongs to high criteria.    Keywords: student worksheet, graphic media, feasibility, readability, buffer solution
