Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental makro dan mikro terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan mempertimbangkan struktur kepemilikan, kinerja keuangan, dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel moderating. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan-perusahaan sub sektor logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019-2023. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan data yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan, publikasi resmi, dan sumber data lainnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (fundamental makro dan mikro) dan variabel dependen (nilai perusahaan). Populasi penelitian mencakup perusahaan-perusahaan sub sektor logam yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode pengamatan dengan sampel yang dipilih melalui metode random sampling, berjumlah enam perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fundamental makro berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan dan struktur kepemilikan, sedangkan fundamental mikro berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan praktik dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan melalui pengelolaan fundamental makro dan mikro yang efektif serta implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang baik serta penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur terkait dengan menunjukkan pentingnya mempertimbangkan variabel moderasi dalam analisis nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat suku bunga deposito dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di PT BPR Dana Nusantara Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 nasabah BPR Dana Nusantara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat suku bunga deposito dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

In general, the growth of both formal and informal sectors in economic activities is a logical consequence of the development process. The unresolved issues of unemployment, the limited availability of new job opportunities, and the economic pressures to sustain livelihoods have led some individuals to seek alternative employment outside the formal sector. One of the informal sectors widely pursued by the people of Medan City is street vending (PKL). This informal sector generally consists of small-scale businesses with limited capital, scope, and business development. However, the community's demand for street vendors has led to an increasing number of such vendors. Medan City faces challenges similar to those of other major cities in managing, regulating, and supporting street vendors (PKL). Over time, the presence of street vendors in Medan has encroached upon roadways and public facilities, causing disturbances to public order, cleanliness, and traffic flow. This highlights the need for structuring and empowering street vendors to create social order and community harmony. Proper and effective street vendor management can enhance the welfare and competitiveness of the informal sector, transitioning it into the formal sector and improving the overall well-being of the community. Based on these considerations, it is deemed necessary to implement the structuring and empowerment of street vendors.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the role of Board of Commissioners Size and Independent Commissioners on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) in companies incorporated in the BUMN Holding structure in Indonesia. The study population includes all BUMN company entities that have undergone restructuring through the formation of a holding, with an observation period of one year after the holding was officially formed. The purposive sampling method was used in selecting the sample, resulting in 50 BUMN companies that met the criteria as objects of analysis. The findings of this study show interesting results that only Independent Commissioners are proven to have a positive and significant effect on DER, while the Size of the Board of Commissioners does not have a significant effect. This shows that the quality and independence of supervision are more important than the quantity of board members in influencing the company's capital structure decisions. Based on these findings, the government as the majority shareholder needs to be more selective in appointing members of the board of commissioners, by considering professional capabilities and maintaining their independence and objectivity in making strategic company decisions. In addition, this study recommends that the government strengthen the role and proportion of Independent Commissioners in the BUMN Holding governance structure. This effort is not only important in improving the accountability and effectiveness of internal supervision, but also contributes to increasing the credibility of state-owned companies in the eyes of investors, creditors, and financial market players more broadly

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, with a total of 96 respondents. Primary data was collected through distributing questionnaires online using Google Form, while secondary data was obtained through literature review. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings in this study indicate that customer bonding and event marketing have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the repurchase intention of Vapormania consumers in Medan City. The coefficient of determination test results indicate a fairly strong relationship between customer bonding and event marketing on repurchase intention, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.735. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is known that the Customer Bonding (X1) and Event Marketing (X2) variables are able to explain the Repurchase Intention (Y) variable by 53%, while the remaining 47% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study

Abstract

This research focuses on the economic conditions and the money supply in Indonesia over the past five years, as well as the policies to be issued by Bank Indonesia. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of monetary policy on the money supply and its role in maintaining economic stability in Indonesia. The object of the research is the monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia, as well as its influence on the money supply and economic stability. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with the collection of secondary data through information obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. The results of the research indicate that the monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia plays a significant role in maintaining economic stability and the money supply

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of tax revenue sharing funds and nontax revenue sharing funds on balancing funds in North Sumatra Province in a quantitative descriptive manner. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS statistics 25 application. The results of this research show that the tax revenue sharing fund variable does have a significant effect on balancing funds seen from tcount > ttable (6,438 > 1.895) and the significant level is greater than 0.05 (0.468 > 0.05), and the research results of the variable non-tax profit sharing funds/SDA have effect on balancing funds seen from tcount > ttable (2,339 >1.895) and the significance level is greater than 0.05 (9,425 > 0.05). The research results together show that the tax profit sharing fund variable and the non-tax profit sharing fund variable have effect on balancing funds seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (1.036 < 4,74).

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahan sektor perdagangan, jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022.  Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 37 perusahaan dikali 4 tahun jadi total pengamatan 148 data observasi di perusahaan perusahaan yang termasuk dalam sektor ini perdagangan, jasa dan investasi tercatat pada tahun 2019 hingga 2022 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2019 2022, Struktur Modal (DER) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) perusahaan perdagangan, jasa, dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan Profitabilitas (ROE) dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan perdagangan, jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2022.  Secara simultan Struktur Modal (DER), Profitabilitas (ROE), Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan perdagangan, jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2022.

Abstract

E-Samsat is a digital innovation in the vehicle tax payment system aimed at facilitating online tax services. While its implementation has shown success in urban areas, deploying E-Samsat in underdeveloped regions still faces numerous challenges, including limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy among citizens, and weak inter-agency coordination. This study aims to identify key obstacles in E-Samsat implementation in remote regions and to formulate strategies for improving service effectiveness. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs literature review and interviews with local tax officials. The findings indicate that effective strategies include strengthening digital infrastructure, enhancing community education, developing user-friendly applications, and institutional integration. These insights are expected to serve as a guideline for local governments to expand the reach and quality of E-Samsat services in an inclusive and sustainable manner.
