Abstract

This investigation hopes to consider the effects of the work environment, planning and compensation fairly, while meanwhile focusing on delegate execution at the Medan Belawan Pratama Appraisal Organization Office. The assessment was aimed at the Medan Belawan Pratama Obligation Organization Office. Meetings, surveys, and documentation completed the information collection process. The data examination technique used is various backslide assessments, including the IMB Experiences for Thing and Organization Course of Action (SPSS) PC program variation 25. Considering the outcomes of the assessment, it was found that the work environment definitively impacted the display of the Medan Belawan Pratama Appraisal Organization Office agents. Abstract

Masjid merupakan tempat ibadah bagi umat Islam yang digunakan melaksanakan shalat berjamaah atau munfarid. Setiap hari masjid selalu dikunjungi jamaah yang hendak melaksanakan shalat sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan waktunya. Jamaah yang datang ke Masjid beragam, adanya yang fisiknya normal ada yang disabelitas atau berkebutuhan khusus dalam beribadah. Seharusnya tidak ada perbedaan karena Masjid merupakan rumah Allah, mestinya juga ramah kepada penyandang disabelitas karena untuk menunaikan kewajibaan beribadah shalat berjamaah atau munfarid di Masjid. Masjid Muhammadiyah yang ada di Cabang Muhammadiyah Kecamatan Medan Johor sering sekali banyak jamaah dari kalangan disabilitas, hanya saja terkadang mereka sangat kesusahan untuk melakukan aktifitasnya, dikarenakan fasilitas yang ada di Masjid masih tergolong minim. Untuk itu, butuh pengelolaan Masjid yang ramah bagi kaum disabilitas.

Abstract

This study a number of additional materials were added to reduce the amount of cement by using fly ash from coal combustion to determine the flexural strength value of concrete. Use of fly ash additives 5% 10% 15%. For normal concrete the flexural strength value is 2,66 MPa. For the flexural strength value of concrete with a BFA variation of 5% is 2,67 MPa, For the flexural strength value of concrete with a BFA variation of 10% is 2,71 MPa, and for the flexural strength value of concrete with a BFA variation of 15% is 2,72 MPa. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the more fly ash mixture, the higher the flexural strength value.

Abstract

Background: Background: Tax is one of the sources of state revenue. So far, tax is the main source of domestic revenue. This can be seen in the State Budget (APBN). The government has made various efforts to increase the tax ratio, for example by providing tax education, tax amnesty, and even taking legal action against taxpayers who do not pay taxes. One of the reasons the tax revenue ratio is still low is because taxpayers' awareness and mindset to pay taxes is still relatively low. For this reason, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra (UISU) held a Community Service (PkM) on early education of taxpayers to students of SMK Negeri 1 Teluk Mengkudu, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of tax as a source of state revenue, as well as to instill the importance of awareness of paying taxes. Method: Lectures and demonstrations delivered using Power point software. Results: Students' understanding of taxes was still low when the pretest was conducted before education and increased after the posttest after education. This is reinforced by the results of various tests where the average score of students' tax understanding tests before socialization was 3.12. Meanwhile, the average post-test score of students' tax understanding was 7.90. Conclusion: Community Service activities can improve the knowledge and understanding of students of SMK Negeri 1 Teluk Mengkudu about the importance of taxes and tax payments.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and analyze the income of traditional fishermen in Labuhan Bilik Village. The research methods used are surveys, interviews, and data analysis. The data collected includes fishermen's income, sources of income, equipment used, and challenges faced. The research results show that traditional fishermen's income comes from several sources, including fish catches, seafood, and side jobs such as agriculture. Although fishermen's income varies throughout the year and is influenced by weather factors, fish catches remain their main source of income. The main challenges traditional fishermen face in this village include climate change, declining fish stocks, and competition with commercial fishermen. It provides a basis for developing policies that support the fisheries sector in the region.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SLTA) dan Sarjana terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia tahun 2019–2024. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMA secara parsial mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran, sedangkan lulusan Sarjana tidak mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran. Secara simultan lulusan SLTA dan lulusan sarjana berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan keterampilan kerja lulusan untuk menurunkan tingkat  pengangguran di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Lulusan SLTA, Lulusan Sarjana, Tingkat Pengangguran  ABSTRACTThis study examines the influence of high school (SLTA) and bachelor's degree graduates on the unemployment rate in Indonesia from 2019 to 2024. The quantitative descriptive method used was secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that high school graduates partially influence the unemployment rate, while bachelor's degree graduates do not. Both high school and bachelor's degree graduates simultaneously influence the unemployment rate. These findings emphasize the importance of improving the quality of education and job skills of graduates to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia.Keywords: High School Graduates, Bachelor's Degree Graduates, Unemployment Rate

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) added to Laston AC-BC has on Marshall characteristic values. The Marshall test carried out will produce stability values at the optimum asphalt conditions that meet the 2018 Highways specifications. The stability value will be used to analyze changes in the characteristics of the Laston AC-BC (Asphalt Concrate – Binder Course) mixture after adding a mixture of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) . To determine an aggregate gradation in the AC-BC mixed layer, coarse aggregate is used in the form of crushed stone with a maximum size of ” while for fine aggregate it is a mixture of crushed stone, stone ash and sand. The additive or modifier used is EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) polymer. Next, to obtain good asphalt concrete, the gradation of the aggregate must meet the general specifications of Bina Marga 2018 which have been determined through SNI-ASTM-C136-2012. In making the test object, ± 1200 gram of aggregate and asphalt are needed so that the specified height of the test object will be produced. Through the analysis of the aggregate sieve, the weight of the aggregate required for the test object can be calculated. Modification of asphalt with EVA aims to determine the stiffness and properties of asphalt in resisting loading with a certain penetration value so as to produce a Penetration Index value which will affect the characteristics of asphalt against weather changes. Research and knowledge related to the addition of a mixture of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) to asphalt can be further developed so that it can be implemented on types of road pavements with higher traffic density conditions.

Abstract

Designing the utility planning concept for the Ampera Medan road corridor, it starts with identifying the condition of the drainage system, traffic signs, road markings, public road lighting, and road user safety devices. Furthermore, a study of changes to road utility requirements is carried out by road management guidelines and road environmental conditions in the form of improving kindness on the road surface, installing signs and warning devices, installing flashing lights, removing roadblocks, and installing noise tape based on certain distances. This research aims to produce a design concept for road utility planning that is environmentally friendly and sustainable (sustainable road) under the guidelines of the Ministry of PUPR while still paying attention to basic human needs and economic growth. Research and knowledge related to the concept of environmentally friendly road utility planning on the Jalan Ampera Medan corridor is a contribution to scientific work that can provide benefits to the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra and the Medan City Government as material for consideration and decisions in the construction of environmentally friendly roads (green roads) in the city Medan.

Abstract

This research focuses on the economic conditions and the money supply in Indonesia over the past five years, as well as the policies to be issued by Bank Indonesia. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of monetary policy on the money supply and its role in maintaining economic stability in Indonesia. The object of the research is the monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia, as well as its influence on the money supply and economic stability. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with the collection of secondary data through information obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency. The results of the research indicate that the monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia plays a significant role in maintaining economic stability and the money supply

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of tax revenue sharing funds and nontax revenue sharing funds on balancing funds in North Sumatra Province in a quantitative descriptive manner. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS statistics 25 application. The results of this research show that the tax revenue sharing fund variable does have a significant effect on balancing funds seen from tcount > ttable (6,438 > 1.895) and the significant level is greater than 0.05 (0.468 > 0.05), and the research results of the variable non-tax profit sharing funds/SDA have effect on balancing funds seen from tcount > ttable (2,339 >1.895) and the significance level is greater than 0.05 (9,425 > 0.05). The research results together show that the tax profit sharing fund variable and the non-tax profit sharing fund variable have effect on balancing funds seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (1.036 < 4,74).
