Abstract

The research we conducted has the aim of examining the effect of Leadership Style and Work Stress on the performance of employees of KPP Madya Dua Semarang, and using job satisfaction as an intervening variable.This research is included in quantitative research with explanatory research type, by distributing questionnaires in the form of open and closed questions to employees of KPP Madya Semarang Dua as many as 112 people. The analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS approach.The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction can mediate two independent variables, namely Leadership Style and Work Stress. In addition, leadership style has a significant direct effect on employee performance, while work stress has no direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

On a global scale, advances in public finance technology have played a central role in improving efficiency, accountability and transparency in public financial management. Public finance technology innovation, particularly in the form of fintech, has proven itself to be an effective tool in reducing reliance on manual processes, creating efficiencies that cover various aspects of public finance. Nonetheless, challenges still come with the implementation of public finance technology innovation. The research method uses the literature review method which is one of the qualitative research methods. In this research, the author collects and analyzes existing information in scientific literature to provide a deeper understanding of the impact of public finance technology innovation on accountability and transparency in public financial management. Innovative initiatives, such as e-procurement, e-budgeting, e-audit, and fintech, have been successfully implemented in various countries, including Indonesia, with the aim of improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the public finance system. Nonetheless, a number of challenges that need to be overcome were identified.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Struktur Aktiva Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Sektor Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan beberapa uji yakni reliability analysis, uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik dan regression linier. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data sekunder yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 20, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut: Y = 3,573 + 0,216X1 - 0,289X2. Secara parsial, variabel pertumbuhan penjualan (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, terbukti dari nilai thitung ttabel (5,937 2,026). Variabel struktur aktiva (X2) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, terbukti dari nilai thitung ttabel (0,703 2,026). Secara simultan, variabel pertumbuhan penjualan (X1) dan struktur aktiva (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai Fhitung Ftabel (18,423 2,84). Dari kesimpulan di atas, penulis memberikan saran bahwa dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi terutama tekait penggunaan struktur modal perusahaan diharapkan untuk memperhatikan pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aktiva karena kedua variabel ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Balanced Scorecard as a management performance measurement tool at UD. Devi, with a focus on the financial aspect. This research adopts a qualitative approach by applying data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and document studies. The main respondents in this group are stakeholders at the leadership level of UD. Devi, who are directly involved in the process of implementing and using the Balanced Scorecard. In the context of UD. Devi, the implementation of BSC has a positive impact on measuring management performance. The holistic approach, open communication, active participation of all relevant parties, regular evaluation, and in-depth contribution of financial aspects have been key factors in the successful implementation of BSC.

Abstract

The background of this thesis research is that the development of the digitalization era is getting faster and faster, demanding changes in the transaction sector using digital applications (E-Wallets) that are increasingly modern and efficient. The times have given rise to various payment methods through digital applications such as OVO and DANA.The use of e-wallets in big cities in Indonesia is increasing every year. Most users of e-wallets are millennials, especially students. This study examines the use of e-wallets among students, especially at the Islamic University of North Sumatra, such as how students know about e-wallets, the impact of using e-wallets, and problems using e-wallets in transactions. This research method uses a quantitative research type. The data source used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely students of the Islamic University of North Sumatra, as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaire data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 by carrying out several stages of data analysis test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t and F test) and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study with the partial test (t), there is a positive and significant effect in the OVO and DANA (X1) E-Wallet application on students as evidenced by the value obtained by t-count t-table, namely 2.124 1.984 and a significance value of 0.308 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and there is no positive and significant effect on the impact of using E-Wallet (X2) and problems using E-Wallet on students (Y ) as evidenced by the financial literacy value (X2) obtained by t-count t-table, namely 2.475 1.984 and a significance value of 0.720 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. While using the simultaneous test (F) it is known that the F-count value is 0.391 F- table of 1.984 and Prob α = 0.760 0.05 so that it can be said simultaneously that variables X1 (OVO E-Wallet and DANA), X2 (Effects of using E-Wallet), and X3 (Problems using E-Wallet) have a significant and significant effect on Y (UISU Student). The coefficient of determination R2 shows 0.112 with a percentage of 11.2%.

Abstract

This research is included in quantitative research with explanatory research type, by distributing questionnaires in the form of open and closed questions to employees of KPP Madya Semarang Dua as many as 95 people. The analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS approach. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction can mediate two independent variables, namely Work-Life Balance and Workload. In addition, workload has a significant direct effect on employee performance, while work-life balance has no direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Since the early 1990s, Islamic finance in Indonesia has witnessed remarkable expansion, marked by advancements in the banking sector, non-bank financial institutions, and capital markets. This article seeks to elucidate the evolution of Islamic finance in Indonesia, encompassing Islamic banking, Islamic insurance, Islamic financing entities, and the Islamic capital market. Furthermore, it addresses the challenges and opportunities that the Islamic finance sector encounters in Indonesia. The findings of this research indicate that Islamic finance possesses significant potential to emerge as a fundamental component of the national financial system.

Abstract

Dinamika politik dan stabilitas politik di suatu negara memiliki pengaruh dan peranan yang penting terhadap perubahan ekonomi di negara-nya, bahkan ekonomi global. Terkhusus dalam penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh dinamika politik dan stabilitas politik di Indonesia pasca penyelenggaraan PEMILU 2024 (Pemilhan Umum calon presiden dan wakil presiden maupun pemilihan umum calon legislatif). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dampak dan pengaruh adanya politik yang dinamis terhadap perubahan ekonomi di Indonesia maupun ekonomi global. Melalui analisis dan sumber kajian pustaka, penelitian ini membahas lebih dalam dan rinci mengenai bagaimana pengaruh dinamika politik di Indonesia pasca pemilu terhadap perubahan ekonomi global,termasuk stabilitas politik,kebijakan politik,dan intervensi politik dalam mempengaruhi perubahan ekonomi domestik maupun ekonomi global. Dari hasil penelitian memberikan petunjuk bahwa dinamika politik yang dinamis dan stabilitas politik yang berubah-ubah sesuai keadaan politik itu dapat merubah perekonomian domestik bahkan ekonomi global,dan ini tidak dapat terhindarkan dari suatu negara manapun. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan bahwa proses dinamika politik suatu negara dapat menjadi katrol perekonomian domestik bahkan perekonomian global,maka perlunya kebijakan ekonomi yang dapat mengkatrol perekonomian tanpa adanya campur tangan dari proses dinamika dan stabilitas politik di Indonesia.

Abstract

Cassava tape is one of the superior local products which has great potential to be developed in Medan Tuntungan District. This research aims to explore strategies for developing cassava tape and its derivatives through technological innovation. The research method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, surveys and field observations. Analysis shows that technological innovation, product diversification and marketing digitalization are the keys to success in increasing product added value. Implementation of this strategy is expected to encourage local economic growth and improve community welfare.

Abstract

Kemiskinan terjadi ketika seseorang memiliki keterbatasan atau kekurangan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Kemiskinan dapat disebabkan oleh banyak hal, seperti rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, kesulitan dalam mendapatkan akses ke berbagai fasilitas kehidupan, adanya bencana alam seperti wabah penyakit, dan lain sebagainya. Untuk menyelesaikan kemiskinan, orang harus menerapkan dan menerapkan nilai-nilai yang ada dalam sila-sila pancasila terutama sila kelima, yakni keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Masyarakat Indonesia, terutama mereka yang masih hidup dalam kemiskinan, adalah subjek yang mendasari penulisan artikel ini. Penulis memilih subjek penelitian ini karena ingin meningkatkan kesadaran bahwa semua orang di Indonesia perlu dan harus mendapatkan kesejahteraan dan penghidupan yang layak tanpa adanya kesenjangan antar masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Studi kepustakaan ialah serangkaian kegiatan dalam mengumpulkan data pustaka, dengan membaca, mencatat, kemudian mengolah bahan penelitian tersebut.
