This study aims to determine work discipline and work supervision on the performance of Karangresik tourism park employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an employee survey approach with a sample of 58 respondents. The data collected in the form of data was carried out using a questionnaire technique. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26 software. The results show that work discipline and work supervision simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of taste and price perception on consumer decisions in purchasing Honda beat motorcycles at deales CV. Sinar Mas Honda. The method used is a quantitative approach with a reserch sample of 100 respondents from consumers of Honda Beat Motors CV. Sinar Mas Honda. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Tastes felt by consumers of Honda Beat CV. Sinar Mas Honda had very hight criteria. Price perception on consumers of Honda Beat CV. Sinar Mas Honda had very affordable criteria. Simultaneously taste and price perception have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially taste has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, price perception has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of raw material costs and production labor costs partially or simultaneously at the Tofu Factory of Mr. Asep Yaya in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used in this research is to use the causal relationship method (comparative causal) with a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. The population of this study is the annual financial report of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya and the sample was taken for 3 years for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the analysis method of data normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the cost of raw materials and labor costs have a significant effect on production results at the Tofu Factory of Mr. Asep Yaya in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya. The cost of raw materials partially has a positive and significant effect on the Production Results of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya. Then the Labor Cost partially negative and significant effect on the Production Results of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Quality of service, Promotion, Purchase Decision in Sandy Make up Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of service, Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Decision. Quality of service partially significant effect Purchase Decision. promotion has a significant effect on Purchase Decision.

This study aims to determine the effect of perception of price, taste, and location of sales on customer satisfaction at Café Shelter Wisata Galunggung Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method with a survey method. The population in this study is unknown and the sample is taken using random sampling. While the determination of the number of respondents (samples) using purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. SPSS version 25 is used. The results show that price perception and taste simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price perception partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Taste partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The sales location partially has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and packaging on brand image on crispy baby fish Mr.O Tasikmalaya'sThe method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study is unknown and the sample is taken using Nonprobability Sampling. While determining the number of respondents (samples) using the Incidental Sampling method as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. SPSS version 25 is used. The results showed that product quality and packaging simultaneously had a significant effect on brand image. Partially product quality has a significant influence on brand image. Partially, packaging has a significant effect on brand image.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing employee performance in terms of Work Discipline and Communication at the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The method used in this study is a case study method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents who are employees of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

This study aims to determine the effect of menu variations and cafe atmosphere on competitive advantage (a case study on Volkswagen Café in Tasikmalaya). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Volkswagen Café in Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the menu variation has a very good rating classification, the cafe atmosphere has a good rating classification, while the competitive advantage has a very good rating classification for Volkswagen Café Consumers in Tasikmalaya. Simultaneously, menu variations and cafe atmosphere have a significant influence on competitive advantage. Partially, menu variations have a significant effect on competitive advantage and cafe atmosphere has a significant influence on Volkswagen Café's competitive advantage in Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Work Environment on the morale of BPBD members in Tasikmalaya City. In this study, the three variables used an ordinal measuring scale. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on the purposive sampling technique. The object of this research is the work spirit of the BPBD Tasikmalaya City (BPBD task force) members, totaling 32 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect, competence partially has a significant effect and the work environment partially has no significant effect on the Work Spirit of BPBD Members in Tasikmalaya City.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the variable costs of raw materials and direct labor costs on the efficiency of production costs at the Sumedang Asoy Tofu Factory. The research method used is a case study. The data used are primary data and secondary data. These are raw material cost data, direct labor cost data, and production cost data for the 2018-2021 period. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs simultaneously have a significant effect on production costs. The cost of raw materials partially has a significant effect on the efficiency of production costs. Partial labor costs have a significant effect on the efficiency of production costs. Therefore, the Sumedang Asoy Tofu Factory must spend on raw material costs and direct labor costs efficiently and effectively in order to reduce production costs.
