The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of raw material supplies and machine maintenance cost on the operational performance of CV. Sari Wangi. The research method used is a case study. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The data used is a case study. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on the research results, it is known that the supply of raw material and machine maintenance simultaneously have a significant effect on the operational performance of CV. Sari Wangi. Raw material inventories partially have a have a significant effect on operational performance. Partial maintenance of machines does not have a significant effect on operational performance. Therefore, Cv. Sari Wangi management must pay attention to the supply of raw materials properly and pay attention to machine maintenance to improve the operational performance of CV. Sari Wangi.

This study aims to determine the analysis of project scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM) Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method in the Tasikmalaya Swasana Village Restaurant project. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. By taking data on all activities and costs needed for the construction of a self-financing village restaurant. The data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used POM for Windows QM Version 5. The results of the research from project scheduling using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method can be completed for 29 weeks with a total cost needed of Rp. 1,606,633,852. while using the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method which analyzes using three estimated times can find out the possibility that the project can be completed within 38 weeks with a success rate of 99% and the total cost that it takes Rp. 1,606,633,852.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perceptions on consumer purchasing decisions for Diva Furniture, Cibeureum, Tasikmalaya City. The method used is accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Diva Furniture, Cibeureum, Tasikmalaya City. Price perception has a significant effect on consumer decisions of Diva Furniture cibeureum tasikmalaya city. Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer price perceptions of Diva Furniture, Cibeureum, Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to find out how much influence Work Discipline and Quality Of Work Life have on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 41 people as respondents to the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office based on 41 known population data. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version. Based on data that have met the validity test, reliability tests and classical assumption tests are processed so as to produce regression equations as follows: Y = 73,820 + 0.388 X_1 + 0.392 X_2. The test results showed that partially showing the variables used in the study, namely work discipline and quality of work life, had a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and quality of work life together on employee performance based on the testing of multiple linear regression analysis obtained fghitung of 73,820 signatures of 0.001. With the Determination Coefficient test, it gets an R Square value of 0.398 or 39.80%. It shows the influence of Work Discipline and Quality Of Work Life on Employee Performance and 60.20% is the influence of other variables beyond the variables used in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price discounts on purchasing decisions (Survey of consumers at Wendy's Transmart Tasikmalaya). This study uses a survey method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 100 respondents from consumers and using the accidental sampling method. The analytical tool used in SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The results showed that product quality and price discounts simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Discounts partially have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions.

Education in the 4.0 era uses information technology so that it demands an increase in the quality of facilities and infrastructure including human resources, especially teachers who can support improving the quality of basic education. Education plays an important role in life and becomes the basis for improving superior human resources. One of them is to focus on students by utilizing digital media technology, and using innovative approaches (Kemendikbud, 2018). Tarbiyatul Mu'allimin Foundation as a school providing education at the madrasah group level Tsanawiyah (Mts) to Madrasah Aliyah (MA) are one of the schools that take part in education in Indonesia, especially in Tasikmalaya Regency. There is a change in the teaching and learning process, so coordination is needed in all elements. Currently the KBM process runs offline and the leadership of the principal is needed to achieve an adequate learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on teacher performance at Tarbiyatul Mu'allimin Foundation. The research method uses the causal associative method with a survey approach, the survey in this study to teachers of the Tarbiyatul Mu'allimin Foundation as many as 32 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS v.25 Software. The results of the hypothesis testing of work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance at the Tarbiyatul Mu'allimin Foundation teacher partially and simultaneously

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of the Tasikmalaya Branch Post Office employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a consumer survey approach with a sample of 89 respondents. The data collected in the form of data is done by using a questionnaire technique. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26 software. The results show that motivation and work discipline simultan eously and partially affect employee performance.

Human resources have a very important role in achieving company goals. Work life balance can be unbalanced due to long working hours compared with personal time, so it can make employees vulnerable to have a decrease in performance. Different compensation for each employee can cause a decrease in performance because with giving the same workload, it can make the employees feel less valued and feel that workload who given is not commensurate with compensation and performance generated by employees.This study aims to determine the description of Work Life Balance, Compensation, and Performance on Non ASN Employees at BPBD Tasikmalaya. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing found that Work Life Balance and compensation has a Simultaneous significant effect on employee performance at BPBD Tasikmalaya, but the Work Life Balance partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance at BPBD Tasikmalaya. Therefore, it is suggested for BPBD should be able to adjust given the workload to employees so they can divide time with personal lives and the time they spend is not used too much in the office so a decrease in employee performance can be minimized.

Performance is the ability possessed by each individual in doing a job so that it becomes an achievement in achieving the goals shown in the behavior displayed. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional quotient and adaptability on the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Office employees. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is civil servants and works at the Tasikmalaya Health Office. The sampling technique used in this study was census (saturated sampling), and the total sample was the entire population. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, we used the F test and t test. The test results on the hypothesis show that together the variables of emotional quotient and adaptability have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Service employees, and partially the emotional quotient and adaptability variables have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Service employees.

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of advertising attractiveness, price perception, and electronic word of mouth on Shopee users' buying interest in Management Study Program students Perjuangan University. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a consumer survey approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collected is in the form of data which is carried out using a questionnaire technique. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26 software. The results show that advertising attractiveness, price perception and electronic word of mouth simultaneously and partially affect buying interest.
