Abstract

Admixture is an additional ingredient in concrete that is added when mixing concrete takes place in the hope of changing the properties of concrete to make it more suitable for a particular job. In this study, the material used was Sikacrete W with a percentage of 0%, 13% and 16% by weight of cement. The specimens used were cylinders (15 x 30) cm of 12 specimens for each FAS. FAS variations in this study included 0.35, 0.40 and 0.50 with a test age of 28 days. The results of this study, for FAS 0.35 the average concrete compressive strength for STATPLA was 280.24 kg/cm2, STATPDA was 110.38 kg/cm2, SDATPDA (13%) was 244.00 kg/cm2 and SDATPDA (16%) was 256.89 kg/cm2. FAS 0.40 average concrete compressive strength for STATPLA is 272.09 kg/cm2, STATPDA is 94.37 kg/cm2, SDATPDA (13%) was 237.18 kg/cm2 and SDATPDA (16%) was 249.18 kg/cm2. FAS 0.50 average concrete compressive strength for STATPLA was 238.83 kg/cm2, STATPDA was 74.05 kg/cm2, SDATPDA (13%) was 192.22 kg/cm2 and SDATPDA (16%) was 202.23 kg/cm2. These results indicate that there is an influence on FAS variations in concrete casting in brackish water with the addition of admixture.

Abstract

IoT and Cloud computing is becoming more in demand now days due to advancement in its technology. Most of the fuel stations these days are operated manually which are time consuming and require more manpower. It is very difficult and costly to provide excellent facility to the consumers in a fuel station present in a distant area. All these problems can be solved by the use of the proposed project. This paper presents the design and implementation of a smart e-fuel station using IoT technology in which the system is capable of deducting the amount of petrol dispensed from a user-based card using RFID technology and measure the level of fuel in the station and upload it to the cloud server. This cloud server is only accessible to the admin. If the fuel level is low then the main station will provide the fuel to that station. Everything is getting automated in today’s world. Existing system: In previous we have seen in fuel station to fill the fuel we need human help needed for filling the fuel and there is no proper protection in fuel stations like fire sensor, smoke sensor etc. this lead to damage and also fire accidents. Proposed system: The system proposed describes the creation and management of a smart fuel. An interactive, digital system is designed to improve user interface. It uses a data procurement system based on the microcontroller that uses AC to bring control data from analog to digital format. Tough the in-vehicle information systems are spread throughout a practical vehicle’s body, a communication module is adopted which supports the incorporation of a controlled fuel dispensing system for vehicles through an ESP32 microcontroller-controlled device. In this work the Automatic vehicle identification (AVI) system is adopted and further the customer will scan his RFID/Wi-Fi card with all the details installed in it.

Abstract

The internet of things (IoT) is connecting the devices and tools to the internet network to be controlled by websites and smart phone applications remotely, also, to control tools and instruments by codes and algorithms structures for artificial intelligence issues. In case we want to create advanced systems using python algorithms, Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection is connected to our tools, equipment, and devices controlling them by smart phone applications or internet websites. That’s actually the simplified definition of IoT. Farther than just using the IoT as a smart home to operate lamps or other home-use devices, it can be used as a security system or an industrial-use system, for example, to open or close the main building gate, to operate full automatic industrial machine, or even to control internet and communication ports. And more ideas can be done by using IoT technology. A huge industrial facilities or governmental institutions have much of lamps. Employees sometimes forget to turn them off in the end of the day. This research suggests a solution that can save energy by letting the security to control lighting of the building with his smart home by Blynk application. The lamps can be controlled by switches distributed in the building and Blynk application at the same time with a certain electrical installation. This research presents a simple prototype of smart home, or the easy way and low cost to control loads by Wi-Fi connection generally

Abstract

This meta-synthesis attempts to identify the stresses concerning college students' blended-learning environments and to synthesize the coping strategies they use to deal with stress in various cultural contexts. Out of 200 initial studies gathered using the Publish or Perish software, 50 articles were included. The selected studies were organized using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) flow diagram. Using Braun and Clarke’s six-step thematic analysis, the synthesized data were analyzed which have emerged three themes, namely: concerns, challenges, and coping mechanisms. Results indicated that students' stress levels, whether in a face-to-face or hybrid setting, negatively impacted their academic performance. The lack of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills, restricted computer access, and spending a lot of time on screen make students more anxious. The rapid transition from face-to-face involvement to a blended learning environment negatively influences their perception of their academic efforts. It is recommended that various actions should be considered to lessen students’ stress and enhance the online learning process.

Abstract

This research originated from the necessity to gain a comprehensive comprehension of the determinants that impact the achievement of public sector accounting reform, particularly in the Indonesian context. The objective of this study is to investigate the application of the Luder Contingency Model in the specific context of public sector accounting reform in Indonesia. The employed approach entails a Systematic Literature Review, which involves scrutinizing diverse relevant research, encompassing the Luder Contingency Model theory and its implementation in the public sector. The research findings indicate that societal pressure and the demands of globalization are significant factors in promoting public sector accounting reform in Indonesia. The success of reform is influenced by social structural variables of information users, such as their information needs and level of interest in accounting information. Similarly, the attributes of political administration/information providers, such as governance systems and organizational culture, are crucial in facilitating transparency and accountability. Nevertheless, the presence of obstacles in the form of restricted resources and absence of political backing presents significant difficulties. To summarize, while there has been some advancement in the implementation of the Luder Contingency Model, additional endeavors are required to enhance public awareness, allocate sufficient resources, and garner robust political backing in order to achieve successful public sector accounting reform in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to make liquid organic fertilizer from fruit, vegetable and midrib waste (2) to determine the best composition and nutrient content in liquid organic fertilizer (3) to determine the effect of adding oil palm fronds to liquid organic fertilizer. This study used a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) method consisting of 3 treatments with 3 replications, so that the total sample was 9 samples. The parameters observed were the nutrient levels of N, P, and K fertilizers contained in the POC. The data obtained were analyzed statistically by analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the administration of oil palm midrib bone extract had no effect on all observation indicators.
