The research sample consisted of 106 students. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampling technique using the Random Sampling Technique. The instrument used is a Likert scale model questionnaire. The data collection technique uses three scales consisting of Parents' Social Support, Learning Motivation, and Self Regulated Learning scales. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: 1) there is a significant positive relationship between parental social support and Self Regulated Learning with a t coefficient of 2,654 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient (rx1y) is 0.230 with p <0.05. 2) There is a significant positive relationship between student learning motivation and Self Regulated Learning with a t coefficient of 6,493 with p < 0.05, with a correlation coefficient (rx2y) of 0.531 with p < 0.05. 3) There is a significant positive relationship between parental support and student learning motivation with Self Regulated Learning with a coefficient F reg = 25.141 with p < 0.05, and a correlation coefficient R = 0.573 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.328 with a contribution of 31.5% . These results indicate that there is still 68.5% contribution from other factors that can influence Self Regulated Learning. From these results it can be said that the higher the parental support and learning motivation, the higher Self Regulated Learning,

Abstract

Learning resilience describes the efforts of students in overcoming negative experiences or challenges that suppress and hinder the learning process, so that they are able to adapt and carry out every academic demand properly. To build the success of the learning process educators must establish the learning resilience of students during the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the effect of rewards and social support on student learning resilience. The research method used is a quantitative research method with an ex post facto research design. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran, Asahan Regency. The total population of the study was 252 students and the number of samples taken from the population was 155 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. The results showed a positive and significant effect of rewards on the resilience of Class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Asahan Regency by 20.9%. Then there is a significant positive effect of social support on the resilience of Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Asahan Regency of 31.60%. And there is also a significant positive effect of rewards and social support together on the resilience of Class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Asahan Regency by 44.3% while the remaining 55.7% comes from other variables outside the variables of this study.

Abstract

This research get the result thatthat if the variable work stress (X1) and individual characteristics (X2) simultaneously have a value of zero, then employee performance (Y) will have a value of 17.226, if work stress variable (X1) increases by one unit, then employee performance (Y ) will increase by 0.432 units and if the individual characteristic variable (X2) increases by one unit, then employee performance (Y) will increase by 0.178 units. The Job Stress variable has a tcount of -0.798. This value is smaller than the ttable value (-0.798 <1.659) with a Sig. which is greater than 0.05 (0.432 > 0.05). This shows that partially, work stress variable does not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Agro Servindo. The Individual Characteristics variable has a tcount of 1.384. This value is smaller than the ttable value (1.384 > 1.659) and is positive with a Sig value. which is smaller than 0.178 (0.021 > 0.05). This shows that partially, individual characteristic variables do not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Agro Servindo. These results indicate that the variables of job stress and individual characteristics have an influence of 9.3% on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Agro Servindo while the remaining 90.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. individual characteristic variables do not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Agro Servindo. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between peer social support and subjective well-being in terms of the gender of SMK students in Tanjung Morawa. In this study using an explanatory quantitative approach. A sample of 192 based on random sampling technique. Using two psychological scales, namely the scale of subjective well-being and peer social support. In processing the data used normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between peer social support and students' subjective well-being. The higher the peer social support, the higher the subjective well-being, and vice versa. There is no significant difference in subjective well-being between male and female students. This states that both male and female students have the same level of subjective well-being. It is hoped that the school can improve the subjective well-being of students by increasing the social support of students' peers, through entering the community they want, providing space to talk to friends, holding school vent events and other activities. Students are expected to be able to improve subjective well-being by: getting involved in school sharing events, communicating feelings and emotions in various situations such as feeling pleasant, having positive expectations in the learning process, entering the community they want. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Work Ability and Job Stress on Employee Performance in. The population of this study was 106 samples. This research was taken using total sampling technique, where the entire population was a sample of 106 people. This research uses quantitative methods. The measuring instruments used are the Work Ability scale, Work Stress scale and Employee Performance scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is an effect of work ability and work stress on employee performance, where a significance value of 0.000 is 0.05, the hypothesis is rejected. This means that the Work Ability variable and the Work Stress variable have a significant influence on employee performance. Many employees' performance currently has problems in carrying out services or at work, so there is an influence on work ability on employee performance. From the results of the statistical analysis, it was found that the t coefficient was 2,750 with p < 0.05 and the correlation coefficient rx1y was 0.713 with p < 0.05, this means that the level of employee ability will be able to influence the level of performance that can be displayed. There is an influence of work stress on employee performance. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that the t coefficient was 1.994 with p < 0.05, and the rx2y correlation coefficient was 0.531 with p < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the level of work stress experienced by employees will be able to increase or decrease employee performance. There is an influence of work ability and work stress on employee performance. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that the coefficient F reg = 57.727 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.727 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.529. Thus it can be concluded that work ability and work stress jointly affect employee performance, the contribution of both in improving performance is 52.9%. There are 47.1% other factors or variables that can influence employee performance. the contribution of both in improving performance was 52.9%. There are 47.1% other factors or variables that can affect employee performance. the contribution of both in improving performance was 52.9%. Abstract

The rapid development of technology drives competition and efficiency in Information Technology projects. Toll road projects in Indonesia, such as the Trans Sumatra Toll Road and inner-city toll roads in Jakarta, face challenges of delays. The Critical Path Method (CPM) is used to plan and evaluate these projects for improved efficiency. Evaluation of project plans is necessary to complete pending tasks. This descriptive research utilizes Job and Activity Analysis to collect quantitative data on time, cost, and resources from construction activities on the Sumatra Toll Road. The collected data is then processed using CPM to create a schedule, identify critical paths, and evaluate float times. The research provides efficient project scheduling recommendations to complete the remaining tasks on the Sumatra Toll Road project. The study concludes that by adhering to the schedule, the project can be completed on time. Delays in previous projects were primarily caused by land acquisition issues. To prevent further schedule delays, preventive strategies and resource augmentation should be considered. In summary, this research contributes efficient project scheduling recommendations to complete the remaining tasks on the Sumatra Toll Road project.
