Abstract

Merek sebagai elemen yang penting dalam sebuah usaha harus dapat membentuk citra yang baik di benak konsumen. Pembentukan citra yang baik di benak konsumen dapat menjadi kekuatan bagi pelaku bisnis kedai kopi dalam persaingan menjaring calon konsumen potensial dan mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada. Oleh sebab itu, pelaku bisnis kedai kopi harus mampu menciptakan citra merek yang positif agar konsumen tidak beralih ke kedai kopi yang lain. Minat beli adalah tahap kecenderungan responden untuk bertindak sebelum keputusan membeli benar-benar dilaksanakan. Terdapat perbedaan antara pembelian aktual dan minat pembelian. Bila pembelian aktual adalah pembelian yang benar-benar dilakukan oleh konsumen, maka minat pembelian adalah niat untuk melakukan pembelian pada kesempatan mendatang. Kunjungan konsumen dimulai dengan adanya persepsi atas perbedaan di antara keadaan yang diinginkan dengan kondisi aktual. Hal ini disebut dengan pengenalan kebutuhan. Untuk mempelajari proses pengenalan kebutuhan konsumen, diperlukan adanya informasi yang cukup tentang motivasi dan manfaat yang dicari konsumen dalam mengunjungi kedai kopi. Tempat untuk minum kopi merupakan motivasi sebagian besar konsumen dalam mengunjungi kedai kopi. Berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan, terdapat banyak warung kopi kecil-kecilan selain kedai kopi yang menjual berbagai jenis minuman dan mempunyai fasilitas internet gratis. Sehingga wajar bagi konsumen untuk datang ke kedai kopi sebagai tempat untuk minum. Motivasi kunjungan terbesar kedua yaitu sekedar ingin mencoba atau bermain internet.

Abstract

Konsep kemiskinan yang sering dikemukakan menggambarkan ketidakmampuan orang miskin atau suatu kelompok masyarakat miskin pada kebutuhan-kebutuhan dasarnya dalam konsep tersebut tentunya kita bisa menarik suatu kesimpulan bagaimana masyarkat miskin berupaya meningkatkan perekonomiannya jika kebutuhan dasarpun tidak terpenuhi dan untuk meningkatkan tingkat perekonomian mereka harus mendapat bantuan dan bantuan itu bukan sekedar bantuan yang berupa materi tetapi berikut kesempatan-kesempatan dalam dalam memanfaatkan sumber-sumber kapital. Kontrol akses akan membatasi pengguna dan pihak berwenang yang telah diberikan akses oleh sistem saja yang dapat melihat sebuah informasi, dan informasi akan terlindungi dari pihak-pihak yang tidak sah guna memodifikasi informasi tersebut. Kontrol akses dapat memberikan kemampuan kepada pengguna dalam mengakses informasi tersebut juga berkemampuan untuk membatasi  dengan memberikan hak apa saja yang boleh diakses oleh pengguna tersebut, sehingga informasi tersebut terjamin keamanannya. Pengaksesan data yang dilindungi harus dibatasi untuk orang yang berwenang dalam mengakses data tersebut. Otorisasi akan menentukan sumber daya informasi yang diizinkan untuk diakses dan tindakan apa saja yang akan diizinkan dalam melakukan proses ke sistem tersebut  yang dapat dilakukan oleh pengguna. Otorisasi untuk mengakses informasi di dalam sistem di mulai dengan kebijakan administrasi yang dibuat oleh organisasi tersebut. Kebijakan akan menentukan data apa yang dapat diakses, oleh siapa dan dalam kondisi apa.

Abstract

Influence of Islamic work ethics, motivation on Organizational Citizenship behaviour and employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah.  This study focused on all Islamic banking branch offices in Aceh Province, which amounted to Banda locations. By using primary data through interviews and questionnaires. Using the stratified proposition technique, namely the random sampling method and the structural inquiry model (SEM), and intervening variables. The study results show that commitment and loyalty significantly affect work culture values in Islamic Bank employees. The main fundamental principle is the Islamic work ethics created in Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fatanah is the main basic principle. The work ethic becomes a mirror for employee performance. It shows a positive and significant influence on organizational culture and performance that can incentivize improving the climate positive corporate culture. Good. Furthermore, these factors will be analyzed and studied by examining the trends and leading features of the community's expertise. The researcher will conduct a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to examine the findings. The achievement targets of this research are the publication of indexed international journals with the status of Submitted and International Proceedings Scopus Publish and Copyright with granted status. In the end, this research will produce a social policy that can use in Islamic banking services. The OCB factor has a very positive influence on trust in Islamic banks, which will make BPD Bank as mainstream Sharia the only one belonging to the people of Aceh and become the sole property of the Acehnese people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Muzara’ah Terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Petani di Kecamatan Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara.  Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 responden. Hasil penelitian Secara parsial Secara Parsial muzara’ah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan petani di Kecamatan Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of Kodim 0103/Aceh Utara soldiers carrying out its missions with organizational commitment as intervening variable in handling of Rohingya refugees in Lhokseumawe City in 2020. The sample uses 115 people with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The sample criteria are Kodim 0103/North Aceh soldiers who were involved in handling Rohingya refugees in Lhokseumawe City from June to December 2020. Data analysis using WarpPLS 8.0 software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method accompanied by Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the three research variables namely leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Kodim 0103/North Aceh soldiers. Moreover, the result of the study also show that the organizational commitment variable partially mediated the relationship between leadership and work motivation on soldiers’ performance in relation to handling Rohingya refugees in Lhokseumawe city in 2020.

Abstract

The study entitled "The Influence of the Islamic Human Development Index Against Poverty Levels in Bireuen District 2000-2017". The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of time series data from 2000-2017 obtained from BPS Bireuen. Data were analyzed by multiple regression methods. The results of the research based on Index ad-dien show that the crime rate has a significant negative effect on the poverty level, based on Index an-nafs shows that life expectancy does not have a significant effect on poverty levels, based on Index al-'aql shows that the average length of school has a negative effect significant to the level of poverty, Index an-nasl shows that the birth rate does not affect the level of poverty and expenditure per capita population does not affect the level of poverty in Bireuen District. This reflects that although per capita expenditure remains high, it will not increase the number of poor people in Bireuen District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds Giro Wadi'ah and Wadi'ah Savings on PT. BRI Syariah Bank from 2008 to 2017. This study uses secondary data by processing data on a quarterly basis within a period of 10 years. From the results of the research partially, the Giro Wadi'ah variable has a partially significant influence on the dependent variable of net income and the Wadi'ah Savings variable has a partially significant influence on the dependent variable of net income. While the simultaneous test of Giro Wadi'ah and Tabungan Wadi'ah variables simultaneously or together has a significant effect on the dependent variable of net income at PT. BRI Syariah Bank.

Abstract

Dinars and dirhams, have been used by the population since thousands of years ago, which are known as the essential medium of exchange (thaman haqiqi or thaman khalqi). Islam has introduced the dinar and dirham as currency. Dirham, for the first time used in Aceh during the Samudera-Pasai kingdom, which was then followed by the Aceh Darussalam kingdom and subsequently the use of the gold currency, expanded throughout the archipelago. Dirham, which means money made of silver. But in Samudera-Pasai, dirham means money made of gold. This gold coin weighs 0.57 grams, 18 carat quality with a diameter of one centimeter. Dinar and Dirham in the true sense, namely the dinar is made of 22 carat gold 4.25 grams, and the dirham is made of pure silver 2.975 grams.Based on UUPA No. 11 of 2006, the Aceh government has the authority to set requirements for bank financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions, and the Aceh government can explore gold mines in the Leuser Ecosystem (KEL) for the need to innovate various types of gold currency and gold jewelry that can prosper, can establish dinar-dirham financial institution, making dinar-dirham money, creating e-dinar-dirham, Dinar-DirhamCard, utilizing the Dinar-Dirham as the basis for the Mobil Payment System (MPS); innovating the birth of various currencies for the cyber age under the names Mondex, E-Cash, DigiCash, CyberCash, GoldCash, E-Gold and E-Dinar, E-Dirham, by establishing a Qanun, aiming to invest in the future development of aceh. The institution was given the task of creating dinars, which were kept, monitored, and exchanged. This financial institution in the long term; can be used for safe financial planning, used for children's education funds, family health funds, retirement preparation, and other activities. Meanwhile, physically, the dirham can be used for savings, investment, muamalah, and even zakat, infaq and diyat

Abstract

This study examines the effect of service quality on increasing the number of Sharia Pawnshop customers in Aceh Province. Service quality indicators are Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability and Assurance. This study used primary data which were the results of the distribution of questionnaires to Sharia Pawnshop customers in Aceh Province as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results found that all service quality variables such as Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability and Assurance had a positive and significant effect on increasing the number of Sharia pawnshop customers in Aceh Province. This proves that PT. Sharia Pawnshop (PT. Pegadaian Syariah) must pay attention to and improve the quality of services to increase the number of people, especially those in Aceh Province to become customers of the pawnshop and most importantly maintain the current number of customers.

Abstract

The current study uncovers a new paradigm in studying employee voice using a religious approach: Islamic work ethics (IWE). The research model involves a direct relationship between IWE and employee voice, indirectly through civility climate, and a moderate effect of organizational identification in urban Muslim communities, especially in the education sector. A time-lag data-collecting method captured 278 lecturers at various Islamic universities. The PLS-SEM analysis results confirmed most hypotheses: first, the IWE positively relates to civility and employee voice. Second, the result demonstrated that civility climate plays a significant role in encouraging employee voice. However, the study did not find evidence to support civility climate's interplay role in the relationship between IWE and employee voice. Finally, the research confirmed that organizational identification is a crucial predictor and moderator of employee voice. The urban Muslim community is a diverse group, both culturally and ethnically. This diversity creates an environment that fosters positive cultural exchange and critical thought discussions regarding Islamic thought. The study's findings provide valuable insights into the relevance and implementation of IWE in urban Muslim communities, particularly in Indonesia's education sector. The proposed model has practical and theoretical implications for HR practitioners and the study of IWE in modern society and organizations.
