Abstract

A qualitative approach is used in this study. The research took place at the Nuril Anwar Maron Islamic Boarding School Loano, Purworejo. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The research informants were Mufattisy Pondok, Chairman of the Foundation, Head of Madrasah and his deputy, Ustadz/Akhlak Akhlaq teachers, administrators and students as well as residents around the pesantren. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. While checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation method. Furthermore, the results of the study showed that at the planning stage the learning was quite well organized and learning was carried out with three activities, namely initial, core and closing and supported by the example given by the Ustadz/administrator. Meanwhile, the learning assessment process is carried out by means of regular tests, UTS, UAS and direct tests. As for the follow-up, which includes apperception, written/oral evaluation and special coaching if needed

Abstract

This study examines the application of madrasah-based management in improving the quality of madrasah at MTs Ma'arif Sempor, Kebumen Regency. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research with the research subject at MTs Ma'arif Sempor Kebumen. Methods of data collection using the technique of documentation, observation, interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study concluded that: 1) madrasah autonomy in improving the quality of madrasah used eight national standards; 2) madrasah participation in improving the quality of madrasah by using the efforts of committees, communities, and madrasah residents; 3) the leadership of the madrasah principal is divided into five of them: the madrasah head as a motivator, the madrasah head as an innovator, the madrasah head as an educator, the madrasah head as a supervisor, the madrasah head as a leader; 4) Teamwork carried out by madrasah is to collaborate with several stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership of the madrasah principal in learning management during the covid-19 pandemic at MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen. This research is qualitative research. The subject in this study was the principal of MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen. Data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the head of the madrasa manages learning during the covid-19 pandemic well. It is proven by the ongoing process of teaching and learning activities. Learning activities are carried out using several applications for liaison between teachers and students at MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach to the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. All data were analyzed using the field analysis model, with the flow of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that the inculcation of character values ​​carried out by the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community is seen using the paradigm of Gus Dur's nine main values ​​related to monotheism, humanity, justice, equality, liberation, simplicity, chivalry, and traditional wisdom. Based on these nine values, the character values ​​that are instilled in the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community include independence, responsibility, religious, tolerance, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, friendly or communicative, love peace, care for the environment, and care for society.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of the curriculum in realizing quality education. In this regard, this study aims to determine the Planning, Organizing, Implementation, and Controlling of Curriculum Development in Realizing Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection used interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data used triangulation, and data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research concludes that: (1) Curriculum Development Planning in Realizing Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos is carried out by holding joint meetings to discuss curriculum development. The meeting was attended by the foundation's management, the head of the madrasa, and the entire teacher's council; (2) Organizing Curriculum Development in Creating Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos is carried out by forming a curriculum development implementing team. The head of the madrasa divides work tasks between curriculum development implementers and oversees curriculum implementation activities; (3) Implementation of Curriculum Development in Realizing Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos is carried out through pre-instructional, instructional (core/content) and follow-up/evaluation activities. The curriculum that has been developed is implemented with reference to the curriculum that has been developed; (4) Curriculum Development Control in Realizing Quality Education at MI Darwata Glempang Maos is carried out through monitoring and evaluation activities. Supervision is carried out by the Head of Madrasah directly, unannounced inspections (sidak), and briefings on a regular, continuous and comprehensive basis. The evaluation of student learning outcomes is carried out by the teacher council through exams.

Abstract

This research article aims to get an overview and analysis of the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) in universities. The research was conducted at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (Prodi PAI) IAINU Kebumen in October-December 2021. The research was qualitative in nature using interviews, observation, and documentation methods. Documentation related to the SPMI PAI Study Program IAINU Kebumen document, interviews with a number of related officials/lecturers, and observations related to the things needed. The results of the research show that the SPMI PAI IAINU Kebumen Study Program has been going well in accordance with applicable standards. There are regular improvement efforts. Recommendations, the need to oversee the revision of a number of guidelines.
