Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the role of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on visitor loyalty through tourist visiting decisions. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The samples taken were visitors to Bukit Kehi Tourism as many as 115 people by applying accidental sampling techniques. Data in the study were obtained from primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and also secondary data sourced from literature related to the object of research. The data analysis technique used is Partial Last Square. The results of this study stated that E-WOM (X1) has a significant effect on visiting decisions (Z), Brand image (X2) has a significant effect on visiting decisions (Z), E-WOM (X1) has a significant effect on visitor loyalty (Y), Brand image (X2) does not have a significant effect on visitor loyalty (Y), and visiting decisions have a significant effect on visitor loyalty (Y).

Abstract

This research discusses the problems faced by PT. NP is about the absence of standard operating procedures for debt repayment, which is resulting in obstructed debt payments and often found inappropriate documents due to no checking by default. The purpose of this study is to contrive a debt payment procedure for debt repayment transactions and follow a good internal control framework. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Using primary and secondary data. A data collection technique uses observation and interviews. The conclusion of the study is that the problem of debt repayment can be minimized by designing a procedure. The procedure includes workflow process in narration and flowchart, related documentation, related division, and also implementation of internal control based on the COSO framework. Then the documents used in the debt payment SOP are complete and follow the rules of good and correct internal control.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (UMKM) Are one of the most important parts of the Indonesian economy. Barbershop or barbershop business is one of the UMKM that is growing quite rapidly. Service quality is an important factor in determining whether or not consumers are satisfied. There are several factors that affect customer satisfaction at the barbershop. Namely service quality using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and service quality using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of service quality using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods on consumer satisfaction in barbershop SMEs in Sragen. The variables used in research II are Quality of Service using the Importance Performance Analysis method (X1), Quality of service using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method (X2) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This study used a purposive sampling technique used to collect quantitative data. The data used in this study are primary data using questionnaire data on MSME actors which are then analyzed using the SPSS software application version 26.0. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that the average conformity level is 104% with a range of values that are in the range of 92% to 123%. The attribute that has a value of 92% is the addition of lighting in the barbershop area and the attribute that has a value of 123% is a chair for a comfortable haircut. That the result of calculating the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the quality of service and services of Something Barbershop Sragen is 77.36%. The satisfaction index is in the range of 66-80% which means that overall consumers are satisfied with the quality of service at Something Barbershop Sragen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the capital market reaction to a political event. The event of visitation of the Arab King to Indonesia on Maret 1st-9th 2017 and visitation of the President of South Korea to Indonesia on November 9th 2017 on the members of stock index LQ45. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30. The data analysis technique used was Paired Sample Test with the event period of 11 days. The results of the analysis show the following: 1) Not difference in average abnormal return before and after visitation of the Arab King to Indonesia. 2) There are difference in average trading volume activity before and after visit of the Arab King in Indonesia. 3) Not difference in average abnormal return and average trading volume activity before and after visitation of the President of South Korea to Indonesia. 4) The visitation of the Arab King to Indonesia has increased compared to the visitation of the President of South Korea to Indonesia.Keywords: event study; abnormal return; trading volume activity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the impact of ethical leaders, leader effectiveness, and work stress on the intention to move employees of CV Rimba Sentosa Tawangsari. The sample in this study was 115 employees of CV Rimba Sentosa Tawangsari. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling, while the sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Testing the hypothesis in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The results of this study, showed that the ethical leader variable and the effectiveness of the leader, had no effect on work stress. The variable of ethical leader and work stress, does not affect employee intention to move. The leader effectiveness variable has a significant effect on employee turnover intentions. Keywords: Ethical leader, leader effectiveness, work stress, employee turnover intentions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of brand associations, brand loyalty, brand awareness and brand image on brand equity on young consumers. The samples in this study were 137 students of the University of Veteran Bangun Nusantara, University of Sebelas Maret Surakarta and University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sampling method used in this study is nonprobability sampling, while the technique used is purposive sampling. The results of data from 137 respondents were analyzed using descriptive statistical testing and multiple linear regression using the Stastitular Package for Social Science Computer Progamme (SPSS) version 21. Results through multiple linear regression analyses, showed that brand associations and brand loyalty had an effect on Nike brand equity on social media among young consumers while brand awareness and brand image, had no effect on Nike brand equities on social media among young consumers.  Keywords: brand associations, brand loyalty, brand awareness

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence transformational leadership, servant leadership and organizational learning on organizational performance in restaurants at Wonogiri Regency. The sample used was 154 employees of Restaurants in Wonogiri Regency, including Pak Glinding Restaurant, Titoti Wonogiri Restaurant, Karminah Restaurant, Pondok Dahar Tidar Raos Restaurant, Oke Resto, Pak To Buffet Restaurant, Titoti Ngadirojo Restaurant. Testing the hypothesis in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of the study, showed that the variables of transformational leadership and servant leadership, have a positive effect on organizational learning. Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of institusional ownwership, corporate social responsibility, firm size and investment opportunity set to firm value of non financial company that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The sample used in the study is 151 observations of non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 to 2018 and took a sample using purposive sampling method. The data in the study came from the secondary data obtained through technical documentation. Data analysis technique used is the classial assumption test and multiple regression with the help of SPSS 21 for windows. The data of this study was to quality the classical assumption and test the suitability of the model with an adhusted R2 of 60,3%. The results show that: institusional ownership and firm size has a no effect to corporate value; corporate social responsibility and investment opportunity set has a positive significant to corporate value.Keyword : institusional ownership, corporate social responsibility, firm size, investment opportunity set, firm value

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the impact of cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover to profitability of kimia farma companies that are registered in BEI at sector Farmasi 2012 – 2016 years. This study is correlational. The object of this study is kimia farma  companies that are registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). The sampling method that is used in this study is judgement sampling. The data is obtained by documenting data from Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data regression with SPSS program version 16.0 is being used to analyze all of data.The study with PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk as the object shows that the cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover  simultaneously affected the profitability. Partially, all the cash turnover variable (X1) significantly give positive impact to the profitability. On the other hand, the receivable turnover (X2) significantly give positive impact to the profitability. Last, the inventory turnover give significantly positive impact to the  profitability.Key Words: Cash turnover, Receivable turnover, Inventory turnover and  Profitability.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the financial performance of the Employee Cooperative (KOPKAR) Majelis Luhur Persatuan Tamansiswa "SEJAHTERA" with reference to the decision of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No. 06 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016 regarding guidelines for health assessment of savings and loan cooperatives and cooperative savings and loan units. This research is descriptive quantitative, the data source used is secondary data with the time series method which comes from the financial statements of the balance sheet and the income statement between 2014 and 2018. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis, namely using the ratio as a measuring tool, The ratios used in this study are the ratio of capital, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, cooperative identity.
