Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the financial condition and performance of PT. Kimia Farma Tbk during the 2018-2022 period. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive. using financial report analysis methods and financial ratios. The horizontal analysis method is used to see the company's development over time. Evaluation is carried out mainly on liquidity ratios (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio), solvency ratio analysis (Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability ratio analysis (Net Profit Margin and Return On Investment), and activity ratio analysis (Total Assets Turn Over and Inventory Turn Over). The results show fluctuations in the company's liquidity, indicating significant challenges in current debt management. Solvency ratios show high levels of debt, emphasizing the need for funding diversification. Profitability ratios describe obstacles in generating net profits and competitiveness in the market. The activity ratio shows performance that has not reached standards in inventory management and asset utilization. These findings provide insight into the company's financial condition and highlight aspects that need improvement, in the hope of contributing to the development of more effective financial strategies.

Abstract

This research investigates ship machinery maintenance and control systems within maritime transportation vocational schools, focusing on integrating practical experiences and stakeholder perspectives. Qualitative data from maritime professionals, educators, and senior cadets highlight the importance of predictive maintenance strategies and advanced technologies such as IoT and AI in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. The study identifies a skills gap among professionals, emphasising the need for continuous training to bridge this divide. Longitudinal internship analysis reveals significant skill development and practical knowledge acquisition among senior cadets, underscoring the effectiveness of experiential learning in vocational education. Furthermore, a transdisciplinary approach elucidates trends in sustainability integration, promoting eco-friendly practices and economic resilience within maritime operations. The findings advocate for curriculum updates that align with industry demands, preparing graduates for sustainable and competitive careers in the evolving maritime sector.

Abstract

In this study, Sociolla is an online market application, Sociolla offers a variety of products such as the needs of mothers and children, fashion, make-up and skin care. This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing, influencer marketing and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of skintific products on the Sociolla marketplace. The objects used in this study are Sociolla e-commerce users. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The analysis used is Data Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The population in this study were Management Students Batch 2019 at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. A sample of 100 respondents was taken based on a saturated sampling technique with the criteria of having/intention to buy Skintific products on the Sociolla marketplace. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results show that digital marketing and online reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Skintific products on the Sociolla marketplace for Management Students Class of 2019 at Buana Perjuangan University, both partially and simultaneously. Abstract

Work safety is a crucial aspect within a workplace environment. In Indonesia, the awareness and compliance of employees towards safety practices are often lacking, resulting in a higher incidence of accidents that pose threats to the workers' well-being. This safety behavior is influenced by factors such as Occupational Health and Safety (K3) training and leadership styles. The aim of this research is to examine the impact of K3 training and leadership on work safety behavior. The study was conducted among 51 employees at PT. Triguna Pratama Abadi, utilizing a multiple linear regression method. The findings of the research reveal that K3 training has a partial effect on work safety behavior, as does the leadership factor. Furthermore, both K3 training and leadership collectively contribute to work safety behavior..

Abstract

This study investigates how organizational learning and technological readiness affect cloud computing adoption strategies among Jakarta's Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs). The research methodology employed is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with MSME owners, managers, and IT professionals, selected using purposive sampling to ensure the variation and relevance of respondents to the research topic. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify and understand the patterns of interaction between technology readiness, organizational learning, and cloud computing adoption. The findings indicate that technology readiness, which includes adequate infrastructure and trained human resources, is a key determinant of cloud computing adoption among MSMEs in Jakarta. Additionally, organizational learning was found to assist MSMEs in overcoming challenges associated with adopting new technologies.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of transparency principles in village financial management. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted in Sambo Village, South Dolo District, Sigi Regency. The data used is primary data obtained through open interviews with the Village Government, Village Officials, Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the Community. The research results illustrate that the principle of transparency is starting to be applied at every stage of village financial management. At the planning stage, it is realized in the form of deliberations and billboards. The implementation stage is realized in the form of involvement of the BPD in implementing the work program and budget. Finally, at the reporting and accountability stage, the application of the principle of transparency is realized in the form of involvement of the BPD in preparing the Village APB realization and accountability report, submitting the report to the sub-district, and direct delivery to the community through the Village APB accountability meeting.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to examine the influence of online promotion, brand image and product quality on the decision to purchase Nippon Paint paint in Semarang City following the Covid 19 Pandemic. The population in this research is all consumers in the Semarang City area. The sample that will be used in this research is 100 people selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tool uses the SPSS application. Data testing uses data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model feasibility tests, and multiple regression analysis tests. The results of testing hypothesis 1 (H1) show that online promotions have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of testing hypothesis 2 (H2) show that brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of testing hypothesis 3 (H3) show that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. From the test results, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained was 0.772. This means that the variables of online promotion, brand image and product quality can influence purchasing decisions by 77.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 22.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of asset structure, profitability and growth rate on the capital structure of manufacturing companies that go public on the IDX. The population of this research is all financial reports of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. Meanwhile, the sample used was manufacturing companies that had complete financial reports for 2018-2021 and were listed on the IDX and a total of 32 companies were obtained using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tools used include hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of testing hypothesis 1 (H1) state that asset structure has an influence on the increase in the company's capital structure. The results of testing hypothesis 2 (H2) state that profitability has an influence on increasing the company's capital structure. And testing hypothesis 3 (H3) states that company growth has an influence on increasing the company's capital structure. The adjusted R square test states that asset structure, profitability and growth rate have an influence of 58.6% on the company's capital structure, while 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of promotional strategies and brand image on the quality of graduates and student applicant interest at the Maritime Institute of Jakarta (STIP). Utilising qualitative methods, the study examines perceptions from maritime professionals, lecturers, and senior cadets who participated in extensive internships. Key findings highlight the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, industry collaborations, and alumni engagement in enhancing STIP's visibility and reputation. Stakeholders perceive STIP positively for its practical training and industry-aligned curriculum, contributing to its strong brand image in maritime education. Employers value graduates' technical proficiency, communication skills, and adaptability, underscoring the institute's role in producing competent professionals for the maritime industry. Trends in student applicant interest reveal growing recognition of STIP Jakarta's academic excellence and career opportunities in the maritime sector. Recommendations include sustaining promotional efforts, strengthening brand identity, and adapting curriculum to meet evolving industry needs. This research contributes to understanding the strategic importance of promotion and brand management in vocational education, particularly within maritime institutions.
