Focus and Scope Jurnal Riset Manajemen dan Bisnis (p-ISSN: 1907-7343; e-ISSN: 2714-7312) adalah jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana yang terbit dua kali setahun (Juli dan Desember). Jurnal ini didedikasikan sebagai sarana untuk berbagi dan diseminasi studi-studi terbaru dari para peneliti manajemen dan bisnis. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the current culture of a hospitality service company and explain the changing direction of future culture in the company management, in order to improve the human resources quality within the organization. The context of this study is human resources andhospitality research with a focus on small medium enterprise in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This research is conducted by using Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) in order to assess theactual corporate culture condition and the preferred culture that is desired to be in the company. By measuring six dimensions of OCAI and assessing the culture characteristic, the current result showsthe tendency to clan culture with 28.1 points and hierarchy culture with 25.5 points. Meanwhile, the potential feature, which is the clan culture, tends to increase with 30.2 points and adhocracy culture tends to increase to 25.1 points.Keywords: OCAI, Corporate Culture, Human Resources, HospitalityTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi budaya perusahaan jasa perhotelan saat ini dan menjelaskan perubahan arah budaya masa depan dalam manajemen perusahaan, dalam rangkameningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di dalam organisasi. Konteks penelitian ini adalah penelitian sumber daya manusia dan perhotelan dengan fokus pada Usaha Kecil Menengah diYogyakarta, Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Instrumen Penilaian Budaya Organisasi (OCAI) untuk menilai kondisi budaya perusahaan aktual dan budaya pilihan yangdiinginkan untuk dimiliki perusahaan. Dengan mengukur enam dimensi OCAI dan menilai karakteristik budaya, hasil saat ini menunjukkan kecenderungan budaya klan dengan 28,1 poin danbudaya hirarki dengan 25,5 poin. Sementara itu, fitur potensial, yaitu budaya klan, cenderung meningkat dengan 30,2 poin dan budaya adhokrasi cenderung meningkat menjadi 25,1 poin.Kata kunci: OCAI, Budaya Perusahaan, Sumber Daya Manusia, Perhotelan

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the existence of Fisher Effect for Indonesian Economy, by regressing interest rate on rate of inflation in period 1980-2011. With co-integration and error correction technique, the results indicate that an increases of one percent in inflation rate lead to increase in interest rate at 0,13 percent in short-run and at 0,95 percent in longrun. This research can’t confirm the existence of Fisher Effect in Indonesian Economy in short-run, but this effect exists in long-run. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the role of buyer-supplier relationship in the relationship betweenbuyer specificity and organizational performance. Data was processed with StructuralEquation Modeling using AMOS program. The result showed that buyer specificity hasdirect effect on buyer-supplier relationship, and buyer-supplier relationship has direct effect onorganizational performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress on employee turnover intention at PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera Merauke, Papua. This study obtained data from questionnaires distributed to 117 employees of PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. The questionnaire used has 14 point statements and uses a 6 point Likert scale. The technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique used to analyze the level of work stress and turnover intention level on employees. Simple linear regression analysis is also used to determine the effect between work stress variables and turnover intention variables. The results showed that work stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention on employees of PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. The coefficient of determination in this study has a value of 0.571 which means that the level of job stress to turnover intention of 57.1%.Keywords : work stress, turnover intention, linear regression ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan di PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera Merauke, Papua. Peneltian ini memperoleh data dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 117 karyawan PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. Kuesioner yang digunakan memiliki 14 butir pernyataan dan menggunakan skala Likert 6 poin. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja dan tingkat turnover intention pada karyawan. Analisis regresi linier sederhana juga digunakan unntuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel stres kerja dan variabel turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Internusa Jaya Sejahtera. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini memiliki nilai 0.571 yang memiliki arti bahwa tingkat stres kerja terhadap turnover intention sebesar 57,1%.Kata kunci : stres kerja, turnover intention, regresi linier.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is a business that is able to reduce the unemploymentrate in the district of Manokwari. The number of SMEs from year to year the numbers continue toincrease, but in the course of time is less developed. Most successful businesses are growing, due tothe limited capital to fund operations. Fulfillment of the capital do business owners throughborrowing at the bank. Banks in lending charge a large interest expense, there by aggravating thebusiness owner if the loan amount is too large. This study aims to analyze the influence of assetstructure, company size and profitability of the capital structure. The sampling technique this studyusing purposive random sampling, with 87 SMEs. Based on the results of the analysis indicate thatvariable asset structure, company size, and profitability influence simultaneously and partially to thecapital structure. For business owners should be before the structure of assets pledged as collateralfor a loan should pay attention to the amount of borrowed funds in accordance with the value of theexisting asset structure, so that business activities more efficient and effective.Keywords: capital structure, asset structure, company size, profitability

Abstract

This research tries to analyze the fficts of cognitive aspect,affictive aspect and subjective norm on consumer purchasing behavior in the services of Air Transportation Industries in Yog'takarta. Reason Action Theory that is suggested by Ajzen and Fishbein (1980) is used to develop research model. The model is composed of attitudinal, social influence and intention variables to predict iehavior. The theory assertsthat the intention to perform behavior is determined by the individual attitude towards performing the behavior and subjective norm that are held by an individual.To solve the problem, this research uses Structural EquationModel (SEITI) technique to test research hypothesis with 186 samples that have been gathered with purposive random sampling method. In this research, attitude has been measured by cognitive aspect (reliability, empathy, ossurance and responsiveness) and affective aspect (facility, equipment and ambience), and subjective norrn by group of references (family andfriends).The result shows that cognitive and affective aspect has positiveand significant ffict to consumer behavior. The attitude also haspositive and significant ffict to consumer behavior. This result supports Kirk L. Wakefield and J"ffrey G. Blodgett research in Customer Response to Intangible and Tangible Service Factors, 1999. On the contrary, subjective norms aspects have positive fficts on behavior, but it's not significant. Service industries like air transportation in Yogtakarta have to pay more attention to the voriable of responsivenessempathy, reliability and assurance as a one of strategt to draw more consumers.Keywords: Reasoned Action Theory, Structural Equation Motdel.

Abstract

This research examines the direct and indirect influence of transformational leadership to performance, with employee’s shared vision as the mediating variable. 504 respondents taken from a purposive sampling based on their occupational characteristics participated in this research. The results reveal that transformational leadership has no influence to employee performance, meanwhile transformasional leadership has positive influence to shared vision among employees, and shared vision among employees has positive influence to employee performance. This research also found that shared vision among employees has a full mediation role in the relationship of transformasional leadership and employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari electronic word of mouth dan panic buying terhadap keputusan pembelian di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan purposive sampling menggunakan google form. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, koefisien regresi, uji t, dan uji f. Responden merupakan masyarakat di Yogyakarta yang melakukan keputusan pembelian pada masa pandemi covid-19. Hasil menunjukkan electronic word of mouth dan panic buying berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen secara signifikan dan positif, baik secara parsial maupun simultan sehingga seluruh hipotesis terdukung.Kata Kunci: Electronic Word of Mouth, Panic Buying, Keputusan Pembelian, Pandemi Covid-19ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and panic buying on purchasing decisions in Yogyakarta. The data collection technique was purposive sampling using google form. The analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, regression coefficient, t test, and f test. Respondents are people in Yogyakarta who make purchasing decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan moneter dan kebijakan makroprudensial dalam stabilitas perekonomian dengan memitigasi risiko bank di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan z-score untuk mengidentifikasi sekaligus sebagai proksi dari risiko bank. Model data yang digunakan adalah panel data dari tahun 2012 - 2019 dengan sampel 30 Bank. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hampir setiap tahunnya risiko bank meningkat selama periode penelitian dengan metode pengukuran z-score. Hasil dari analisis regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter dengan instrument variabel interest rate (IR) berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap risiko bank. Kemudian kebijakan makroprudensial dengan instrument variabel GWM berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap risiko bank, hal ini sesuai dengan adanya teori prosiklikalitas di Indonesia. Kata kunci: kebijakan moneter : kebijakan makroprudensial; risiko bank  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of monetary policy and macroprudential policy on economic stability by mitigating bank risk in Indonesia. This study uses a z-score approach to identify as well as a proxy for bank risk. The data model used is panel data from 2012 - to 2019 with a sample of 30 banks. The results of this study indicate that almost every year bank risk increases during the study period using the z-score measurement method. The results of the panel data regression analysis show that monetary policy with the interest rate (IR) variable instrument has a significant negative effect on bank risk. Then macroprudential policy with the variable reserve requirement instrument has a significant negative effect on bank risk, this is under the procyclicality theory in Indonesia. Keywords: monetary policy: macroprudential policy; bank risk

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Toko Labuan Indah, Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Jumlah responden penelitian 32 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan Teknik pengujian data yang dipakai menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees at Labuan Indah Shop, Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara.
