Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Green Human Resources Management and Employee Eco Friendly Behavior on Organizational Sustainability mediated by Environmental Performance in PDAM Surakarta company. This research method is quantitative. This study used primary data. The method of data collection through surveys using questionnaires that will be given to respondents. The population in this study is employees of the Surakarta Regional Drinking Water Company. The sampling technique in this study is Propotional random sampling. The population of this study was employees who worked in the drinking water company of Surakarta City.  The sample size of this study was 75 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. Based on the results and discussion, it was found that Green human resources management has a positive and significant effect on environmental performance. Employee eco friendly behavior has a positive effect and there is significance on environmental performance. Green human resource management has a positive but not significant effect on organizational sustainability. Employee eco-friendly behavior has a positive but not significant effect on organizational sustainability. The results of mediation show that environmental performance cannot mediate between Green human resource management variables  to organizational sustainability. The results of mediation show that environmental performance cannot mediate between the variables of employee eco friendly behavior to organizational sustainability

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze  the comparison of financial performance before and after the acquisition at Pt Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk. This research method is quantitative. The population of this study is all time series data (time series data) of the company's financial statements of PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk. The sample in this study is the company's financial statements of PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk three years before the acquisition (2016-2018) and three years after the acquisition (2019-2021). The data used is secondary data. The data collection method in this study used documentation methods. This analysis technique is carried out with parametric difference tests or non-parametric difference tests and normality tests. Data from this study will be processed using SPSS software. The result of this study is the Current Ratio (CR) shows that there is a difference before and after the acquisition of PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk. There is a difference  in the Return on Asset (ROA) ratio before and after the acquisition at PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk. There is a difference in Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) before and after the acquisition at PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk. The results of this study Net Profit Margin (NPM) shows that there is a difference before and after the acquisition at PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk. The results show that there is a difference  in the ratio of Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) before and after the acquisition at PT Visi Telekomunikasi Infrastruktur Tbk

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media marketing on Repurchase Intent with Brand Image and Brand Awareness as intervening variables in Scarlett Whitening Products. In this study using 180 respondents. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and processed using the Partial Least Square analysis tool  with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study show that: Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image. Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intent. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intent. Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intent. Brand Image is able to mediate the influence of Social Media Marketing on Repurchase Intent. Brand Awareness is able to mediate the influence of Social Media Marketing on Repurchase Intent

Abstract

The Serang Regency Government, specifically the Serang Regency BPKAD, has carried out the mandate of Law no. 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services and Government Regulation no. 96 of 2012 concerning Implementation of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, namely carrying out service satisfaction surveys. This activity aims to assess the level of satisfaction with the public services provided by BPKAD Serang Regency. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to service users from Serang district regional apparatus as many as 59 respondents who came from various regional apparatus in Serang Regency. The analysis technique uses bivariate and univariate analysis with reference to the Minister of State Civil Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 14 of 2017. The research results show that service users from regional apparatus in Serang Regency are satisfied with the services provided by BPKAD with a community satisfaction index score of 3.119, equivalent to 77.98, where the service quality is "B" and the performance of the service unit is good

Abstract

The population of this study is in the form of time series  data or consecutive data from the annual financial statements of PT Phapros Tbk for the 8-year period (2015-2022) available on the  official website of PT Phapros Tbk https://www.phapros.co.id/. All samples are based on time series data for a period of 4 years before acquisition (2015-2018) and 4 years after acquisition (2019-2022). The data used is secondary data. The data collection method in this study used documentation methods. This analysis technique is carried out with parametric difference tests or non-parametric difference tests and normality tests. The data in this study will be processed using SPSS software. The result of this study is  the Current Ratio (CR) shows that there is a difference before and after the acquisition at PT Phapros Tbk. This can be seen from the results of the Wilcoxon sign rank test which shows a significant value of 0.144 < 0.05. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon sign rank test which showed a significant value of 0.068 > 0.05. The results show that there is a difference  in Return on Asset (ROA) ratio before and after the acquisition at PT Phapros Tbk. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and corporate social responsibility on company value with the board of commissioners as a moderation variable in industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population used in this study is industrial companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and moderate regression analysis tests using SPSS 26 and in data processing where this technique is used to estimate the value of the dependent variable using more than one independent variable and will be influenced by moderation variables. The result of this study is  that capital structure affects the value of companies in industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. Profitability affects the value of companies in industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. Liquidity affects the value of companies in industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. Corporate social responsibility affects the value of companies in industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period

Abstract

This study aims to test the quality of service on the loyalty of mobile banking users. This type of research is quantitative. The source of data used in this study is primary data. The population of this study is bank customers who use mobile banking. The sampling  technique in this study used Purposive Sampling. The sample size of this study was 150 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was a survey through questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this research is to use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS).  Quality of Service consisting of Reliability, User-Friendliness, Security and Efficiency. has a significant effect on loyalty. This explains that the better the quality of service in mobile banking, the higher the loyalty of mobile banking users. User loyalty is a conative component where users will have the intention to use mobile banking in the long run. Because you have confidence in the use of a service

Abstract

The purpose of this study is used to analyze whether brand image, product quality and E-WOM can influence consumer buying interest in environmentally friendly products at FEB UMS. This research method is quantitative, with non-probability sampling techniques  with purposive sampling methods. This research data is primary data. The population of this study is FEB students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection methods are used by researchers using online questionnaires with the help of Google Form facilities. The data analysis method in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) Analysis. Data analysis in this study used the help of Smart PLS application software. The results in this study show that brand image has a positive and significant influence on buying interest. Product quality has a positive and significant influence on buying interest. E-WOM also has a positive and significant influence on buying interest

Abstract

This research is based on complaints that occurred during the offline and online transition period. By aiming to determine the effect of job satisfaction, communication and organizational commitment virtually on employee performance. The study used quantitative research methods with the distribution of respondent samples through questionnaires totaling 80 data and employees of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu as the sample subjects tested. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling method. With the help of SmartPLS data analysis application as a sample test tool, using data analysis testing such as outer model, inner model. The findings of this study state that there is an influence on job satisfaction on employee performance, and there is an influence of communication on employee performance, and there is an influence of organizational commitment virtually on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted in Indonesia with the aim of determining the sustainable development model based on maritime economy using the Vector Autoregression (VAR) analysis method with time series research data for 15 (fifteen) years. The variables used in this study consisted of exports, imports, loading sea freight (ALM), and bongkatr sea freight (ALB) with data obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Indonesia. The results of the VAR analysis show that the contribution of each variable to itself and other variables is clearly visible on the basis of lag 1. Vector autoregression analysis reveals significant interrelationships between variables, reflecting the complexity and interconnectedness within those systems. The Impulse Response Function (IRF) showed an increase in exports giving a positive response in all time periods, however, a negative response appeared in the medium and long term from the import variables, ALM and ALB. Import variables give positive responses in various time periods, but negative responses appear in the medium and long term from imported variables, ALB, and ALM. Response stability is established in the medium term (period 5) and long term (period 10). Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) analysis shows that export variables contribute significantly to model changes in the short term, while export and import variables are more effective as recommendations for development model development in the medium and long term. Development models through variable ALM most effectively involve ALB in the short term, and ALB and exports in the medium and long term. Import control is effective in controlling export variables in the short, medium, and long term. Overall, the results of FEVD analysis provide deep insights for the development of maritime economy-based development models in Indonesia, emphasizing the importance of export, import, ALB, and ALM variables in formulating effective policies.
