Abstract

This research explores the "Role of Sharia Economic Law in the Development of Digital Investments," focusing on ensuring legal validity within the Islamic context. The introduction underscores the significance of Sharia economic law principles in supporting the growth of digital investments. The research methodology employs a literature review approach to analyze the contribution of Islamic law to the sustainability and legitimacy of digital investments. The findings indicate that Sharia economic law principles play a crucial role in ensuring legal integrity in digital investments, paving the way for development aligned with Islamic values. This study provides a profound understanding of the harmonious relationship between Sharia economic law and digital investments, along with its implications for sustainability and compliance with Islamic norms

Abstract

The Islamic boarding school was born from the big idea of ​​its founder. Making this big idea come true must be done by highly motivated human resources. Motivation as a driver for human resources to want to work by using all their abilities at work. Motivation can be created through various activities carried out by institutions, one of which is in-house training. The training carried out will increase motivation, thereby creating enthusiasm in carrying out activities so that it will have an impact on achieving the institution's targets. This research aims to determine the effect of in-house training carried out by institutions on the work motivation of training participants. The research was conducted on IHT Directors participants at the beginning of the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 61 participants. Research using smart PLS software. The research results show that in-house training has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. These results can be seen from the t-statistic value of 8.270 which is greater than the t-table of 1.960 and the p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.050. And the R-Square value is 0.315 or 31.5% of work motivation variables can be influenced by IHT, while 68.5% of work motivation variables are influenced by other variables that have not been studied

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and payment methods on purchase decisions at marketplace Shopee Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method. This research uses probability sampling method with cluster sampling technique and random stratified sampling with the number of respondents as many as 400 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was processed using SPSS version 25. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test, F test and R2 test. And the results show that the selected 2 independent variables (product quality and payment methods) simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then for the results of the partial study, the independent variables consisting of product quality and payment methods are positive and significant. And the R2 test value obtained in this study is 0.512, meaning that 51.2% of Purchase Decisions can be explained by product quality and payment methods and the remaining 48.8% explained by other variables that were not examined

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income and operating expenses on the profit of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk period 2013-2022. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of financial statements of the gudang garam company from 2011 to 2020. Based on the results of the research, income yields t count 0.489 < t table 2.365 and sig value. 0.640 > 0.05. Thus Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and insignificant effect between income and profit of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk period 2013-2022. Based on the results of the study of operating expenses on profit, the t count 1.319 < t table 2.365 and the value of sig. 0.229 . 0.05. Thus Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no and insignificant effect between operating expenses and profits of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk period 2013-2022. And based on the results of the simultaneous study of Income and Operating Expenses, it produces a calculated f count 16.265 > f table 5.32 and the value of sig. 0.02 <0.05 this proves that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Revenue and Operating Expenses on Profit PT. Abstract

High performance is a demand given by the organization to employees, while performance appraisals on some occasions are not carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations that apply, on the other hand employees are given tasks that exceed their work ability. This research is oriented to explain and test the effects of assessment and workload on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province using the perceptions of 140 respondents, but there were 12 questionnaires that were not filled out completely, leaving 128 questionnaires analyzed by utilizing Partial Least Square through SmartPLS 3.2 which provides evidence if the performance appraisal has been carried out very much. Good so that it has an impact on the high performance produced, while on other causalities it can also be proven that it turns out that providing a high workload in its implementation can produce high performance

Abstract

The development of science and technology has brought many changes to all aspects of life including the human resource management sector. Not a few jobs that were originally carried out by humans have now begun to be replaced by technology which has an impact on the increasingly difficult to obtain job opportunities, thus also having an impact on the number of unemployment. Only a skilled and qualified workforce will be able to survive the increasingly fierce job competition. This paper is a literature review that aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of human resources in the digital era. From several references that became references, data were obtained on several human resource challenges in the digtal era, namely changes in work culture, mobility management and flexibility as well as skill demands for the use of technology. While the opportunities are in the form of the use of big data analytics, employee development and increased employee involvement in the organization. Technology and digitalization are inevitable, but qualified and competent human resources will be able to survive and keep pace with technological sophistication. With policies and regulations, of course, technology will support human resources in doing all work

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with the research subjects are employees of PT. MTI at the Merchant Operations section with a sample size of 45 respondents. This research uses data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and supported secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using the SPSS 27 program. The results of the research show that the work motivation variable does not have a partial or simultaneous effect on performance with a significance of 0.388, while the work discipline variable has a partial and simultaneous effect on PT.MTI employees performance with a significance of 0.001. With the Adjusted R Square value of the coefficient of determination (R²) is 18.6%.

Abstract

The global economic crisis due to the Covid-19 outbreak has had an impact on the Indonesian economy. One of the efforts to recover the economy is investment activities. The recent increase in the number of investors must be accompanied by awareness of other risks and losses. Therefore, investors must have the ability to consider organized financial decisions. Considerations in investment decisions are also based on psychological factors of bias and emotions of investors. This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of herding behavior, overconfidence, and risk tolerance on investment decisions moderated by Financial literacy. The population in this study is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The method in this study is quantitative using surveys with questionnaires. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling technique. The data analysis used used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that herding behavior, overconfidence  and risk tolerance have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions. Financial literacy cannot moderate the relationship between herding behavior, overconfidence and risk tolerance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of the welfare of the people of Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency, through the tourism sector. There are research variables as dependent variables, namely welfare, and there are five independent variables, namely Management, Strategy, Resources, Tourism and Infrastructure. This study used primary data by observing and distributing questionnaires directly to the field. The data analysis model in this study uses SWOT analysis and Multiple Linear Regression method. The partial test results showed that all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on people's welfare. Simultaneously, the results of the study show that Management, Strategy, Resources, Tourism and Infrastructure simultaneously have a significant effect on the welfare of the community in Sei Suka District, Coal Regency

Abstract

This study examines the analysis of factors that affect product uncertainty mediated by seller uncertainty in social commerce. The population in this study were individuals who had an online shopping experience through social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The sample of this study was 203 respondents. Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) is the research methodology used in this study. Applications such as SmartPLS 3.0 are used in data processing. The result of this study is that Seller uncertainty  is negatively and insignificantly affected by return policy leniency. Product uncertainty is positively and significantly influenced by the variables return policy leniency, information quality, seller reputation, and seller uncertainty. Seller uncertainty is positively and significantly influenced by information quality, seller reputation, and the number of positive comments. Product uncertainty is positively and insignificantly influenced by the number of positive comments. Seller uncertainty is negatively and insignificantly affected by seller popularity. Product uncertainty is negatively and significantly influenced by Seller popularity.  Return policy leniency and seller popularity have a negative and insignificant effect on product uncertainty mediated by seller uncertainty. Information quality, seller reputation, and the number of positive comments have a positive and significant effect on product uncertainty mediated by seller uncertainty
