Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to determine the value of the direct influence between transformational leadership and change management, transformational leadership and organizational culture, organizational culture and change management, and deal with the indirect effect of organizational culture on transformational leadership and change management. Background Problems: In the era of globalization that is increasingly fast and dynamic, an organization must be able to adapt to changes in the environment, where changes in the organization must be managed properly and efficiently. Change management is a systematic and complex process carried out by an organization. One of the steps in determining the direction of change is to select the transformational leadership model, change management, and organizational culture. Research Methods: Review articles on the relationship between transformational leadership, change management, organizational culture, organizational change, and the mediating role of organizational culture on transformational leadership and change management. Finding/Results: There is a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and change management, transformational leadership and organizational culture, and organizational culture and change management, where organizational culture has a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and change management. Conclusion: Transformational leadership are very influential on organizational changes and play an essential role in determining the direction of change management and organizational culture, using organizational culture to manage these changes.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to determine the direct effect of psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior, psychological capital on work engagement, transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership on work engagement, work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior. An indirect effect of psychological capital and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior by mediating work engagement Background Problems: The times are increasingly rapid and dynamic, especially the challenges faced by companies, especially in developing countries, are getting bigger, and an organization must be able to adapt to environmental changes to survive and grow to achieve the goals of the organization, requiring support from internal and external factors that affect the organization to be managed properly and efficiently. Research Methods: The research method used is review of articles and literature studies sourced from journals and books. Finding/Results: The results of the hypothesis that the direct or indirect effect of psychological capital, transformational leadership, and work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant impact. Conclusion Transformational leadership contributes to increasing employee self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and a sense of optimism. Transformational leadership and psychological capital are independently related to trust in management and impact individual and organizational performance. Still, they can also moderate each other, which will affect climate of an organization and work engagement.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: Application of industry 4.0 to support the supply chain in manufacturing by using information and communication technology, a company can optimize integration into the environment, increase production capacity and capabilities, and increase customer value in facing the world of competition in the current era of globalization. The primary purpose of this study is to determine the extent of research on the application of industry 4.0 in the supply chain. Background Problems: Business competition in the manufacturing sector is getting faster and more dynamic. An organization must adapt to environmental changes to innovate to produce a more efficient production system by combining industrial 4.0 technology in a sustainable supply chain by optimizing resources, set-up time, labour costs, materials, production, and product design. Novelty: There is a research gap on logistics and warehouse variables that are not directly connected to industry 4.0 and supply chain management. Research Methods: The method used is a literature review, using bibliometric analysis of the VOSviewer application with data sourced from Scopus. Finding/Results: Found 155 research articles from 2015 to 2022, each year showing significant growth, especially a spike in 2020 to 2021, with 34 research articles. Conclusion: Scientific research related to the application of industry 4.0 in the supply chain in the field of engineering from 2015 to 2022 is increasing, with the direction of research being concentrated on the topic of circular economy, sustainability, cyber-physical system, smart manufacturing, internet of things, block chain, big data, and digitalization.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study was conducted to determine the effect of processed rubber production (X1), world rubber prices (X2), and exchange rates (X3) on the value of Jambi Province rubber exports (Y). The data in this study are secondary data sourced from the Jambi Central Statistics Agency for the period 2011-2021. Background Problems: The role of rubber exports is quite crucial for the economy of Jambi Province, apart from being a source of income, rubber exports also act as a promoter of regional development so that it is possible to create downstream effects for economic activities, especially the development of downstream industries. Research Methods: Several statistical tests were carried out, namely developmental analysis and regression analysis, to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Finding/Results: The research found that the world rubber price significantly impacted the value of rubber exports. In contrast, the production of processed rubber and the exchange rate had no significant effect on the value of rubber exports. However, simultaneous calculation results show that the production of processed rubber, world rubber prices, and the exchange rate significantly impact Jambi's rubber exports. Conclusion: From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, 82% of Jambi Province's rubber exports are influenced by processed rubber production, world rubber prices, and exchange rates, and other variables that influence the remaining 18%.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study sought to quantify how hard skills, soft skills, organization learning, and innovation capability all affected performance. Background Problems: The abilities required to advance in the workplace are changing due to the expanding workplace. Every university graduate is expected to perform exceedingly well, possess high levels of competence, and be adept at their jobs. Educational institutions play a crucial role in developing competent graduates with hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy. Novelty: This study evaluates the similarities and differences between the previous research and the research conducted because the earlier research did not integrate the three variables in one research title. Research Methods: This study employs a qualitative literature study. Secondary data is gathered from research findings from multiple references that are pertinent to the study's subject and goals. Finding/Results: The findings demonstrated that organizational learning, hard and soft skills, and innovation capability all had a direct, positive, and significant impact on performance. Additionally, among other factors, soft skills have the most significant an impact on performance. Conclusion: Every educational institution must continue to focus on developing hard and soft skills through training to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The development of moral values ​​and character in children is one area that needs attention. This study discusses how society, families, and schools can help children in primary schools develop moral character and moral values. Background Problems: Without parents' knowledge, moral ideals are taught to children, and character development does not occur naturally. It is essential for the community, schools, and parents to pay attention to how children in primary schools develop their character. A harmonious and dynamic environment must be built for children to create strong characters and good spirits in their families, schools and communities. Novelty: This research is a research, and the difference between previous research and the research conducted is that the earlier research did not integrate the three variables in one research title. Research Methods: This research uses a literature study as its research approach. Finding/Results: Children's moral development and character are strongly influenced by their families, schools and communities. However, family or parents are the most important factors because they are the first schools that prepare children for life in the real world. Conclusion: The role of parents, educators, and society is essential. The three of them, in instilling character, must work together. Strengthening character education today must continue to be improved. The three educational centres, namely parents, educators and the community, are good sources for academic development.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to examine training innovations in Indonesia from 2017 to 2022. Background Problems: This literary study of Indonesian training innovations is pivotal because it is essentially related to human resource development, particularly in Indonesia. Moreover, The academic studies in this field are insufficient to give knowledge, so this research was conducted to provide a more general description of Indonesian training innovations. The discussions of training innovations in this article are circulated 1) How the training innovations have been carried out in Indonesia, 2) What the advantages of training innovations are, and 3) How to research approach was carried out in the training innovations conducted in Indonesia. Novelty: Systematically examines in-depth training innovations in Indonesia and provides an overview of the development of training innovations in Indonesia. Research Methods: This research used a systematic literature review. Finding/Results: The result shows that 1) The training innovations in Indonesia varied in two terms, application or software and learning process, 2) The innovations had a positive effect on the participants, and 3) in its development, the studies on training innovations were carried out using some methods which are quantitative, qualitative, mixed, and research and development methods. Conclusion: This literature study provides a comprehensive overview of training innovation in Indonesia and becomes an additional description and reference for further research and possibilities for studies on training innovation worldwide.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objective: The Distance Training (PJJ) pattern or blended learning has become a popular training alternative. Changes in training practices by utilizing online platforms are expected to be a means of independence for ASN in education and developing their competencies. Therefore, the instructor must adapt icebreaking, often applied in classical activities, to online icebreaking. So that PJJ can take place in a fun and meaningful way even though it is carried out virtually without involving the physical interaction of the participants. Background Problems: Icebreaking is applied in face-to-face or classical learning, but not all can be used in PJJ or online training. Widyaiswara needs an educative and interactive online icebreaking training reference. Research Method: Literature study. Novelty: This study presents 11 educational and interactive online Icebreaking games. Findings/Results: The eleven icebreaking online create an online learning atmosphere that is educative, interactive, exciting, and fun, thus creating training that is interesting, active, creative, fun, and meaningful. Eleven icebreaking fosters the interest and motivation of the training participants in the training subjects to be studied. Conclusion: Researchers believe that eleven icebreaking is an interactive and educational icebreaker that Widyaiswara can apply in online training. Glad that PJJ makes training fun and exciting, eliminates awkwardness between participants, improves concentration and focus, and creates creative and innovative activity that increases participants' learning motivation.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This article was prepared with the aim of comprehensively investigating the use of presentation applications and their usefulness in training activities. Background Problems: The use of presentation applications plays an important role in training activities as part of human resource development. On the other hand, studies on the use of presentation applications in training activities have not been widely carried out. Novelty: This article provides the results of an investigation in the form of a literature study that can add insight regarding the development of the use of presentation applications in training activities and contains recommendations for further studies regarding the use of presentation applications in a more specific and in-depth manner. Research Methods: This study uses a systematic literature review method. Finding/Results: The findings from this literature study include (1) the most popular applications used in training activities are Microsoft PowerPoint; (2) in its development, presentation applications have been implemented, developed as learning media in training activities and the use of presentation applications in training runs effectively and (3) The use of presentation applications has benefits in training because learning becomes easier to understand, more interesting and pleasant. Conclusion: In general, the main contribution of this article is that investigations about the use of presentation applications and their usefulness in training activities are interesting and promising things to always study because this is very closely related to human resource development.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to analyze the contribution of Balance Funds to Total Regional Revenue in Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province in 2010-2021. Background Problems: How is the contribution of the Balance Fund to Total Regional Revenue in Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province in 2010-2021. Research Methods: This research uses a quantitative method using secondary data on the realization of the Balance Fund and the realization of Regional Revenue in Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province in 2010-2021. Finding/Results: Based on the results of the analysis carried out and compared with the contribution criteria, the results vary with the lowest contribution at 58.84% which occurred in 2021 in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency and the highest contribution was 89.90% in 2010 in Sarolangun Regency. Conclusion: The contribution of Balance Funds to total Regional Revenues in Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province is still very high (> 50%) or in other words, Total Regional Revenues are still dominated by allocations from the central government.
