This research is motivated by the use of conventional methods and media in the learning process of Indonesian Language Education courses at UPI Padang. To support the varied learning styles of students, lecturers need to develop teaching materials that solve the problems in the learning process. One of them is developing modules and using technology, because the development of e-multimedia encourages the combination of print technology and computer technology in learning activities. In line with this problem, it is necessary to conduct a research to produce an Indonesian Language Learning Model using a validity, practicality, and effectiveness multimedia e-module for students using the ADDIE development model. The type of this research is development research. The sample of this research is students majoring in PTIK, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, which is taken by means of random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used instruments in the form of questionnaires and tests to obtain the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed e-modules. The data had been collected and was analyzed then the results obtained that the process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, the development of e-modules in Indonesian courses was based on the results of analysis and validation by experts in the medium category

Cloud computing is a form of technological progress that has developed along with the times, this has spurred the increasing use of the internet. By usingtechnology internet that is able to implement server a virtual, which has the aim of building a cloud computing server at the District Communications and Information Office. Padang Pariaman uses the Operating System (OS) Proxmox VE (Virtual Environment) 6.4. Cloud computing is able to provide storage services that can be used simultaneously. IHSG is a stock price index number that has been compiled and calculated by generating a trend, where the index number is a number that is processed in such a way that it can be used to compare events that can be changes in stock prices from time to time. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect between inflation, exchange rates, SBI interest rates, and net income on the composite stock price index. There are 80 company populations during 2017-2019 with a total sample of 34. This type of research uses explanatory research, the research location is carried out on the IDX. Data collection was obtained from BEI, BPS and BI. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that inflation, interest rates, and net income have no effect on the IHSG, but the exchange rate has a significant effect on the IHSG

Family ownership and political connections have made significant contributions to company in Indonesia. Hence, firms registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were tested as samples with firm performance as a measurement. The purpose of this article is to research the role of family ownership and founders on board on firm performance with political connections as a moderating variable. The sample data used in this research are quantitative data with 492 registered firms on IDX for the period of 2015 to 2019. The analysis results show that family ownership influences firm performance positively. However, founders on board have insignificant relation with firm performance. Meanwhile, political connections do not moderate the relationship between family ownership and founders on board with firm performance.

The importance of Earnings Management for management is to determine the direction of Stakeholder decisions, it is very important, but Stakeholders will receive a bad impact from Earnings Management because of the number game practice carried out by management such as not obtaining invalid and adequate data so that in determining action they cannot take the right things. should be for the company (Sulistyanto, 2008). When earnings management actions are revealed, this has another effect, namely bad management which will have a major impact on the company, consequently reducing the trust of external parties to the company's managers (Berger & DeYoung, 1997). So, it is advisable to take several steps to strengthen the quality of corporate governance, including the effectiveness of the audit committee, internal audit and external audit practices (Yassin & Nelson, 2012)

In the era of digital society 5.0, it offers much technology to help students write. However, the available technology will not be used by students if it has not been introduced and taught to use technology that can be used in writing scientific papers. Lecturers can use the TPACK learning framework to teach and train students to write scientific papers. This research belongs to survey research. This study looked at the responses of 40 students taught using technology in applications or recommended websites to facilitate writing scientific papers. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire that includes the four components of TPACK based on the recommended technology. The findings showed that the TPACK learning framework could change students' mindsets in writing scientific papers to be easier and more enjoyable. After introducing and teaching techniques with the stages of the TPACK learning framework that can be utilized, students are interested and find it helpful in finding the latest research ideas/topics with many easily accessible references: Publish or Perish, paraphrasing citations from articles to avoid plagiarism: Smoodin, improving writing and grammar: google document and using the reference manager application to help create an automated bibliography: Mendeley.

The existence of divorce actually results in the separation of husband and wife bonds. This study aims to examine and examine the influence of divorce factors in the city of Padang. In this problem, the author predicts the divorce rate that will occur in the city of Padang in 2021 by reviewing divorce data in 2020. The method used in this study is normative juridical research by conducting observations, field notes, and interviews with related parties at the research location. . The results of this study will provide benefits for the Padang Class IA Religious Court to make a breakthrough that is able to reduce the divorce rate. The analysis in this problem also uses two methods of decision support systems, namely Single Moving Average (SMA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on manual calculations, the researcher can conclude that continuous disputes in the household can trigger divorce. Therefore, the Padang Class IA Religious Court can make a breakthrough in the form of education about the impact of divorce and education in solving a problem. The application of the Single Moving Average method can predict accurately for January 2021 as many as 96 cases for 5 period predictions with a MAPE of 11%. In the calculation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, the final calculation is 0.32 which shows that continuous disputes can lead to divorce.

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of culture, organization, work motivation, leadership style, and compensation on the performance of employees in the finance department in the Medan City Government. This study uses a method with a quantitative approach, namely by using primary data derived from questionnaires through Likert scale measurements. In this study, the population in question is the whole of the State Civil Apparatus in the finance department of the Medan City Government with a total population of 231 people. The sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique which resulted in 68 people as respondents. The data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression whose calculations are assisted by the IM SPSS version 26 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence on organizational culture, work motivation, leadership style, and compensation for the performance of employees in the department. viewed as a stimulant, (2) there is a good influence of organizational culture, work motivation, leadership style, and the provision of compensation to the performance of employees in the finance department which is seen partially.
