This research aims to evaluate the impact on the stock prices of production firms, Earning per share, Equity return, Price Book Value, and Net Margin. Earnings per share, returns on equity, pricing book valuation, and net profit margin are the phenomena of growth in profitability and not a further increase in stock prices of manufacturers on the Indonesian stock bond. The methodology of sampling is intended for sampling. The samples collected were 198 analytical units. The results of the study demonstrate that profitability and net profit per share in industrial firms on the Indonesian Stock Börse for the period 2017 to 2019 do not have any part influence on Earning Per Share. Earning per share in the manufacturing firms of Indonesia affects the return on equity and the price of the book value in part. For the years 2017-2019, Indonesia Stock Exchange. Return on equity, price-book value and net profit margins concurrently impact stock price in the Indonesian Stock Exchange manufacturing businesses for the year 2017-19.

This community service aims to socialize the Bithāqatu al-Kalimah Game method to the community and students at the Al-Ikhlas Recitation Park (TPA) service location in West Pilohayanga Village with the hope that this method can be applied as an effort to increase the interest and enthusiasm of students so that the purpose of learning or mastering al-Al-Qur’an readings Quran can be reached. The method used is the lecture method and card games, the subjects in this service are TPA children. This service is carried out in two phases of activity in the form of an introduction to the Bithāqatu al-Kalimah game method and an evaluation phase in the form of a Bithāqatu al-Kalimah preparation competition. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that the Bithāqatu al-Kalimah game method plays a role in increasing interest and motivation, as well as mastering hijaiyah letters and reading the Al-Qur’an for students.

Along with its development, optical fiber has been modified into sensors because of its various advantages. In the fabrication of a modified fiber optic sensor in the form of a taper innovation, the sensor geometry becomes the main parameter that can affect the sensitivity of the sensor. The fiber taper works by allowing the evanescent waves out of the waveguide to interact with the stimulus, thus providing a sensor mechanism. The fabrication of the fiber taper in this study was carried out using the drawing and heating method continuously and simultaneously. Based on this fabrication process, the optical fiber is pulled using an autograph until it enters the plastic deformation region. Mechanical properties analysis showed that the optical fiber has a stress of 54.21 MPa and an elastic modulus of 2.46 GPa. It was also found that the optical fiber experienced an elongation of up to 11.02%. The results of the digital microscope test showed that the taper process succeeded in reducing the diameter of the optical fiber by 18.40%. Besides the ease of processing, the advantage of fabrication using this method is that the mechanical properties are measured in real-time, making this method reproducible on a mass scale.

The mapping of tourism potential in the village of kumpulrejo is important for the development of pioneering tourism villages. The tourist attraction of Kumpulrejo village as a tourist destination is tani rukun santosa group and coffee plantation. The pioneering development of the kumpulrejo tourism village requires creative efforts to create and issue a unique character. Kumpulrejo Village is one of the pioneering tourism villages in the city of Salatiga, Argomulyo district. The community service activity is a collaboration of the STIEPARI Semarang service team with the Salatiga city government to support the tourism development program of the city of Salatiga as a gastronomy city. The purpose of this service is to map the tourism potential of the kumpulrejo village and map the strategies that need to be done to become an agriculture-based tourism village. With the mapping of the tourism potential of Kumpulrejo village, it is hoped that this roadmap will be the first step in developing the Kumpulrejo tourist village.

Puskesmas as a health facility has Hazardous and Toxic Materials and the waste that can pollute and / or damage the environment, and / or endanger the environment, health, and survival of humans and other living things. Approximately 70 - 90% of solid waste derived from health installations is a common waste that resembles household waste and does not contain risks. The remaining 10 -25% is waste that can cause various types of health impacts because it is considered dangerous. This community service aims to improve understanding of Hazardous and Toxic Materials management in Ngasem Health Center. This research method uses quantitative approach and data analyzed using Paired sample t-test, significance level α=0.05. The average pretest research results obtained before the socialization of Hazardous and Toxic Materials management is 89.09. After socialization, the average posttest value is 125.45. The significance value of paired t test 0.003 which shows there is a significant influence of socialization on the understanding of B3 management in Ngasem Health Center, Kediri. To reduce the danger / risk due to services performed by puskesmas, the implementation of Hazardous and Toxic Materials management in accordance with standards must be done immediately. ABSTRACT WHO announced Covid-19 as pandemic on 11th March 2021. In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, Mardi Waluyo Hospital has an application for online screening that can be accessed independently by patients. This application will make patients and health workers easier and accelerate the health services. The aim of community dedication program that held in RSUD Mardi Waluyo is develops an online covid-19 screening system and provides education so that both health workers and the community able to use application of online covid-19 screening to reduce direct contact between health workers and patients. At the initial stage, socialization was given to health workers starting from management, registration, program and staffing division, head of nursing, head of medical support, public relations, nurses, and medical records. To introduce the online screening application, socialization is carried out directly and through the media. An understanding of the online screening application is important because we can measure how successful the online screening implementation plan at Mardi Waluyo Hospital. Before socialization, understanding about online screening applications was 56.00, while after socialization was 91.00. It shows that there is an increase in participants' understanding after the socialization. Keywords: Covid-19, Online Screening, Socialization

Companies must improve work effectiveness and efficiency to survive. The business wants earnings to ensure its existence. This research looked at the impact of the quick ratio, debt ratio, and inventory turnover on return on assets in businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. This study utilizes quantitative and categorical data. Collecting data using literature. This study covers 52 consumer goods firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The sample is 23. As a consequence, the Quick ratio has no impact on the return on assets of firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. For the 2016-2019 timeframe, the debt ratio has no impact on the return on assets of firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. For the 2016-2019 timeframe, inventory turnover affects return on assets in the Consumer Goods Sector. Ongoing changes in debt ratios and inventory turnover impact return on assets in Indonesian consumer goods businesses

Aromatherapy helps COVID-19 patients to prevent, increase immunity, and relieve symptoms of COVID-19 so that it can be used as adjuvant COVID-19 therapy. This Community Service aims to introduce aromatherapy that can be used as a complementary therapy for COVID-19 and refute the myth that aromatherapy functions as the primary therapy for COVID-19. This activity is carried out in three stages, in the form of pre-test, presentation of material, and post-test. The pre-test was given together before the presentation of the material. The first material introduces aromatherapy, its benefits, and refuting the myth in the community, namely aromatherapy as the primary therapy for COVID-19. The last stage is to give a post-test after the delivery of the material. The participants of this service were 52 people, which was carried out online through the zoom application. This activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge about using aromatherapy as a complement of COVID-19 therapy.

This research was carried out to examine how corporate social responsibility (CSR) can affect a company’s financial performance with the ownership concentration as the moderating variable. The CSR variable was measured using GRI G4 index, company performance was measured using return on assets (ROA), and ownership concentration was measured using the number of shares percentage. As many as 32 non-financial companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a time span of 2015-2019 were chosen as the research samples. Secondary data were used in the form of information that can be obtained from www.idx.com and the company's website. The data obtained were further tested concerning its descriptive statistics, coefficient of determination, goodness of fit, and path coefficient using the SPSS and Smart PLS 3.0 programs, namely testing. The final conclusion taken from the research results is that CSR does not significantly affect financial performance, while ownership concentration significantly moderates the relationship between CSR and company financial performance.

The existence of Child Welfare Institutions (LKSA) in Indonesia is regulated by the Ministry of Social Affairs and must meet the National Child Care Standards. Within the scope of institutional standards, LKSA must provide complete, adequate, healthy and safe facilities for children to support the implementation of parenting. In general, facilities provided by LKSA can be used together. However, it is still necessary to support children's privacy. Nevertheless, problems that often arise and need special attention are: issues of cleanliness, tidiness, safety and care among fellow foster children. The research objectives are to design red tags and one point lesson to support good housekeeping practices in LKSA. The study object is one of the LKSAs in Bekasi. The methods are: 5S cultural training, observation, designing red tags to manage the sorting of goods and compiling one point lesson with classifications in the form of: safety, basic knowledge, improvement and problem solving. The red tags can be used as a marker for unused items. So that, it is clear to distinguish them from items that are still useful. Furthermore, one-point lesson is expected to be an effective learning medium and easy to practice by personnel in LKSA.
