Abstract

Businesses today benefit greatly from information technology, especially in creating computer-based applications, websites, and sales information systems. This technology allows for quick and easy sales data management and buy-sell transactions. This system can process sales transaction data efficiently, which allows precise and fast information reports to be generated. By creating an application, Warkuy Cafe, located in Bekasi City, overcomes the problem of manual sales data recap. This system aims to increase the convenience, attractiveness, and efficiency of online services and ordering. These applications include information about sales transactions, delivery messages, booking order systems, and e-wallet payments. Software such as Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS), which help users and administrators edit data, created the applications. This innovation enhances Warkuy Cafe's operations and improves customers' shopping experience.

Abstract

This research aims to implement an efficient Web-Based Information System in collecting data on residents at the Villa Mutiara Gading 1 RW 18 Setia Asih Housing Complex, Tarumajaya, Bekasi Regency. As the digitalization era continues to develop, efficient management of citizen data has become very important in meeting the needs of modern society. The system development method used is a prototype development approach. which involves several stages, namely listening to user needs, building or improving a prototype, and testing the prototype. Various integrated features, such as recording citizen data, financial administration, and announcements, are focused on RW18. The implementation results show an increase in community services, a positive impact on environmental management, as well as increased interaction between RW 18 members and residents. With this system, recording citizen data becomes more efficient, financial administration is organized, and RW18 information can be easily accessed by all residents. The approach used in this research supports the development of a system that is responsive to user needs and can provide significant benefits to society.

Abstract

The web-based sales application designed and developed for UMKM HJM Garage in Jonggol, West Java, aims to provide the much-needed support of information technology in their business operations. UMKM HJM Garage faces several challenges, including the lack of systematic reporting, difficulty in maintaining inventory availability, and struggles in tracking expenses and profits regularly. The objective of this application is to assist UMKM HJM Garage in enhancing productivity and simplifying its sales processes. It is equipped with inventory management, order tracking, and sales reporting features, expected to facilitate effective business management. With the implementation of this web-based sales application, it is anticipated that UMKM HJM Garage will manage sales more efficiently and significantly increase their revenue.

Abstract

Preschool (TK) or Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays an essential role in shaping the foundation of knowledge, attitudes, and skills in children. The primary focus of early childhood education goes beyond stimulating, guiding, nurturing, and providing learning activities at school. Media learning, incredibly educational interactive media, becomes crucial in motivating and educating children. This study focuses on developing interactive multimedia-based learning media using Adobe Flash for TK and PAUD at TK Bamadita Rahman. Through interviews with the school principal and teachers, a needs analysis was conducted to evaluate the implementation of interactive learning media. The research addresses conventional learning challenges by designing an engaging, child-friendly interactive media application. The objectives include creating interactive media, serving as a reference for play-based learning activities, implementing interactive media, and assessing its effectiveness in TK and PAUD Bamadita Rahman. The study concludes that the learning application using Adobe Flash has been successfully designed, has the potential to cultivate an interest in animation among the younger generation, and enhances the efficiency of the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The use of digital technology, primarily through the use of the Posyandu website, has positively impacted the efficiency and effectiveness of recording and reporting Posyandu activities. This article explores digitalization's role in optimizing community health services at the Posyandu level. The author used the data collection method: direct observation of the Edelweis Posyandu activities. The results show that implementing the Posyandu website has simplified the process of recording and reporting activities, reduced the workload for cadres, and increased data accessibility for health workers. Apart from that, digitalization also helps increase cadres' digital literacy, enabling them to use technology more effectively in their tasks. In conclusion, the digitization of Posyandu has excellent potential to strengthen its role as a provider of integrated and efficient public health services.

Abstract

Along with the increasingly rapid development of technology, this can be characterized by increasingly sophisticated technology. Using computers as a tool in carrying out work in information technology is becoming increasingly common and developing in all fields. This research discusses implementing an equipment inventory information system at the Indonesia Care Foundation to increase the efficiency of managing equipment availability. This study includes requirements analysis, system design, and implementation of information technology-based solutions to monitor and manage equipment more effectively. Data collection methods involve interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The research results show that implementing an inventory information system provides significant benefits, including increased recording accuracy, more efficient stock management, and better monitoring of equipment use and maintenance. This implementation's success positively contributes to operational efficiency and improves equipment management performance at the Foundation Indonesia Care.

Abstract

Hadroh is currently less popular among young people, where hadroh contains dhikr and prayers in the activities of the younger generation due to the musicality of songs with pop, rock, and modern nuances and the increasing number of communities that care about preserving traditional arts and culture. The method used is that the data collected is not in the form of numbers, but instead, the data comes from interviews, observations, field notes, and personal documents. Empowering young men and women through hadroh training has increased the skills and understanding of young men and women in the Tuminting Manado sub-district, who increasingly use the art of hadroh musical instruments to preserve cultural arts. As for skills, it can be proven by the skills of young men and women in playing these musical instruments. The skill demonstrated is being more agile or skilled in hand movements when hitting the art to produce musical rhythms that are beautiful to hear. The increasing enthusiasm of young men and women in the Tuminting sub-district of Manado in routine activities after training and mentoring in hadroh arts was held, the young men and women who became players of this traditional art could play this musical instrument well. This is indeed very influential in growing the enthusiasm of other young men and women to participate in revitalizing traditional arts and culture preservation activities.

Abstract

This research discusses the development of a web-based employee attendance application using the waterfall method at SMA Candra Naya. The waterfall method was chosen due to its organized structure, starting from requirement analysis to maintenance. The stages involved include requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application utilizes QR-code technology as a unique identification tool for employees, enabling efficient and accurate attendance processes. Evaluation was conducted through internal testing at SMA Candra Naya to assess the performance and reliability of the application. The evaluation results indicate that the application successfully enhances the efficiency of attendance administration and simplifies employee attendance management. The primary contribution of this research is the application of the waterfall method as a systematic approach in developing web-based applications for employee attendance management, which can be adopted by educational institutions and similar organizations to improve the efficiency and accuracy of attendance processes.

Abstract

Within the scope of this service, the focus is on the urgent needs of Posyandu as the foundation of community health services related to implementing a more efficient recording and reporting system. The main challenge arises from manual recording methods using Microsoft Excel at Posyandu Cempaka 3 RT 004 RW 011 Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, which hinders the reporting process to the health center. As a solution, the proposed development of a web-based information system for recording aims to improve the administrative efficiency of Posyandu. This service adopts the waterfall method in designing an efficient web-based recording information system. The result is a prepared web application interface for implementation, expected to overcome manual recording constraints and support timely reporting to the health center. Thus, the use of information technology in Posyandu recording is expected to contribute positively to the smooth administration and quality of local community health services, creating a solid foundation for monitoring and improving the health of mothers and children.

Abstract

Ikatan Remaja Pondok Pesantren Akmaliah (IKRA) is a management organization within the Akmaliah Islamic Boarding School. Akmaliah Islamic Boarding School is a place for teaching or studying Islamic teachings. Based on information from one of the administrators of the IKRA organization, there are problems with the management system and cash contributions at this organization called IKRA. In the previous cash system, recording of outgoing and incoming funds was still done manually and information about the recording was still done manually, namely through the WhatsApp Group social media application. This research aims to develop a Web-based cash information system for the Akmaliah Islamic Boarding School Youth Association Organization. The development of this system was carried out using the PHP programming language with the database management used being MySQL. The results of developing this system produce a cash management website that can be managed by every IKRA member online via the website which includes managing and recording outgoing and incoming funds, thereby increasing efficiency and transparency in managing the organization's cash.
