Abstract

The People's Business Credit Program is one of the government's programs to increase access to financing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is channeled through financial institutions with a guarantee pattern. The financing distributed by people's business credit comes from banking funds or financial institutions that are people's business credit distributors. The funds provided are in the form of working capital and investment funds which are distributed to individual/individual MSMEs, business entities, and/or business groups who have productive and viable businesses but do not have additional collateral and also do not have good financial records. Even though the government has provided large MSME funds, the public is still unaware of people's business credit distribution. The people's business credit program is still the spearhead of government programs in efforts to expand access to financing for micro, small, and medium enterprises. The main aim of implementing this socialization is for the community to be able to develop their business into a bigger one, have business activities with good financial reports, and have no doubts about applying for people's business credit to the nearest state-owned bank to expand their business.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) the stages of empowering household women based on gender through batik training by the Marunda Batik Group (2) the results of increasing family income among member women of the Marunda Batik household. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources of this study consist of 11 individuals, namely 1 person as the program manager or chairperson and 10 women household artisans in Marunda Batik at Rusun Marunda Cilincing, North Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the stages of empowering household women based on gender through batik training by the Marunda Batik Group consist of preparation stage, assessment stage, planning stage, formulation of action plan stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, and termination stage (2) the results of increasing family income among women household artisans in the Marunda Batik Group can help women in increasing family economic income but have not brought significant changes to the needs of women household. Although basic needs, security, and social activities have been fulfilled, they have not shown initiative in developing their batik motif ideas. Nevertheless, the need for self-actualization has been fulfilled through the education provided to their children.

Abstract

The country is a territorial area of settlement of indigenous peoples who have built interactions with each other since ancient times and over a long period to form a culture as a tradition of customs. The country and its traditions and customs constitute an identity for both the individual and the collective community of its adherents. Apart from that, transforming previous generations' knowledge through oral storytelling will significantly contribute to the low level of understanding and shift in the meaning of traditional values. This Community Service aims to provide knowledge or experience to the community about the importance of maintaining traditional identity for future generations by transforming traditional understanding of the country's customs on Seram Island, Maluku, in writing so that their substantial meaning can be known and understood well. Results of Community Service It is hoped that it can contribute to the sustainability of the traditional values of Samasuru Country in particular and other traditional areas in Maluku and Indonesia in general.

Abstract

Financial bookkeeping plays an important role in the management of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSMEs in West Klompang Village are not yet fully aware of the benefits and procedures for proper financial bookkeeping. Therefore, this community service aims to provide socialization and assistance with digital financial bookkeeping. The method involves observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation, with activities including interviews, outreach about the importance of bookkeeping, and introduction to the Business Friends application. As a result, there were 10 people who took part in this activity and showed high interest among MSME players in digital bookkeeping, with the Teman Bisnis application recognized as a practical tool for recording and analyzing financial transactions. The duration of this activity is 120 minutes with the hope that this service can improve the performance and welfare of MSMEs in West Klompang Village through regular and transparent financial bookkeeping.

Abstract

The problem in Maluku is about earthquake mitigation and the lack of our young generation or students who master Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The reason why this issue should be a major concern is because Maluku is an earthquake-prone area. Providing understanding about earthquakes and earthquake mitigation is carried out through outreach to schools so that it is hoped that teachers and students will become pioneers who can provide understanding or knowledge about earthquakes and earthquake mitigation for each family and in their respective environments. Apart from that, mastery of IoT technology is very important. This is because IoT is the basis for creating the industrial era 4.0. The lack of knowledge about IoT technology among students in Maluku is a concern in increasing students' knowledge about IoT technology. To overcome this problem, socialization and simulation activities were carried out in schools which were partners in the Community Service Program activities in providing IoT training and the application of IoT in the industrial world. It is hoped that mastering the basic knowledge of IoT technology can support innovative IoT-based learning processes. IoT-based learning provides stimulus for students to carry out various experiments that are more innovative, creative and independent. Earthquake mitigation socialization activities and IoT technology workshop activities will be carried out at MAN 1 School, Central Maluku.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to find out how to resolve land boundary disputes through mediation to achieve a win-win solution and what obstacles or obstacles arise in the implementation of land boundary dispute resolution through mediation. The method of community service is by means of lectures and discussions. Settlement of legal problems, especially land boundary disputes, has been accommodated by the state which has been outlined in national regulations through alternatives in court, namely filing a lawsuit and outside of court through mediation efforts. Of course, each route has advantages and disadvantages. A lawsuit in court results in a party winning or losing, while mediation outside of court results in neither party being harmed. Obstacles or barriers that arise in the implementation of Land Boundary Dispute Resolution through Mediation are the difficulty of uniting the desires and interests of both parties as well as the nature of not wanting to give in and feeling that each of them is the most right. However, mediation efforts require the skills of a mediator or intermediary to find solutions to problems that occur. The willingness of the parties to give in to each other and reduce each other's demands is an important key to achieving the goal of common good and prosperity so that no party feels disadvantaged.

Abstract

The untapped potential for taxation in Indonesia is still quite high, one of which is "underground economy" activities which have not been identified because the original transactions are using cash. Apart from that, taxpayers' knowledge is still subsided, which results in a combination of high levels of tax avoidance and evasion. Provides knowledge related to tax reporting, as well as financial reporting understandability to some of entrepreneurs is an urgent activity to deal with, is the responsible of academics to lowering this gap. Based on a pre-survey of 23 entrepreneurs, it was found that none of them had a NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) and had never had association with tax agencies. This PKM is held in intermediary with the learning of tax ability for entrepreneurs who have certain Gross Income with a maximum limit of 4.8 billion per year. By providing facilities from the government through a classification of 0.5% rate of the DPP. It is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to submit taxes. The results of the PKM result that most of the material has been enlightened, but the issue of this PKM can be seen from the compliance of entrepreneurs with tax obligations, which is expected in a more acceptable way in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education in the form of outreach to increase sales of MSME products through digital marketing in the Banda Islands, Central Maluku. The methods used to carry out community service activities are qualitative methods in the form of interviews and active and participatory learning methods. After being evaluated through several interview questions, this socialization was able to increase the knowledge and insight of MSME players in the Banda Islands so that they could maximize the potential of technology around them in an effort to increase sales of MSME products.

Abstract

The results of local terrestrial natural resources in the archipelagic region, especially indigenous communities in the Petuanan region, are superior potential that they possess as assets, both individually and collectively. This ownership has economic value to support the welfare and fulfillment of family needs, from the perspective of community tradition or culture, the potential of local natural resources as an identity and inheritance of the value of managing and utilizing the surrounding nature from ancestors in the past to the present. In fact, the meaning of inheriting these values ​​is the strategic steps taken by parents in the past to provide local food availability for the benefit of continuing the economic security of their children and grandchildren in the future. If we look closely at the goals of the ancestors in the traditional areas of Maluku, they have the view that it is the responsibility of parents to provide certainty of life for their offspring, so that they can now be seen enjoying it. As a result of this pattern of action, the community is not aware of the rejuvenation process in the context of sustainability. Sila Village, Nusalaut District, Central Maluku Regency is relatively faced with this reality, therefore efforts need to be made to create awareness in community behavior regarding the importance of maintaining the sustainability of local plants as a superior potential to support the family economy in the future. This is also a strategic step to maintain the sustainability of local crop production and regional identity.

Abstract

The need for innovation in the development of teaching materials is increasingly urgent with the advancement of information and communication technologies. In an effort to improve the quality of learning, an approach based on artificial intelligence has become a highlight in modern education. This article deals with a community service project that aims to provide support in the development of AI-based teaching materials to educators. This includes training in the use of AI, the integration of technology into the learning process, and the creation of content that matches the curriculum needs. With the help of this accompaniment, educators can harness the potential of AI to improve learning effectiveness and provide a more interesting and relevant learning experience for students. The results of this accompaniment showed that the partners were satisfied with the accompanying. It's also supported ole interaction during very conducive activities. It is expected to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of education at school and college level.
