Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethics, job loyalty, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate Office of Binjai City. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The research sample consisted of 65 employees, covering the entire population of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the institution. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially, work ethics have a positive and significant effect on performance (t = 6.785; p = 0.000), job loyalty has a positive and significant effect (t = 2.828; p = 0.006), and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect (t = 3.527; p = 0.001). Simultaneously, the three independent variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (F = 45.042; p = 0.000), contributing 67.4% (Adj. R² = 0.674). These findings indicate that improving the performance of government internal supervisory apparatus requires an integrated approach encompassing strengthening ethics, fostering loyalty, and creating job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. The research focuses on examining the influence of these independent variables on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 45 employees as respondents. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistics to describe data characteristics, classical assumption tests as prerequisites for analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test to determine partial effects and the F-test to determine simultaneous effects among variables, with the support of statistical data processing software. The results indicate that competence has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and is identified as the most dominant variable. Workload has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, competence, work discipline, and workload have a significant effect on employee performance, indicating that these three variables collectively explain variations in employee performance. This study is limited by a relatively small number of respondents and a research scope confined to a single company. In addition, the variables examined are still limited and do not include other factors that may influence employee performance. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management knowledge and to serve as a reference for companies in improving employee performance through effective work discipline management.

Abstract

Employee work productivity is a crucial factor in supporting organizational success, particularly in manufacturing companies that require timeliness, work accuracy, and operational efficiency. Work productivity is influenced by various factors, including work experience, workload, and the physical work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience, workload, and physical work environment on employee work productivity at PT. Sujin Ray Indonesia. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population of this study consisted of all permanent employees of PT. Sujin Ray Indonesia, totaling 42 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was applied, where the entire population was used as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis procedures included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS 25.0 software. The results indicate that work experience, workload, and work environment individually have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results show that work experience, workload, and work environment jointly have a significant effect on employee work productivity. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.860 indicates that 86% of the variation in work productivity can be explained by work experience, workload, and work environment, while the remaining 14% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This research is expected to provide practical insights for companies in improving employee productivity through effective human resource management.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on the work discipline of village officials at the Muliorejo Village Office, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population consists of 30 respondents with a saturated/sensus sampling technique, meaning the entire population is used as the research sample. The research was conducted in 2025, using questionnaires to obtain primary quantitative data, which was then analyzed with SPSS 26 using multiple linear regression. The analysis shows that leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture individually and together have a significant positive influence on work discipline. The partial test (t-test) revealed: leadership style (t-count 2.412 > t-table 2.05 with sig. 0.029); work motivation (2.789 > t-table 2.05 with sig. 0.015); organizational culture (2.544 > t-table 2.05 with sig. 0.027). The simultaneous test (F-test) yielded F-count 12.644 (sig. 0.004), with F-table 2.98, thus all hypotheses (H1-H4) are accepted. Organizational culture is the dominant factor with the highest beta (0.542), explaining 42.9% of the variation in work discipline, with a fairly strong correlation (R = 0.530).
