Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in Margabakti Village Apparatuses Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study was a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires that were distributed to 63 respondents who were Margabakti Village Apparatuses Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Margabakti Village Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on the performance of Margabakti Sub-district Employees Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Margabakti Village Employees Cibeureum District Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Cafe Jelang Hari (Survey of Cafe Jelang Hari). The method used is a Quantitative approach with the Survey method. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Cafe Jelang Hari. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 25.0. The results showed that the location perceived by consumers of Cafe Jelang Hari has very good criteria. Promotion on Cafe Jelang Hari products has very good criteria. Purchasing decisions at Ahead of Day Cafe consumers have very good criteria. Simultaneously, location and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, location has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Organizational change is an inevitable phenomenon in a dynamic business environment. Transformational leadership has an important role in dealing with the challenges that arise during the organizational change process. This study aims to investigate the role of transformational leadership in overcoming the challenges of organizational change and its impact on organizational performance. The research method used is a literature study that involves an in-depth analysis of relevant previous research. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership plays a key role in influencing the attitudes and behaviors of organizational members during change. Transformational leadership is able to motivate and inspire organizational members to adapt to change, overcome uncertainty, and improve performance. Factors such as effective communication, strong team building, and individual skill development also influence the effectiveness of transformational leadership in meeting the challenges of organizational change. This research provides valuable insights for leaders and managers in understanding the role of transformational leadership in managing organizational change successfully.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal communication on change acceptance in the context of organizational management. Change is inevitable in the business world, and the successful implementation of change is highly dependent on employee acceptance and participation. Effective internal communication has an important role in shaping employees' perceptions and attitudes towards organizational change. This study used a survey method and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees at various levels of the organization. Regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between internal communication variables and change acceptance. The results showed that good internal communication has a significant positive influence on change acceptance. Factors such as transparency, message clarity, mutual interaction, and management support in internal communication play an important role in increasing change acceptance by employees. The findings provide important implications for organizational management in designing effective communication strategies to support organizational change.

Abstract

At this time change is very essential and demanded in the world of organizations or companies. The main model of change management introduced by Kurt Lewin is something that must be explored again, in which he introduces a three-stage model which includes: Unfreeze-Change-Freeze. Companies can use this model as a reference and can be relied upon as an organization's success in transforming today. Therefore, a change management model introduced by Kurt Lewin is needed which is correlated based on the perspective of the Koran with the aim of this study so that new values are built both from the theoretical side put forward which is based on scientific studies and the religious side of the leadership style/model of change in organization. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This research was obtained using secondary methods and this research is based on literature from various kinds of literature books and scientific journals that strengthen the discussion of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic-based leadership strategies and their management within an organization. Currently, changes occur quickly, and make demands on every organization to be able to make changes so as not to be left behind. To deal with changes that take place quickly, every organization needs an effective leadership strategy in order to achieve success in managing change. In an Islamic perspective, leadership is not just an activity to manage resources so as to achieve a desired goal, but involves Islamic principles and values. Through literature review and conceptual analysis, this research was able to identify relevant Islamic values ​​and principles related to leadership and organizational change. This research has revealed that the strategies that can be applied in managing change based on Islam are by conducting effective communication, strong or sturdy leadership, managing resistance, developing employee skills, and creating a conducive work environment. The results of this study indicate that the integrity of Islamic values ​​in leadership strategies has a positive impact in shaping ethical organizational culture, increasing employee involvement in the organization, and strengthening organizational identity. By conducting effective communication and consultation with members of the organization will create success in an Islamic-based leadership strategy. This research can provide a deeper understanding of Islamic-based leadership strategies in change. Applying Islamic values ​​in the culture and strategies within an organization will create an ethical organizational environment in accordance with the foundation of Islamic law.

Abstract

This journal aims to investigate Islamic management concepts and principles that can be used in an effort to optimize individual potential in facing an era of change. In the context of globalization and rapid changes, Islamic management can play an important role by providing a relevant and useful framework for facing challenges in an era of change. This journal provides an analysis of Islamic management principles such as monotheism, trust, endeavor, shura, and tarbiyah and how these principles can be applied to optimize individual potential. Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara Indonesia yang menyelenggarakan jasa angkutan kereta api. Layanan PT KAI meliputi angkutan penumpang dan barang. Dengan berkembang nya era digitalisasi perubahan perubahan akan terjadi disetiap sudut dunia ini, baik itu di perusahaan, dipemerintahan, disekolah. Perubahan juga bisa bermakna melakukan hal-hal dengan cara baru, memasang sistem baru, mengikuti prosedur-prosedur manajemen baru, penggabungan, melakukan reorganisasi, atau terjadinya peristiwa yang sangat mengganggu dan sangat signifikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengamatan terhadap fenomena perubahan yang terjadi di PT KAI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Pengamatan terhadap perubahan perubahan yang terjadi di PT KAI. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dengan mencari sumber dengan wawancara kemudian dianalisis.. Adapun yang telah dilakukan PT KAI adalah memodernisasi sistem pertiketan, membuat aplikasi KAI Access, melakukan peremajaan sarana, memperbaiki prasarana dan fasilitas pelayanan di seluruh stasiun, hingga membentuk layanan Contact Center 121 Efisiensi kereta api dapat dilihat dari kapasitas angkut yang besar. Dalam sekali jalan, 1 rangkaian kereta api Jarak Jauh terdiri dari 8 hingga 14 kereta penumpang dengan kapasitas hingga 1.120 tempat duduk. Jika dibandingkan dengan mobil pribadi berkapasitas 7 orang atau motor berkapasitas 2 orang, maka 1 perjalanan kereta api dapat menggantikan 160 mobil atau 560 motor

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how management changes the use of information technology to support the sustainability of small and medium enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic. Information Technology and MP play a very important role in the management of the Covid-19 pandemic because Information Technology plays a role in managing information only for that time. MP offers structured only for individuals to bring their organizations into the desired current state. The task of Change Management is to identify groups and individuals who need change. In addition, Change Management requires the development of specific plans for only successful implementation of change. The first goal of Change Management is to provide a smooth and successful transition.

Abstract

Each varied product and affordable prices will provide a distinct advantage for companies engaged in the trading sector because this will provide an incentive for consumers to take an action to purchase at the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product completeness and price on the decision to purchase spare parts at Nica Motor Kepahiang. The samples in this study were 60 respondents according to the minimum sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that X1 (product completeness) and X2 (price) have an influence on purchasing decisions (Y), with the results of the regression test: Y = 9.920 + 0.304X1 + 0.455 X2.. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.498. This means that product completeness (X1) and price (X2) affect the purchasing decisions (Y) by 49.8% while the rest (100 - 49.8 = 50.2%) are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the partial hypothesis test for variable X1 (product completeness) show that tcount is greater than ttable (2.797 > 1.671) and a significance value of 0.007 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that X1 (product completeness) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Variable X2 (price) shows that tcount is greater than ttable (4.479 > 1.671) and a significance value of 0.007<0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that X2 (price) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that the value of Fcount > Ftable (28.316 > 3.16) is in line with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. meaning that together product completeness (X1) and price (X2) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y).
