Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the learning situation at both the elementary and tertiary levels. The search for learning solutions continues to be carried out so that learning runs in a planned manner. The purpose of this conceptual research is to utilize technological developments as a tool or alternative to make learning activities successful. The whatsapp, google meet, and zoom applications are one of the technologies that are indicated to have solutions for learning activities during the covid pandemic. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and identify potentials that are not yet optimal in the development of Bermi Eco Park (BEP). This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is through stages; data reduction, data modeling, data classification and drawing conclusions. The research findings explain that the existence of the Bermi Eco Park (BEP) destination has a good impact on improving the economy of the surrounding community. The existence of the Bermi Eco Park (BEP) makes the community play an active role in seizing opportunities to increase income. Despite the fact that they only take advantage of the existence of tourist destinations to earn additional income. The recommendations for optimizing the potential of Bermi Eco Park (BEP) include; (1) the need for additional outbound rides; (2) reforestation with environmental concepts in certain areas; (3) digitizing visitors with barcodes; and (4) the need for visitor restrictions in order to maintain environmental balance.Key word: Potency; Economy; Bermi Eco Park(BEP).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and identify potentials that are not optimal in the development of the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park tourist area on the Cemoro Lawang route, Probolinggo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is through stages; data reduction, data modeling, data classification and interpretation of the results of data analysis or drawing conclusions. The data sources in this study were selected purposively, namely based on certain reasons or considerations and were snowball sampling. The research findings explain that the potential for tourist attractions in the Bromo-Tengger area with a SWOT analysis is quite good. The potential for tourist attraction in the Bromo-Tengger area is supported by the complexity of supporting elements that are very synergistic, so that it can become a beautiful tourist attraction, both elements in the Bromo-Tengger area itself such as natural resources, the culture of the surrounding community and their beliefs as well as the attention of the local government to each other. support the development of Mount Bromo tourism object so that it becomes famous. Local government policies in the development of Mount Bromo are manifested in increasing the establishment of infrastructure to support the smooth flow of tourists visiting BromoTengger tourism objects.Key Word: Potential, Tourist Attraction, SWOT.

Abstract

Indonesia, with its characteristic diversity, has many races, cultures, languages, traditions that are spread all over the islands in Indonesia. has various kinds of diversity with noble values that are still maintained to this day. However, it is undeniable that in the era of modernization and globalization itself, the younger generation who should be the inheritors of the culture, tradition, language, that is in their area are slowly being left behind. Therefore, it is very important to instill local values or traditions, traditional culture, regional languages in students, so that they do not lose their identity as Indonesian people which are rich in diversity. In the Probolinggo area itself, there are many local traditions that are not widely known by students, but there are also traditions that are already known but they do not know the origin, meaning or philosophy of the existing traditions. One of the traditions that almost all students know, especially in the Kraksaan sub-district is the tajinan "Tajin sora and Sappar", but unfortunately they do not know the origin or meaning of the tajinan itself and there are also character values contained in this tajinan tradition. Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang terkenal dengan keanekaragamannya. Keanekaragaman etnis, Bahasa, budaya, adat-istiadat tersebar dari sabang hingga merauke. Kekayaan budaya yang dimiliki Indonesia tidak jarang menyimpan berbagai makna atau nilai-nilai di dalamnya, bahkan nilai-nilai tersebut menjadi pedoman yang harus dihormati atau dijalankan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan budaya-budaya tersebut terkadang telah melekat di masyarakat, bahkan telah ada sejak zaman dahulu dan menjadi identitas dari masyarakat tersebut. Akan tetapi, seiring berjalannya waktu nilai-nilai yang dihasilkan dari budaya atau tradisi yang ada secara perlahan telah memudar. Memudarnya nilai-nilai tersebut sejalan dengan era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang. Globalisasi yang membawa aroma modernisasi sedikit demi sedikit mengikis kebudayaan yang ada di Indonesia. Tidak jarang pula di era globalisasi tersebut masyarakat Indonesia masih tetap mempertahankan budaya mereka. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya menjaga budaya tradisional perlu dilakukan sebagai salah satu identitas bangsa terutama bagi generasi muda. Melalui pendidikan multikultural, generasi muda dapat melestarikan budaya yang ada di tengah derasnya arus modernisasi dengan tujuan agar nilai-nilai atau norma dari budaya tersebut tetap terjaga, salah satunya yakni Tradisi Barik’an. Artikel ini membahas salah satu multikulturalisme di Indonesia yakni Tradisi Barik’an dan bagaimana penanaman nilai pendidikan karakter melalui Tradisi Barik’an.

Abstract

in the current era of globalization, the world community can easily relate to each other and interact, so that in everyday life humans are always in contact with a multicultural society. This is also experienced by the people of Indonesia as a very diverse country. This shows that it is necessary to inculcate multicultural values, especially for the younger generation of Indonesia, so that they always show a way of life that is mutually respectful, sincere, tolerant and cooperative towards the cultural diversity that lives in the midst of a society with a high level of plurality. These values of multiculturalism can be explored in local traditions or cultures from every region in Indonesia. One of them is the ‘Rambu Solo’ tradition which is very closely related to the life of the Toraja people, through this tradition the younger generation is taught to always respect each other, help each other, trust each other and other important values. Abstract

Abstract Multiculturalism or cultural diversity is something that we often see in Indonesia, one of which is in Bulungan district. Bulungan is a district that consists of several different cultures, one of the traditions that is very well known by the people in this district is the birau tradition. The Birau tradition is an annual agenda that is carried out as well as the anniversary of his birth in Bulungan Regency, this tradition displays various kinds of culture and competitions. The birau tradition can be said as a forum for creating tolerance among the multicultural Bulungan community because in this tradition there are no limits for anyone who wants to participate, even this tradition wants to show that diversity is a strong unity for the Bulungan community. Abstract

Currently, a technology media is needed in a mathematics learning process. However, some technological media such as smartphones are still not used optimally in creating a certain learning method in learning mathematics. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method facilitated by smartphone media by utilizing students' cognitive abilities. This study uses a quantitative approach (pretest-posttest with nonequivalent group design) with two treatments, namely the experimental class using the PBL method using Smartphone media and the control class using the Conventional PBL method. The subjects of this study were class VIII students who collected 63 students in the control class and 60 students in the experimental class. The effectiveness of the treatment in both classes was analyzed using the one sample t-test with a significance level of 5%. The data from this study were analyzed using independent sample t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that PBL using smartphone media is more effective than conventional PBL. Based on the results of this study, a new variation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method was found, namely this method can be done through face-to-face learning or online learning.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, smartphone, insturctional media

The role of comic media in learning plays a key role in increasing student motivation. The purpose of this article is to know how implementation and media functions in improving student study motivation. By using previous research for later analysis. For this reason, it is felt that educators know the benefits and implementation of comic media as learning medium so that learning is not monotonous and tend to bore students. Abstract

Learning resources and media are currently very helpful in the learning process. One that can be used as a source and learning media effectively is the laboratory. The laboratory has a very important role in learning at the senior secondary level such as Madrasah Aliyah. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the urgency of laboratory learning media and sources as well as the role of laboratories in madrasah aliyah. This research uses a qualitative approach. The method used is the case study method with descriptive analysis techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Kepuharjo Karangploso. The application of practical methods / scientific methods to Islamic madrasah learning requires a laboratory as a means or a place to carry out practical activities. The use of laboratories or practical activities is part of the teaching and learning process. In addition, laboratories can help students to better understand something that is conveyed by educators. Moreover, the use of laboratories for students at the madrasah aliyah level, which later students can use various laboratory facilities for practical activities according to the subject directly. Thus, the laboratory has an important role as a source and medium of learning so that teaching and learning practicum activities run well.
