Abstract

Learning in the classroom is often seen as boring. This is one of the causes of low student learning activities. Effective learning needs to be supported by the use of adequate learning media. The use of the environment as a learning media is carried out by involving students and teachers. This activity seeks so that students can play an active role in the teaching and learning process. The environment is very influential on the teaching and learning process for students, because the environment used as a learning media in the educational process can provide a positive experience for students. By utilizing the environment, students will feel happy and become more active in exploring their knowledge, and teaching and learning activities will not feel boring. Abstract

This study aims to find out about how the implementation of financing management in non-formal educational institutions, namely TPQ. The study conducted research at a TPQ named TPQ Roudlotut Tholab. The research method used is a qualitative research method using a PAR (Participatory action research) approach. The researcher used the approach because the researcher went directly to the research location, namely TPQ Roudlotut Tholab. In this research, the researcher uses secondary data and primary data provided by one of the administrators at TPQ Roudlotut Tholab. The results in this study are the source of funds for TPQ Roudlotut Tholab comes from infaq of the guardians of students at TPQ Roudlotut Tholab and also assistance from the government. Budget management at TPQ Roudlotut Tholab is also very good, this can be seen from the meetings that are often held by the students of TPQ Roudlotut Tholab before entering the new school year. In terms of the use of the financing budget at the Roudlotut Tholab TPQ, it doesn't cost too much, but during this COVID-19 pandemic, the spending budget at the Roudlotut Tholab TPQ is very large, especially if you have to comply with health protocols. TPQ Roudlotut Tholab in carrying out the health protocol to buy buckets and hand washing soap, this was done because he wanted to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19, which spread so quickly in our country, Indonesia. Abstract

Character values ​​are the basic values ​​of behavior that become the reference for the values ​​of interaction between humans (when character is lost then everything is lost). Universally, various characters are formulated as values ​​of living together based on the pillars: responsibility, peace, honesty, freedom, respect, cooperation, humility, happiness, simplicity, compassion, tolerance, and unity Endang Ekowarni. Thus the character values ​​that can be used as guidelines or benchmarks can be seen from the figure of the Indonesian revolution, Pierre Tendean. Pierre Tendean has a character of love for the country, enthusiasm and never give up in him. as well as his discipline from a young age taught by his parents, especially from his father. Abstract

Mental hectic is instability or a disturbance in a person's mental, can be early childhood, adolescents and adults. Mental hectic in children is due to learning activities that are far from the nature of children's learning, namely playing and having fun. Children's emotional development includes recognizing what feelings and emotions they are experiencing, understanding how and why they occur, recognizing their own feelings and those of others, and developing effective ways of managing them. The purpose of this study is to identify the mental hectic that occurs in early childhood. The second goal is to identify children's emotional development. The third objective is to identify the impact of hectic mentality on children's emotional development. The approach used in this research is qualitative phenomenology. The survey was conducted on the child's environment and experiences. The results of this study are the environment around the child is the cause of mental hectic and has an impact on the child's emotional development. Some children aged 3-6 years were identified as experiencing mental hectic which caused poor emotional development. More dominant negative emotions shown by children. Abstract

Student interest in class VII SMP NAMIRA Kota Probolinggo on subject Mathematics is classified as low, especially when the subject mathematics fells like it’s always being skipped. This is an accordance with the results of diagnostic Assesment and learning interest of 60 students, the percentage of high interest in learning Mathematics subject, only 30 %. Mathematics is a subject that is considered difficult. It is a challenge to present on pandemic or daring of learn it in an must attractive, easy and fun away. Solution to overcome this problem is through the implementation of google education integrated e-book. The purpose os this study was to determine effectivity of implementation of google education integrated e-book on class VII SMP NAMIRA Kota Probolinggo. The research method used is Mathematics Realistic integrated discovery learning that present on e book. E-book that created with Bookcreator application mix google education. Data collection techniques used were test of students understanding, attitude assessment, observation (quisoner), reflection learning of Mathematics. The results showed that the implementation of google education integrated e book is effective with interest Matematics subject increasing 55,6% on the first meet, the second meet to be 83% . Students learning outcomes describe student interest to follow learning of Mathematics, it is shown assignment collection and result show 10 % under KKM Mathematics subject. Abstract

Learning strategies are a way for teachers to make the class more active. The use of learning strategies will make it easier for teachers to manage the class and increase motivation and learning achievement. One of the learning strategies that can be chosen by teachers is the Everyone Is a Teacher Here strategy which requires students to be more active, encourage learning motivation and improve student achievement. This study aims to 1) examine the implementation of the Everyone Is a Teacher Here strategy in increasing motivation and learning achievement in Sociology subjects in class X-A at MAN 1 Probolinggo City. 2) examine whether the implementation of the Everyone Is a Teacher Here strategy can increase motivation and learning achievement in the Sociology subject class X-A at MAN 1 Probolinggo City. This research is classroom action research (CAR) using a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. From the two cycles that were applied, it can be seen in the evaluation of the post test scores, the average student got a good score. In the first cycle, the pre-test was 63%, in the second cycle, the post-test was carried out with an average value of 79.61%. This means that the students are enthusiastic in learning and the Everyone Is a teacher Here strategy has succeeded. Abstract

This research is entitled Perceptions of Students of Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya on the Tattoo Tradition of Students from the Mentawai Islands. The research aims to determine the students' views about the Mentawai tattoo tradition which is against the world of education. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study showed that the perception of students at the PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya towards tattoos was very positive, more than 75% of students already understood the outline of tattoos, both tattoos as a symbol of identity and as art. Most students agree that tattoos have now become a trend that cannot be separated from modern society. Even the pictures are so diverse and interesting that what was once seen as scary has now become commonplace. They understand that a person who has a tattoo does not mean someone who is not intellectual or has no skills. They are free people and appreciate the art that is applied to their bodies. As long as its existence does not disturb others there should be no problems and there is no need to label the tattooed person as evil or close to deviant behavior.Keywords: Mentawai Tattoos, Tattoo Perception,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the needs and behavior of speech impaired children in Probolinggo City Schools. This research is important to do to find out how the behavior and needs of speech impaired children in learning. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The subject is 1 speech child, selected by random sampling from 4 speech impaired children. The object of this research is the needs and behavior of speech impaired children in learning at SDLB PGRI Wonoasih, Probolinggo City. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. The research instrument used was making questions for interviews, observing direct observations of learning activities in class, and documentation in SDLB. The results showed that the needs of speech impaired children were learning media, vocabulary, and good understanding of the material. The behavior of speech-impaired children is that they like lessons depending on the ease or difficulty of the material that we convey. If the material is easy, speech-impaired children are very enthusiastic in learning and vice versa. Deaf and speech-impaired children can concentrate well in class when learning activities begin. Children with hearing impairment can understand the material well with practice. Children who are deaf and speech impaired have high self-esteem, discipline, a competitive spirit, and can accept defeat. Speech-impaired children enjoy learning basic mathematics.Keywords: Deaf-speech; Behavior; Need

Abstract

The formation of the character of students through social studies learning (intra-curricular) and outside learning hours (extra-curricular) is very necessary to be instilled in students. This study wants to examine more deeply about character building in schools. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were carried out using purposive sampling technique, namely the Principal, Class VI Teachers and Class VI Students at SD Muhammadiyah Probolinggo City. From the results of the research and discussion that has been described, the researchers suggest to the principal of SD Muhammadiyah Probolinggo City to improve the character formation of students so that later students become the next generation of the ideals of the nation's struggle based on the values of cultural and character education. Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers to be more active in associating forms of character values to parents of students in more innovative forms so that the application of character values can be more optimal. For further researchers to explore more knowledge about the realization of the development of children's character, so that they become moral and moral individuals.Keywords: character education; Social Studies learning; Primary school

Abstract

When a curriculum is created and then implemented, whether the curriculum is centralized or decentralized, both have their own advantages and disadvantages. Sometimes a centralized curriculum is appropriate for a particular area, but not suitable for other regions. As in rural or remote areas, it is difficult to adjust the progress of education in urban areas.There is an opinion which says that curriculum means vehicle (currere/Latin). No matter how reliable the vehicle is made, that reliability can only be achieved if the driver is competent enough. Success, professionalism and competence are in the hands of the teacher. Because basically the curriculum was made as good as possible by the compilers.However, along with its development, the curriculum is still undergoing changes so that it is not uncommon for there to be gaps in its implementation. For this reason, with an analysis of curriculum needs, it will be known about the distance or gaps, solutions and assessment of the education curriculum in Indonesia.With the direction of writing this paper, the problems are formulated as follows: What are the stages of curriculum development?, What are the application of the principles of curriculum development?
