Access to social justice to obtain their rights for the outskirts of the forest in Baluran Situbondo is something difficult. One of them, because of years of conflict. The source of conflict in forest management occurs because of differences between the community and Baluran National Park. These differences, for example due to different perceptions, different knowledge, different values, different interests, and differences in recognition of ownership rights. One offer is the concept of collaborative management, a form of management that accommodates some of the interests of all stakeholders fairly and considers the value of each stakeholder as an equal entity in accordance with the applicable values in order to achieve common goals. The focus of this research is empowering da'wah; namely the propaganda of advocacy, the preaching of economic empowerment, and the propagation of the religious field with environmental insight. Method: using a participatory rural appraisal (PRA) research approach. Results: First, the field of advocacy propaganda; which aims to make the public regain the power of management system, the power of ownership, and the power of unity system that is lost. Second, the mission of economic empowerment is environmentally sound; this program is to improve community welfare and increase community participation in the maintenance of the surrounding environment. Third, the religious field that aims to provide an understanding of environmental fiqh so that the community has a concern about the surrounding environment

Abstract: This article discusses the results of the village youth Watualang dedication engaged in the field ofreligion as an effort to counter radicalism and improve the quality through education. Islamic Youth Watualang(Riswa) formed on 16 September 2016 the village youth organizations who continue to make innovation andcreativity to uphold the values of peace, brotherhood and unity. The existence of this youth group as well ascontemporary teen mediator associations that give a new color on the style propaganda comfortable. To get to thebottom of what makes this group is born, then formulated some formulation of the problem in ease of discussionand analysis in this article. First, how is the phenomenon of radicalism and terrorism threaten the younggeneration in Indonesia ?. Second, how does the existence of the Islamic Youth Watualang in proselytizing toshield themselves from the dangers of radicalism and terrorism. The method used is descriptive qualitative bypresenting source data from the journal and the results of previous studies, as well as some documentation ofdevotion to Riswa. The results obtained in this devotion is actively carrying out routine readings Riswa Maulidurmessengers in Tadarus Poetry Night event (Matapu), smeinar-seminars, educational outbound, and some otherforms of propaganda.

Abstract: Muhafadzah and discussion Book a mastery program in the yellow book Shafi'ites Salafi pesantrenSukorejo Situbondo. Assistance to the activities and deliberations muhafadzah the book is done every Fridaywith the approach Inquiry discovery learning, the approach requires students to actively activism and find theirown knowledge, while the mentors as facilitators and alternative discussion partner for the students. Theactivity was carried out with a nice atmosphere so as to create an effective learning, the achievement oftargets SKL boarding school in the mastery of the yellow book. Abstract: The assistance of fishery product marketing partnership program is intended as an effort for BUMP to utilize the market potential (offline market) of fishery products at the pondok pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo and at the same time as an effort to increase market segmentation (offline market) of fishery products by UMKM Dapur Sehati. The time of activity is held from March to April 2019. The form of assistance is analyzing the market potential of fishery products at pondok pesantren, determining the superior fishery products processed based on the market potential analysis of pondok pesantren and the added value analysis of fishery products. The assistance results show that 1) The fishery products marketing partnership program at the pondok pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo has resulted in interest from both partners, namely BUMP pondok pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo with UMKM Dapur Sehati to collaborate although it has not reached the agreement on the two partners. 2) The initial product that can be developed and marketed is squid crackers. Squid crackers get a market good response at the pondok pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo. Based on the added value analysis, the production of squid crackers gets an added value of Rp. 11,231,- per kilogram with a added value ratio of 41.60%, labor compensation of Rp. 1,500,- per kilogram of raw material, labor portion 13.36% of added value, profit of Rp. 9,731,- per kilogram and profit rate of 86.64% of added value.

Abstract: Implementation of the boarding school from time to time to experience the dynamics of considerable interest to continue to be studied and explored. All schools in Indonesia continues to perform remediation efforts according to the times and the demands of society. It's time to make a breakthrough boarding innovative and creative in responding to the advancement of science and technology. As a user of the service organization of schools, the public has a "right" to provide corrections and contribute ideas for the development of quality schools. Because good and the quality of schools is closely related to public perception. In the context of understanding the dynamics of the development of schools to meet the needs of the service quality in order to produce good quality graduates, Boarding School in conjunction with the momentum Salafiyah Shafi'ites unification of universities in boarding schools, formed an organization that serves to accelerate the implementation of the quality of schools. The new institution called the Quality Assurance Agency Boarding School (Pesantren LPM) which is responsible to the Pesantren. Duties and functions are giving consideration to the development of quality caregivers for boarding. To know and understand how the LPM performance Pesantren, we perform community service through Pesantren LPM. Purpose and tujuannnya is providing assistance for the implementation of the vision and mission of the LPM, LPM know the planning and work, measures and follow-up activities, and how LPM involved in the process of quality development organization of schools. Abstract: This Community Service stems from the desire to provide skills that can improve the economy in Rong Durin, Bangkalan by utilizing existing natural products so that they are more economically valuable. The benefit of rambutan natural resources is not the fruit only but the skin which has only become waste. Based on this phenomenon, the rambutan skin waste is extracted into a drink that is suitable for consumption. The method and approach used is problem solving with a short learning by doing method which is done through lectures, discussions and practices. While the results obtained from this activity are 1) the existence of knowledge and skills to process rambutan skin waste into rambutan tea drinks, 2) The product is produced in the form of rambutan tea from rambutan skin extraction. 3) Increased awareness of the environment and the creation of jobs. The two results above are expected to be able to improve the economy of the people of Rong Durin Village, the majority of whom are farmers

Setrategis mosque youth as agents in the empowerment of the people need to be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed, for example, the mosque youth activists also need to pursue knowledge of journalism and kewirausahaan.Hal it was important to strengthen propaganda and empowerment umat.Dua that knowledge can be a means of propaganda, as well as increasing HR Teen mosque so that they can be independent. The mosque is an instrument of empowerment of people who have a very strategic role in improving the quality of society. However, it should be backed by good management of the mosque management and integrated. The mosque is used as a community center for the reason that since the time of the Prophet mosque became the center of people's empowerment are not limited only role is the implementation of compulsory worship such as prayer.
