This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of Lenovo laptops for students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin. This researcher needs because to know the effect of which variable dominates. The type of research used is correlational research. This research is quantitative in nature. The population and sample in this study were 38 students at STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The independent variables in this study are product quality (X1) and price (X2), while the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a Lenovo laptop for students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin, and the more dominant variable in this study is product quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Madrasah Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and Discipline on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin in Rantau. The research method used is an analytical survey. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin in Rantau in 2020 as many as 40 people consisting of 15 PNS teachers and 25 honorary teachers. The sample in this research is using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observation. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on research instruments. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test. The results showed that the Madrasah Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and teacher discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau. Madrasah Principal Leadership, Work Motivation, and teacher discipline have a partially significant effect on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau. The leadership of the Madrasah Principal has a dominant significant influence on the performance of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the Influence of Inapornet System Service Quality on Service User Satisfaction at PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara Probolinggo Branch, where the Inaportnet System is an operating system and integration of service activities and licensing (clearance) from related agencies that carry out activities at the port. The research approach uses a quantitative approach, analyzing data with statistics with the aim of testing hypotheses. The population in this study are users of ship and goods services at PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara Probolinggo Branch with a sample of 30 people. Data analysis with Simple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing it is known that the Inaportnet system service has a positive and significant influence on service user satisfaction at PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara Probolinggo Branch.

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of partially and simultaneously the speed of ship crane equipment and the scope of grab equipment on dry bulk loading and unloading productivity. This research is located at PT. Berlian Manyar Sejahtera, which is a loading and unloading company that provides loading and unloading of dry bulk, in this company carrying out loading and unloading activities of dry bulk using ship cranes and grabs as aids. This type of correlation research uses a questionnaire as the main tool in collecting data and information from respondents who are part of the primary data. The sample in this study is productivity data for dry bulk loading and unloading activities in 2022 using crane and grab equipment according to the responses of 52 respondents. The results of the study explained that partially and simultaneously the speed of ship cranes and grab coverage have a significant influence on dry bulk loading and unloading productivity. The research results also show that Grab coverage has a better ability than ship crane speed on dry bulk loading and unloading productivity at PT. Berlian Manyar Sejahtera.

PT. Karana Panorama Logistics Surabaya is a company engaged in providing land for the stacking of both empty and full containers. In the activities that exist in PT. Karana Panorama Logistics Surabaya, one of which is to reduce the high number of dwelling time at the port by providing a place to move the location of the imported container stockpiling. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of moving the landfill site occurs and also what are the criteria for providing a landfill location. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the company. From the problems found, the researchers found the cause of the transfer of the location of the hoarding and how the process was carried out before the transfer of goods occurred from TPS Line I to TPS Line II. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of the long stay of goods in the port area is intended to reduce dwelling time and create activities for relocating this stockpiling location.

Shipping is part of the means of sea transportation as mandated Law No. 17 of 2008 concerning shipping has become a very strategic matter for national insight and has become a vital tool that supports the goals of national unity and integrity. PT. PELNI is a company engaged in sea transportation services, namely passenger ships. The importance of "service" to passenger satisfaction is very influential, Passenger Service can be defined as all forms of customer service and in the form of goods, which in principle are the responsibility and carried out by government agencies at the center and in the regions. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the performance of services and knowing the level of satisfaction of service users to PT. PELNI Surabaya Branch. This research design used was descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are as follows. First, from the aspect of service quality, the attitude of PT. PELNI Surabaya Branch employees towards passengers and in general the service performance has not been satisfactory, but still requires some improvements in order to provide maximum service to all service users. The second is based on passenger responses to the facilities provided, there is still a lack of ticket sales and passengers are often disappointed with the payment method set at PT. PELNI. This means that most passengers want improvements in these two indicators and must be a priority in improving their services by PT. PELNI in the future in providing services.

This study aims to determine how much influence reward has on employee motivation, how much influence punishment has on employee motivation in completing targets given by the company where the employee works. This study uses descriptive quantitative and inferential types with data collection techniques, namely distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents, which is the population of the research object, namely all employees of PT Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera, Tulungagung City Branch Office and using the census method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) reward has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (2) punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (3) the results of the F test state that the variables of reward and punishment simultaneously affect employee motivation. And the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 57.2%. This research recommends that PT. Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera Tulungagung city branch office maintains the quality of employee performance so that it can produce competitive employees.

DLU Ferry is an application issued by PT. Dharma Lautan Utama to make it easier for customers to order tickets. The DLU Ferry application still has weaknesses, therefore it needs improvement to improve the quality of this application. To find out the weaknesses of this application can be obtained from reviews written by consumers on the Google Play Store. This research contains analysis of consumer review data on the DLU Ferry application. This study uses data from 1575 reviews consisting of positive, neutral and negative sentiments. This research will measure the performance of the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) method in classifying sentiments using the IndoBERT-base Pretrained model with fine-tuning techniques. The test results in this study obtained an accuracy of 86% with the selection of hyperparameters, namely batch size 32, learning rate 3e-6, and epoch 5.

This study aims to examine the effect of product, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo in Banjarmasin. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is causal associative, namely research that explains the influence of product variables, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo in Banjarmasin. The population in this study was 2903 who were customers of PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the accidental sampling method. The total sample is 97 people calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable product, service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin. The product variable has no partial significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a partial significant effect on customer satisfaction and the price variable has a partial significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin.

This study aims to examine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is causal associative in nature, namely research that explains the influence between workload and work stress variables on employee performance variables at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. The population in this study are employees of PT. Panasea Banjarmasin, totaling 37 people. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using the saturated sampling method where all members of the population, totaling 37 employees, became members of the sample. Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that workload and work stress have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. Workload and work stress have a partially significant effect on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. Work stress is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin.
