In carrying out the learning process at school, a teacher should be able to choose and utilise learning models that are in accordance with the learning material. In general, teachers rarely use learning models in every learning process, due to the lack of teacher understanding of learning models that can facilitate teachers in implementing the learning process in the classroom. Actually, there are many learning models that can be used by every teacher in the learning process. By using appropriate learning models, of course, students will be motivated to learn, and this will have a positive impact on their learning outcomes.The main problem in the study, namely "Can the application of learning models through classroom supervision activities improve the quality of learning in students at SD Negeri Tritih Kulon 09?". Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that the application of learning models through classroom supervision by school principals has proven successful in improving the ability of SD Negeri Tritih Kulon 09 teachers in managing the learning process. In addition, by increasing the ability of SD Negeri Tritih Kulon 09 teachers in managing the learning process, not only the students' learning process is more meaningful but also their learning outcomes increase.

This study aims to describe the implementation process of "Koin Peduli Sahabat" activities to improve the character of social care in elementary school students. Initial observations show that students' understanding and awareness of social care character is still lacking, the application of social care character is not optimal, and support from teachers is still low. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with case studies. The subjects in this study were grade VI students of SDN Bangkal 01 in Binangun District, Cilacap Regency. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of "Koin Peduli Sahabat" activities can improve the character of social care in elementary schools.

This research was conducted considering the tendency of bullying behavior which has now become a phenomenon that often occurs, especially in the world of education. One way that can be done to prevent it is through the application of social caring characters with support from peers because students spend more time with their friends. This study aims to describe the processof implementing social care characters through the role of peers in preventing bullying behavior in schools. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. The informants in this study were class teachers and learners. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The dataanalysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the application of social care characters through support from peers can prevent bullying behavior in students.

The purpose of this study is to find out how (1) Planning for Love of the Motherland Character Education through Civic Education Subjects at SD Negeri Karanggintung 01 Gandrungmangu Cilacap; (2) Implementation of Love for the Motherland Character Education through Civic Education Subjects at SD Negeri Karanggintung 01 Gandrungmangu Cilacap; (3) Analysis of the Implementation of Love for the Motherland Character Education through Civic Education Subjects at SD Negeri Karanggintung 01 Gandrungmangu Cilacap. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and with the chosen method, namely the case study method. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, observations and document studies with interactive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that (1) Education Planning for the character of love for the homeland through Civic Education subjects at SD Negeri Karanggintung 01 Gandrungmangu Cilacap was carried out with good planning. Before conducting character education, love for the teacher's homeland, educators prepare learning tools in the form of syllabi, lesson plans, assessment instruments and teaching materials. Then in learning media educators prepare laptops and LCD Projectors. Educators have an important task in teaching and learning activities in the classroom, therefore an interactive learning model with student character is needed. (2) The implementation of character education for love of the homeland through Civic Education subjects at SD Negeri Karanggintung 01 Gandrungmangu Cilacap uses learning models and learning media that are in accordance with the conditions of students so that students are enthusiastic about participating in teaching and learning activities and making learning goals easier to achieve. (3) Analysis of character education of love for the homeland through Civic Education subjects at SD Negeri Karanggintung 01 Gandrungmangu Cilacap found that character education can present positive traits for students regarding knowledge and the importance of meaning contained in civic education learning. The implementation of character education Love for the homeland has a significant influence on the formation of student character can be seen from the value of students above the minimum completeness criteria and in seen in activities that reflect the character of love for the homeland in flag ceremonies, picket squads and extracurricular activities.

This study uses a literature review method by examining several articles and books. This study aims to determine the physical-motor development of children at SD Negeri 2 Wlahar and to describe the role of the school in improving children's physical-motor development. In addition to reviewing the literature, data collection in this study used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. In addition, this study uses a descriptive research approach which has the aim of explaining phenomena or events that exist in the field. The subjects of this study were 68 students in grades 4 - 6. The data analysis technique in this study used analysis before going to the field and analysis in the field using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be explained that in the learning process it can be seen that all students have different motor-physical developments and these developments continue and change according to student learning activities. Schools have an important role in improving the development of the motoric physiology of their students.

This study aims to (1) describe the initial conditions of the behavior process of students at SD Negeri Tambakreja 07 Cilacap Selatan; (2) to develop a coaching method based on Islamic values at SD Negeri Tambakreja 07 Cilacap Selatan; (3) to know the teacher's response to the implementation of the coaching method at SD Negeri Tambakreja 07 Cilacap Selatan; (4) to know students' responses to the implementation of coaching at SD Negeri Tambakreja 07 Cilacap Selatan. The type of research used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) model of the Borg & Gall development. The product developed in this study is a coaching method by instilling Islamic values. After being developed, learning tools are tested for their effectiveness in improving character education. This research took place at SD Negeri Tambakreja 07, Cilacap Selatan District. The results showed that the coaching model development model for instilling Islamic values was in good category in the main field trials. After revising the model when the learning tools were applied, the results were in very good category in operational field trials. In addition, Islamic values are also included in the very good category in the experimental class. The coaching process encourages students to have Islamic values that are very relevant to current conditions. The development of a coaching model for inculcating Islamic values is suitable for application in SD Negeri Tambakreja 07.

School strategies are important policies from schools to achieve the goal of improving and developing school quality. (Fatikah Noor, 2019). The right strategy can have an impact on the success of the school in achieving its goals. To get the right strategy, schools need to know information about the factors in schools that can support success in achieving goals. Schools need to analyze these factors. The implementation of this analysis is expected to provide information that can be used as a reference in developing strategies so as to obtain good quality education. The aims of the study were (1) to describe the strategic planning for the campus model school development at SD Negeri Kampus Petungan, South Cilacap District; (2) explaining the coordination of the campus model school development strategy at SD Negeri Petungan Campus, South Cilacap District; (3) describes the supervision of the campus model school development strategy in SD Negeri Petungan Campus, South Cilacap District. This research took place at SD Negeri Petungan Campus, South Cilacap District. The research used was field research with a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study model. Qualitative research according to sharpness and accuracy in observing, noting a process and activity that appears in reality. And analyze it in a meaningful unit. The research subjects used in this study were school heads, teachers and education staff at the SDN Petungan Cilacap Selatan Campus. Research result: Campus system model schools are schools that are located close to each other. In fact, the schools are still one door by implementing a semi-independent or joint management system. In the sense that all management activities are carried out jointly, but there are some things that must be carried out independently by the school. The coordination carried out is vertical and horizontal coordination. There is one school principal who is the coordinator who manages several other school principals. Oversight of the roles of personnel who already have duties, authorities and carry out their implementation needs to be carried out so that they are in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the company/organization.

Differentiated learning is a concept that differentiates learning activities in class based on student learning readiness, student interests and student learning profiles. Differentiated learning is one of the government policies as part of the independent curriculum offered to overcome learning loss after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to find out 1) the research methods used in researching differentiated learning in elementary schools, 2) the subjects of the research study 3) the findings that are the subject of these studies. The study method used in this analysis is a systematic review and meta-analysis (PRISMA). From data identification, article screening and presentation of articles in the 2018-2022 period, there are 33 articles ready for review according to the scope of differentiated learning in elementary schools. The results of the research show that the research method that is widely used is a type of quantitative research with the teacher as the research subject. The research findings show that the teacher's view of differentiated learning influences its practice in the classroom, teachers have different understandings regarding differentiated learning. Differentiated learning activities can improve the quality of student learning in class.

Literacy skills are needed to face the challenges of the 21st century. Therefore, it is necessary to make innovations that support literacy learning in elementary schools. The writing method used is a literature review. In this article, there are five articles analyzed to determine the innovation of literacy learning in elementary schools. Innovation in literacy learning in elementary schools can be done in terms of facilities and infrastructure, forms of activities, and content or content. The results of the analysis conducted show that literacy learning innovations in terms of facilities and infrastructure can be done with an interesting literacy corner and media use. Innovation in literacy learning in terms of the form of activities can be done by integrating literacy learning with literature and technology. Meanwhile, literacy learning innovation in terms of content or content can be done with food security literacy.

The current implementation of the learning process is a distance learning transition due to the co-19 pandemic in 2020 and face-to-face learning in the new normal era. Face-to-face learning actually took place before the Covid 19 pandemic hit Indonesia. During the Covid 19 pandemic, learning took place remotely which resulted in alienation between teachers and students. The existence of learning loss is one of the policies contained in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No 719 / P / 2020, the impact of distance learning is the basis of this curriculum change. In (Rachmawati et al., 2022) the application of project-based learning is an option in the prototype curriculum which is considered capable of supporting learning recovery due to learning loss as character development according to the Pancasila Student Profile.The aims of the study were (1) to describe the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District; (2) analyzing the strengthening of the Pancasila student profile project in the learning process at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District; (3) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of strengthening learning in the Pancasila student profile project at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District. This research took place at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Central Cilacap District. The research used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach using the Phenomenology model. The results of this study are 1) the implementation of strengthening the Pancasila student profile project at SD Negeri Sidanegara 04, Cilacap Tengah District, has gone very well. 2) The various characters formed in the implementation of the Pancasila student profile project include being independent, mutual cooperation and creative. 3) the supporting factors for the activity are the support of the principal, teachers and employees, parents, guardians and committees. Some partners also support the activity. The inhibiting factor for the activity was the coordination between the teacher and the student's guardians besides the limited time and energy.
