Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation and bureaucratic leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sumatra Province. The study used a quantitative descriptive-correlational approach with a census method on 57 Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K). Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire supported by interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results of the analysis indicate that digital transformation and bureaucratic leadership have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction is also proven to contribute significantly to improving employee performance. However, testing the moderation effect shows that job satisfaction is unable to moderate the relationship between digital transformation and bureaucratic leadership with employee performance. This indicates that employee performance is more influenced by the direct influence of each of these variables. The research findings indicate that improving employee performance in the public sector is mainly influenced by the effectiveness of digital transformation and bureaucratic leadership. Although job satisfaction plays a role in improving performance, this variable does not function as a moderator. Therefore, performance improvement efforts need to focus on strengthening technology implementation and bureaucratic leadership, along with increasing employee job satisfaction. This study was limited to a single government agency with 57 respondents, which may limit the generalizability of the results. Other potential influencing factors, such as organizational culture or external conditions, were not examined in this study. This study provides theoretical contributions regarding the relationship between digital transformation and leadership in public sector performance. Practically, this research provides guidance for policymakers and agencies in developing initiatives that integrate technology, leadership, and job satisfaction to optimize organizational outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of testimonials and service quality on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan in Garut. This study was prompted by the phenomenon of high consumer visits despite many negative reviews regarding service speed and waiting times. This study uses an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis method applied was multiple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results show that testimonials do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a contribution of 0.1%, while service quality also does not have a significant effect with a contribution of 1.2%. Concurrently, both variables did not significantly influence purchasing decisions, with an R Square value of 0.013. These findings suggest that Mie Gacoan consumers' purchasing decisions in Garut are more influenced by factors outside the research model, such as price perception and product taste. This study implies that in the low- cost fast food industry, brand popularity and price advantage may be more dominant than the influence of service quality and digital testimonials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee productivity at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division IV Tanjung Karang is affected by welfare amenities and job training. The increasing demands for organizational efficiency and the rise in passenger volume, which necessitate higher levels of human resource productivity, are the background of this study. Nonetheless, a number of issues remain, including the discrepancy between job requirements and training materials, as well as disparities in how employees view the company's welfare facilities. This study uses a correlational research design and a quantitative methodology. 2,087 employees make up the population, and 95 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, make up the sample. Random sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. Likert scale questionnaires were used to gather data, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed with the aid of SPSS software. The findings demonstrate that welfare programs and job training both significantly and favorably impact worker productivity. At the same time, production is significantly impacted by both factors. With a coefficient of determination (R2) of 56.1%, job training and welfare facilities account for 56.1% of employee productivity, with other factors not included in this study influencing the remaining 43.9%. In conclusion, PT KAI Regional Division IV Tanjung Karang's employee productivity is greatly enhanced by pertinent work training and sufficient welfare amenities.

Abstract

The rapid growth of influencer marketing on social media has made it an important digital marketing strategy, especially on TikTok. However, empirical evidence regarding the role of influencer credibility in shaping Generation Z’s buying behaviour in Indonesia remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the effect of influencer credibility on brand awareness, brand trust, and buying intention among Indonesian Generation Z TikTok users, as well as to examine the moderating role of gender. A quantitative survey method was employed using purposive sampling, and an online questionnaire was distributed to 138 Indonesian Generation Z TikTok users. The collected data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that influencer credibility positively influenced brand awareness, brand trust, and buying intention, with brand awareness serving as an effective mediator between influencer credibility and buying intention, while brand trust did not, indicating that cognitive familiarity through brand awareness is more influential than emotional trust in driving Generation Z’s buying intentions on TikTok. Gender differences did not moderate the relationship between brand trust and buying intention, indicating similar behavioral tendencies across males and females. The findings offer new empirical insights into Generation Z’s buying behavior on TikTok and practical implications for marketers in developing influencer strategies that emphasize brand awareness to stimulate buying intentions.

The study population consisted of 723 customers, with a sample of 88 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3 and Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Customer loyalty was positively and significantly influenced by service and product quality, with product quality being the most important aspect, based on research findings. Conversely, halal certification did not significantly impact customer loyalty and did not act as a moderating variable. These findings indicate that customer loyalty is more driven by service and product quality, while halal certification is perceived as a basic attribute supporting trust.

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to identification how lifestyle, social environment, and financial literacy effect saving interest with a specific focus on the mediating role of financial behaviour among families in Malang. Using a quantitative method focused on numerical analysis, primary data were collected through Google Forms distributed to individuals within families in Malang. To determine the required sample size, the researcher used non probability sampling based on the formula by Hair Jr et al., (2023), and found that the sample size of individuals with familes was 170. The criteria for respondents were individuals with families who had been married for 5-10 years, resided in Malang City, and hade dependent children. The results suggest that lifestyle and social environment do not significantly affect saving interest, whereas financial literacy plays a crucial positive role. Although financial behaviour is influenced by lifestyle and literacy, it fails to act as a mediator because it does not significantly drive saving interest. This research shows that financial behaviour is not a variable that connects lifestyle, social environment, and financial literacy to an individual’s interest in saving.
