Abstract

The research investigates how team members build their relationships with each other while their trust in digital systems and their success in reaching their work objectives impact their performance in digital consulting work environments. The research exists because organizations need to implement digital workplaces which require their employees to work at maximum capacity for their businesses to succeed. The study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with data collected through a survey of 150 employees of a digital-based consulting firm using a purposive sampling technique. The researchers conducted multiple linear regression analysis on their data after they completed all necessary work for validation purposes and reliability testing and classical assumption testing. The research found that digital workplace environments create better employee engagement when teams achieve stronger relationships with team members and their digital system trust levels and work performance capacity both improve. The study extends current research on human resource management and organizational behavior by studying digital workplace environments. The research findings deliver strategic benefits to digital-based consulting firm managers who need to create policies that enhance employee engagement while ensuring their organizations maintain sustainable operations.

Abstract

This study examines consumer behavior in purchase decision-making on the Shopee e-commerce platform, particularly among consumers who use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. The object of this research is Shopee users who choose the COD system when making online purchase transactions, as this payment method is perceived to provide greater security, convenience, and flexibility in online shopping. The research problem arises from inconsistencies in previous empirical findings regarding the influence of lifestyle and brand image on purchase decisions, as well as the limited number of studies that specifically investigate the behavior of Shopee consumers using the COD payment method. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of lifestyle and brand image on the purchase decisions of Shopee consumers who use COD, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability to ensure measurement accuracy. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 0.05, supported by classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decisions of Shopee consumers using COD, suggesting that consumers’ activities, interests, and opinions play an important role in shaping purchase decisions. In contrast, brand image does not have a significant partial effect on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, lifestyle and brand image contribute to explaining variations in purchase decisions, although other factors outside the research model also influence consumer behavior. In conclusion, the purchase decisions of Shopee consumers using the COD payment method are more strongly influenced by internal factors, particularly lifestyle, than by brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic promotions and product innovation on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in Garut. The increasingly fierce competition in the contemporary beverage business requires companies to maximize digital marketing strategies and product innovation to maintain consumer interest and purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-verification approach that aims to determine and analyze the influence of electronic promotions and product innovation on purchasing decisions for Mixue consumers in Garut. The respondents were 100 Mixue consumers in Garut who were selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that electronic promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, which means that the more intense and attractive the digital promotions are, the higher the consumer's tendency to purchase Mixue products. In addition, product innovation also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicating that menu diversity, new flavors, and continuously developed product quality can improve consumer purchasing decisions. These findings confirm that the success of purchasing decisions for Mixue products in Garut is greatly influenced by effective digital promotion strategies and continuous product innovation.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has led to changes in the financial behavior of Generation Z. However, these changes have not been fully accompanied by sound Saving Behavior. The phenomenon of low saving rates indicates that most individuals in Generation Z remain oriented toward short-term consumption rather than allocating income for savings. Therefore, digital literacy, financial planning, and Self-control are essential in fostering healthy Saving Behavior among Generation Z in Pontianak City. This study employs a causal quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires using purposive sampling techniques. The research sample consists of 200 Generation Z respondents in Pontianak City. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 4 software. The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive but insignificant effect on Saving Behavior, while Financial Planning and Self-control have positive and significant effects on Saving Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of advertising and online customer reviews on purchase decisions of Skintific moisturizer products on TikTok Shop. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 94 respondents who had purchased the product through TikTok Shop. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that advertising has no significant effect on purchase decisions. Similarly, online customer reviews do not significantly influence purchase decisions. Simultaneous testing also reveals that advertising and online customer reviews jointly have no significant effect on purchase decisions. These findings suggest that purchase decisions for skincare products in social commerce platforms are not solely determined by advertising exposure and customer reviews, but are influenced by other factors beyond the proposed model. This study provides empirical evidence that enriches the literature on digital marketing and social commerce, particularly in the context of TikTok Shop.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the modern coffee industry in Indonesia has intensified brand competition, particularly in efforts to build brand trust and brand awareness as factors influencing Generation Z’s purchasing behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand trust and brand awareness on purchase decisions for Kopi Kenangan products in the Garut region. A quantitative approach with a descriptive and associative research design was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 Generation Z respondents who had purchased Kopi Kenangan at least three times, using a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that both brand trust and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. However, brand awareness demonstrates a stronger influence than brand trust. These findings suggest that consumers’ ability to recognize and recall a brand serves as the primary determinant in driving Generation Z’s purchase decisions, while brand trust functions as a supporting factor that strengthens consumer confidence. This study contributes theoretically to the development of consumer behavior research in the modern coffee industry and provides practical implications for companies in formulating marketing strategies that emphasize strengthening brand awareness and brand trust.trust.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of influencer marketing on purchase intention, with brand attitude as a mediating variable, at Richeese Factory in Garut.. The uniqueness of this research lies in the integration of influencer marketing and purchase intention within a single research framework, positioning brand attitude as the mechanism for indirect influence. This study employs a quantitative approach using descriptive and associative methods. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires as the primary data source, supported by secondary data. The research sample consists of 96 respondents aged 17–35 years who are active on social media and have been exposed to Richeese Factory's influencer marketing campaigns, determined using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The findings reveal that influencer marketing does not have a direct effect on purchase intention but exerts a positive and significant impact on brand attitude. Furthermore, brand attitude is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention and acts as a mediator in the relationship between influencer marketing and consumers' purchase intention. These findings underscore the importance of fostering a positive brand attitude to enhance the effectiveness of influencer marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to find evidence of whether motivation, investment knowledge, and self-efficacy influence investment interest in the capital market among Generation Z. This study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The research data is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Generation Z at Dian Nuswantoro University in Semarang who have attended seminars, courses, or training on the capital market and who have made investments. The sample was determined using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents who were selected as the research sample, while data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of the partial test showed that investment motivation, knowledge, and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on investment interest. Simultaneously, the results show that the three independent variables have a significant impact on investment interest. The coefficient of determination is 0.221, indicating that investment motivation, knowledge, and self-efficacy are significant and can explain 22.1% of the variance in results related to investment interest, with dependence influenced by variables other than those studied. The findings show that the investment motivation variable has the most dominant effect on the results. The findings show that an increase in student motivation, investment knowledge, and self-confidence is significant in increasing student investment in the capital market.
