Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of BI mobile service quality and BSI mobile features on customer satisfaction among IAID Ciamis students using correlational quantitative research methods. The results showed that partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (significance 0.017 <0.05, tcount> ttable (2.440> 1.989), and a positive regression coefficient of 0.271). BSI Mobile features also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (significance 0.000 <0.05, tcount> ttable (3.790> 1.989), and a positive regression coefficient of 0.981). At the same time, service quality and BSI Mobile features have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (fhitung 40.463 > ftabel 3.09 and significance 0.000 <0.05). This study provides information about the relationship between variables, not about the causality between these variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of Instagram social media usage among students at Institut Agama Islam Darussalam Ciamis, and their interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study also measures the influence of BSI's Instagram social media on students' interest in saving at the bank. Using quantitative methods, data are analyzed numerically to test the relationship between variables. Descriptive methods provide a detailed description of the observed phenomena, including numerical data and characteristics. The results of the statistical analysis using SPSS show an R² value of 0.376, which means that 37.6% of students' savings interest is influenced by BSI's Instagram social media, while 62.4% is influenced by other variables not studied. The t-test shows a significant coefficient with a p-value less than 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant influence between BSI's Instagram social media on students' interest in saving at BSI. Therefore, the hypothesis that BSI's Instagram social media affects students' interest in saving is accepted.

Abstract

International trade can affect economic growth, create jobs, distribute income, and affect the country's foreign exchange reserves. One of the efforts to increase the country's foreign exchange reserves is to increase the number of exports. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method using time-series data. The classical assumption test methods used in this study include normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. This research was carried out by statistical tests using Eviews-12 software. The statistical tests carried out included the t test (partial), the F test (simultaneous), and the determination coefficient analysis. The research data was sourced from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency for the period 2014-2022. The results of the study show that partially the oil and gas export variable have a negative effect on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in 2014-2022. Meanwhile, the non-oil and gas export variable has a positive effect on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in 2014-2022. The results of the study also show that the variables of oil and gas exports and non-oil and gas exports together affect Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in 2014-2022 by 72.62%.

Macakal Agro Gumilang.

Abstract

The dual banking system in Indonesia intensifies competition between conventional and Islamic banks, impacting operational costs and income. From 2015 to 2024, the BOPO (Operational Cost to Operational Income) ratio of Islamic banks fluctuated between 97% and 76%, reflecting inefficiencies influenced by internal and external factors. This study examines the determinants of BOPO in Indonesian Islamic banking using quantitative methods, specifically multiple linear regression analysis of monthly data (2015–2024). The independent variables include bank-specific metrics (Capital Adequacy Ratio/CAR and Return on Assets/ROA) and macroeconomic indicators (BI Rate, inflation, and economic growth). The results indicate that CAR, ROA, BI Rate, and inflation significantly and negatively affect BOPO, suggesting that higher capital adequacy, profitability, and interest rates, along with controlled inflation, improve operational efficiency. Conversely, economic growth shows no significant impact. These findings provide critical insights for Islamic bank managers and policymakers to enhance efficiency through strategic capital allocation, risk management, and macroeconomic stability measures. Keywords: CAR, ROA, BI Rate, Inflation, Economic Growth, and BOPO.
