Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the application model of blended learning at RA Al-Ghazali Medan Barat, (2) various strategies for increasing student learning competence during the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) various obstacles faced in improving student learning competence. . This research uses qualitative research methods, with a case study approach. This research was conducted at RA Al-Ghazali Medan Barat, in which educators, school principals, students and parents became research informants. The results showed that blended learning at RA Al-Ghazali is a learning that combines face-to-face and online learning in its learning system. This comes as a response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The various alternatives in improving student learning competence are: (1) the application of student-centered learning strategies, (2) strengthening the role of parents as companions, (3) the application of active learning-based learning, (4) the use of multimedia-based learning media, ( 5) Time efficiency and learning atmosphere. As for the obstacles faced in improving learning competence (1) Network constraints, (2) Lack of cooperation between parents and teachers, (3) The occurrence of differences of opinion between teachers and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the role of parents and teachers in instilling independent characters in children, (2) the obstacles faced in instilling independent characters in children. This research was conducted at RA An Nur Medan, with the research method used was qualitative with a descriptive study approach. The research participants were teachers, parents, students, and school principals. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) the role of parents in instilling independent characters can be seen from parents who are invited to participate in instilling various kinds of good characters in students, including independent characters. This is even more so during the distance learning period that has been affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. The collaboration referred to in this case is not limited to supervising student activities while at home, but more than that. In the process of internalizing the independent character, parents are invited to participate as non-formal teachers who familiarize Ana to be able to independently carry out various activities, especially activities related to children's affairs and individuals. (2) the teacher's role in instilling independent character can be seen from several steps that the teacher teaches students, namely: character selection, practice, habituation, and example. (3) Obstacles faced by teachers and parents in instilling independent character in early childhood at RA An Nur Medan are lack of parental enthusiasm, lack of supervision, psychological disorders of children

Abstract

This paper was written with the aim of describing the roles and responsibilities of teachers in instilling religious and moral values ​​in early childhood in PAUD institutions. The method used in the implementation of this research is descriptive qualitative with aapproach library research (library study). The results of the study show that the roles and responsibilities of teachers based on the variables studied are carried out well, there are several appropriate and effective methods for AUD as a stimulus for inculcating religious and moral values ​​including exemplary methods, habituation, advice and punishment. But in the process, it does not run smoothly, there are obstacles (factors) that affect the family, community, and school environment itself. Departing from this so that it can be achieved as expected requires involvement and cooperation between these factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the steps in inculcating moral values ​​in early childhood, the obstacles faced in inculcating early childhood moral values, and the cooperation of teachers and parents in inculcating early childhood moral values. This research was carried out at RA Intan Permata, Medan Marelan District. This study uses a qualitative research method based on descriptive studies with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that there are several steps in inculcating AUD moral values, namely Moral Introduction, training on values ​​and morals through various activities both learning and outside learning, habituation of moral values ​​through example. There are several obstacles for teachers to instill moral values ​​in early childhood. Some of these barriers are internal and some are external. Internal means that it comes from the students themselves while external means that the obstacles come from outside the students themselves. With good cooperation between teachers and parents, of course, the cultivation of moral values ​​will be very easy to do, even by itself, moral values ​​will be formed as expected by teachers and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies, barriers, and collaboration between teachers and parents in teaching toilet training to children at RA Nurul Islam. This study uses a qualitative method, with a descriptive study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the Toilet Training Strategy for Early Childhood 4-6 Years at RA Nurul Islam. Basic preparation, making the child interested, getting used to the toilet, don't scold him, giving praise. Barriers to Toilet Training Learning at RA Nurul Islam. There are several obstacles in teaching toilet training to students, some of which come from the students themselves and some of them come from outside the students themselves. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teaching skills of Islamic religious education by prospective teachers raudhatul athfal. With the focus of the study on two things, namely: (1) Aspects of skills, (2) learning materials, and (3) teaching problems. This research was conducted at the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program, STAI Sumatra, Medan. This study uses a case study-based qualitative research method. With the research subjects are students of PIAUD STAI Sumatra Medan study program. To obtain research data, three techniques were used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there were four main aspects of teaching skills, namely opening lessons, questioning skills, explaining skills, and concluding and closing lessons. Islamic Eduation learning materials in early childhood are not the same at elementary and middle ages, at this age the material tends to introduce Islam through a play atmosphere. The teaching problem that is often experienced by Teacher Raudhatul Athfal is the inability to package abstract Islamic Education material into real material that can be accepted according to their early age. Another problem is the cultivation of morality which tends not to be supported by the conditions of the family environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the procedures, implementation and writing of collaboration-based classroom action research reports. This research was conducted using library research-based research methods, with data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study explain that the classroom action research procedure begins with the procedure for identifying learning problems encountered in the classroom by educators, then formulating problems, planning research, determining research instruments, conducting research, analyzing data and writing reports. Implementation is carried out through four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and follow-up. This implementation is carried out by teachers in collaboration with teaching teachers or involving other parties as teachers. The CAR report is basically not much different from other research, it's just that the description in the CAR research is more descriptive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the impact of education financing on PAB 5 Helvetia tsanawiyah students. Where in accordance with government policy during the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of learning which is usually carried out face-to-face is abolished and transferred to online learning. In accordance with government regulations related to severing the spread of the Covid-19 chain. This is so that the learning process will continue to be carried out without stopping in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, but based on research conducted during the Covid-19 study, an online learning model was carried out through the use of the Zoom application, Google Classroom and WhatsApp group. The impact of the pandemic on student funding is very much felt because they have to fulfill technological devices and internet quotas in online learning, while the economic situation is not supportive of meeting these learning needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the design of Islamic religious education learning media during the Covid 19 pandemic at Rusyda Creative SDS. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation studies, while the research informants were teachers of Islamic religious education. The results of the study showed that during the covid-19 pandemic Rusyda Creative SDS used IT-based Islamic religious education learning media designs. Because during the pandemic, teachers and students could not meet face to face. The solution offered to teachers is to design learning using IT, before that teachers are trained in advance on how to design IT-based learning media. The types of learning media are visual and audio based, and visual audio. Evaluation activities on Islamic religious education learning media during the covid 19 pandemic at Rusyda Creative SDS, using authentic assessments, which were carried out in three assessments. First attitude. The second is knowledge and the third is skills.

Abstract

In the process of development and efforts to find his identity, it is not uncommon for children to do things that violate the rules of norms, religion and morals. This reality needs to get the attention of all parties, especially in choosing an educational approach to children. This article presents the approach of nudity, advice and attention in education to children. This paper uses a descriptive analysis approach.  The conclusion of this article is that: (1). Accuracy is effective for aspects of education aimed at the formation of certain attitudes and skills. (2). The approach of advice can open the children's eyes to the nature of something, and encourage it to go to a noble situation and decorate it with noble character and equip it with Islamic principles. (3). The approach of giving attention khsususnya when the child feels embarrassed, inferior, not even dare to face others, this approach of attention can foster courage, awareness, maturity of his thinking
