Abstract

Hipertensi, dikenal sebagai “The Silent Killer,” merupakan salah satu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap angka kematian global. Di Indonesia, prevalensi hipertensi pada remaja menunjukkan tren peningkatan, termasuk di kalangan mahasiswa keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi risiko terjadinya hipertensi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Advent Indonesia, menentukan faktor dominan, serta faktor yang tidak dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 73 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online dan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS 27.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi risiko hipertensi adalah tingginya konsumsi junk food (93,2%) dan rendahnya aktivitas fisik (52,1%). Faktor non-dominan meliputi riwayat penyakit tidak menular dalam keluarga (12,3%) dan status obesitas berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh (31,5%). Selain itu, 27,4% responden mengalami stres, yang meskipun bukan faktor utama, tetap berkontribusi terhadap risiko hipertensi bila dikombinasikan dengan faktor gaya hidup lainnya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi gaya hidup sehat, seperti peningkatan aktivitas fisik dan edukasi tentang pola makan seimbang, sangat penting untuk diterapkan pada usia muda. Implikasi penelitian ini mendorong institusi pendidikan untuk mengembangkan program promosi kesehatan berkelanjutan guna mencegah hipertensi sejak dini di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Vomiting in children can be classified as bile-stained (bilious) or non-bile-stained (non-bilious). Bilious vomiting often indicates serious conditions, such as bowel obstruction or midgut malrotation with volvulus (MMWV), which can lead to bowel ischemia or necrosis. Urgent evaluation is essential, as timely diagnosis can significantly improve the prognosis. We present the case of an 8-day-old baby who experienced bilious vomiting three times, starting one day before hospitalisation. The patient was taken to a community health centre three times due to complaints of bilious vomiting and was eventually referred to Awet Muda Hospital, which in turn referred the baby to West of Nusa Tenggara General Hospital. The infant also exhibited jaundice that appeared two days after birth and had one instance of blood in the urine. Radiological examinations indicated pneumonia, abdominal distension (meteorism), and duodenal stenosis. Laboratory tests revealed hyperbilirubinemia and thrombocytosis. Bilious vomiting is a critical clinical sign indicating potential midgut malrotation with volvulus. It requires immediate evaluation and intervention to ensure the patient's safety and health.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of an open employee recruitment strategy at PT. Sanga Group Indonesia to enhance the quality of human resources in the convection and screen-printing industry. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach involving interviews, observations, and document analysis during a six-month internship. Findings reveal that structured recruitment through SOPs, the adoption of digital platforms, and a strong focus on competency-based selection significantly improve workforce quality, reduce turnover, and enhance production efficiency. Despite the benefits, challenges such as limited digital literacy among applicants and incomplete automation in selection processes still hinder full optimization. The study also highlights the critical role of employer branding in attracting and retaining qualified candidates. These insights offer practical implications for SMEs in labor-intensive sectors aiming to modernize their HR strategies through technology and structured procedures.

Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi, terutama dalam aktivitas berisiko tinggi seperti penurunan material dan pembongkaran scaffolding, mengakibatkan kerugian finansial dan produktivitas. Meskipun ada upaya pencegahan, kecelakaan tetap terjadi karena penyebab yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kecelakaan kerja berisiko tinggi pada pembangunan pabrik PT. Agri First Indonesia, menganalisis penyebabnya dengan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), dan merumuskan strategi mitigasi. Pendekatan FTA top-down digunakan untuk memetakan hubungan hierarkis antara kecelakaan dan faktor penyebabnya (personal, manajemen, teknis, lingkungan). Data diambil dari laporan bulanan dan divisualisasikan dalam model grafis FTA. Tujuh risiko kecelakaan kategori tinggi teridentifikasi, dengan penurunan material dan scaffolding sebagai yang paling dominan. Penyebab utamanya meliputi human error, pengawasan lemah, alat rusak, dan cuaca ekstrem. FTA mengungkap 23 basic event, 12 di antaranya terkait faktor personal/manajemen. Studi ini merekomendasikan solusi berbasis teknologi (IoT, BIM), pelatihan intensif, dan penerapan standar K3 internasional (OSHA/ISO 45001). Implementasi holistik dapat menurunkan kecelakaan hingga 40%.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan UMKM di sektor otomotif, khususnya bengkel kendaraan roda empat, semakin meningkat seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah kendaraan di Indonesia. Kecamatan Lembang, sebagai wilayah dengan mobilitas tinggi, menghadirkan peluang besar bagi pengembangan bisnis bengkel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perencanaan bisnis Bengkel Semar Auto dengan pendekatan inovasi pada aspek teknologi, pelayanan, dan fasilitas guna meningkatkan daya saing dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisis menggunakan tools kewirausahaan seperti Design Thinking, Timmons Model, SWOT, dan Business Model Canvas menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan bisnis Semar Auto dinilai layak. Faktor-faktor internal seperti SDM, keuangan, serta strategi digitalisasi, dan faktor eksternal seperti peluang pasar dan dukungan kebijakan UMKM menjadi penunjang keberhasilan. Kesimpulannya, perencanaan berbasis inovasi mampu menjadikan Semar Auto kompetitif dalam industri bengkel otomotif dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM lokal.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has opened new opportunities for MSMEs to market their products more broadly, including ritual products such as burial shrouds, which were previously rarely promoted online. This phenomenon calls for a study on effective and contextual digital marketing strategies for building the brand image of religious products. This research aims to analyze the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategy implemented by the MSME Kafani in Bandung to promote burial shrouds through the TikTok platform. The study uses a qualitative case study with an exploratory approach, involving interviews, participant observation, social media content analysis, and documentation. The findings reveal that Kafani's marketing strategy combining educational, entertaining, and spiritual elements in a creative way successfully increases sales, expands market reach, and builds a strong, human-centered brand image. This study concludes that a digital-based edutainment approach can serve as an effective strategy for MSMEs to market religious products while maintaining cultural relevance and emotional connection with audiences.
