Abstract

This study aims to identify and mitigate risks in the purebred chicken egg supply chain in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. The approach used is a combination of the ISO 31000 framework and the House of Risk (HoR) method. The research was conducted on independent breeders and purebred chicken egg distributors, by collecting data through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Risk identification was carried out using the Content Validity Index (CVI) method, then analyzed using the House of Risk phase 1 to determine the cause of priority risk based on the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value. The eight priority risk causes are determined through the Pareto principle, then classified by risk level. The next stage is risk mitigation using the House of Risk phase 2, by calculating the Effectiveness to Difficulty (ETD-k.) ratio of the proposed mitigation strategy. The results show that the highest priority mitigation strategy is to improve service and fast delivery and provide loyalty programs to repeat customers. This research is expected to be able to contribute to systematic risk management, and can be used as a reference in improving the efficiency and sustainability of the purebred chicken egg supply chain in Pesawaran Regency

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the importance of urine as a health indicator, which reflects the body's metabolic condition and can identify the presence of abnormal or pathological substances. Urine contains various organic and inorganic compounds that can change depending on a person's health condition, such as diabetes or pregnancy. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of bodily conditions on urine production and to identify abnormal substances in urine using various chemical tests. The research method involves testing urine samples from healthy individuals, pregnant women, and diabetes patients using pH, chloride, sulfate, phosphate, glucose, and albumin tests. The results of the study showed significant differences in urine composition between normal and abnormal samples, such as more acidic pH in diabetic urine and the presence of glucose and protein in certain urine. The implications of this study contribute to early diagnosis and health condition monitoring through urine analysis, as well as providing a basis for the development of more accurate and efficient examination methods.

Abstract

In 2017, the Indonesian government introduced changes to the Gross Split Production Sharing Contract (PSC) system through the enactment of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2024, which revoked Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 8 of 2017 and its amendments. The fundamental change in the new Gross Split PSC lies in the assessment of variable and progressive components as adjustments to the profit-sharing provided to Contractors (KKKS). The primary legal issue in this study is the legal certainty of changes in the profit-sharing provisions within the Cooperation Contract (KKS) under the Gross Split scheme for field development plans signed before the enforcement of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2024. Additionally, there are new obligations for KKKS, such as the use of independent surveyors and the management of unconventional oil and gas, which were not previously included in the KKS. This study aims to examine the legal certainty of changes in the profit-sharing provisions in the Gross Split KKS signed before the regulatory changes, using a normative research method with conceptual, statutory, and case study approaches. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Gross Split PSC requires clear legal certainty in the terms and conditions of the KKS regarding the impact of regulatory changes on previously signed contracts. Thus, there is alignment between the private contractual relationship of the government and private entities while preserving the state’s sovereignty as the holder of oil and gas mining authority.

Abstract

This study explores the aesthetic transformation from painting to installation art within the context of contemporary Indonesian art through a case study of Agung Tato Suryanto's works. This transformation signifies not only a shift in medium from two-dimensional to three-dimensional formats but also a paradigmatic change in how artists convey aesthetic, symbolic, and philosophical ideas. Using a qualitative method and case study approach, this research examines two key works—Second Level as a painting and Lingga Bergema as an installation—through the lens of Immanuel Kant’s aesthetic theory, Roland Barthes’ semiotics, and Theodor Adorno’s critical aesthetics. The analysis reveals that Agung Tato constructs a visual language that critically reflects on the dehumanizing and disoriented nature of modern urban life. In Second Level, he explores the absence of human presence in urban architecture as a metaphor for existential alienation, while in Lingga Bergema, he deconstructs patriarchal cultural symbols through reflective spatial installation. Both works expand aesthetic experience beyond the visual to become multisensory and participatory. This study concludes that Agung Tato’s aesthetic transformation is a conceptual strategy that responds to the complexities of contemporary social reality, demonstrating that contemporary art is no longer merely a visual object, but a dialectical space for critical consciousness, open interpretation, and deep aesthetic engagement.

Abstract

Main Distribution Materials (MDU) have a vital role in supporting the operational activities of PT PLN UP3 Mempawah, especially in meeting the needs of electricity services for new installations and power changes. The management of MDU inventory that is not optimal often causes problems such as shortage or excess stock due to not taking into account demand uncertainty. This study aims to optimize the inventory management and distribution of MDUs by combining the FSN-XYZ analysis method with the FMEA and FMECA risk assessment approaches. The FSN-XYZ method is used to classify materials based on the frequency of movement and demand variability, while FMEA and FMECA are used to identify potential failures and assess their criticality. The data used in this study came from primary and secondary data, including inventory history and company policies. The results show that most MDU items are classified as Z which has high demand but is unstable, so there is a risk of causing operational disruptions. By implementing an integrated risk-based classification strategy, PLN can prioritize critical items, reduce operational disruptions, and improve cost efficiency. The study also recommends strategies tailored to each category of inventory, such as Just-In-Time for stable materials and a consignment or bundling system for slow-moving materials. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of data-driven adaptive inventory policies in the electricity infrastructure industry that requires high reliability.

Abstract

Spotlight for the general public. Viewed from the perspective of employee status, ASN is a civil servant who should be an example for the community in implementing and complying with every applicable law and regulation. Marriage rules for civil servants have been strictly regulated in Government Regulation Number 10 of 1983 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits for Civil Servants as amended by Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 10 of 1983 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits for Civil Servants. The provisions regarding marriage, marriage permits and divorce have been clearly regulated in the regulation and even sanctions for civil servants who violate these provisions are also regulated. However, the discussion regarding unregistered marriage/unregistered marriage in the regulation has not been rigidly stated, this is what becomes a loophole for ASN to carry out unregistered marriages. In his research, the author used the doctrinal legal research method. This research uses document or literature study techniques, then conducts analysis using qualitative analysis methods.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate a Chinese pentatonic-based music literacy learning model applied to third-grade students at SD Santo Aloysius Batununggal Bandung. The model is designed to address challenges in reading musical notation and to introduce students to their ancestral Chinese musical heritage. Employing an evaluation approach and mixed methods, the research involved the creation of instructional videos integrated into the LMS Scola e-learning platform. Results showed that this model significantly improved students’ ability to read and write musical notation and to understand the Chinese pentatonic scale. The learning process became more engaging and interactive through the use of video, animation, hand signs, and traditional Chinese music. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the need for tempo adjustments and additional support for students with lower achievement. Overall, the model is effective and offers an innovative solution for music education at the elementary level.

Abstract

The development of financial technology has driven an increase in the use of digital wallets (e-wallets). However, society still faces difficulties in determining the most suitable e-wallet application due to the absence of an objective evaluation system. This study aims to compare three e-wallet services —namely, OVO, ShopeePay, and DANA —and provide information that can strengthen user confidence in choosing these services. The research method employed is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), with data obtained through a Google Form questionnaire. The analysis focuses on three main aspects: transaction speed, security, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX). The findings reveal that ShopeePay is the most preferred e-wallet compared to OVO and DANA. These results can help users select the most suitable e-wallet for their needs, as well as provide valuable input for developers to enhance service quality

Abstract

This study explains that space has become a new domain in the struggle for influence of countries in international relations. Countries have the goal of securing their interests in space for political, economic and military purposes. China is one of the countries that has political interests such as space exploration by launching the first human mission in space in 2003. In its development, China created an exploration program by developing space-based military technology such as the Anti-Satellite (ASAT) counterspace weapon which was launched in 2007. China also formed the PLA Strategic Support Forces space force for the purpose of operating space control. Military policy was never clearly stated in China's space white paper in 2006 and 2011 because their goal was only for peaceful exploration. In 2016 and 2021, the statements in the space white paper had significantly different goals and explicitly led to military activities, namely to form a space force. Based on the explanation above, this study raises the question: Why is China Strengthening Space Power in 2021? The analysis of this study uses the Offensive Realism theory. This study uses a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are sourced from secondary data sources obtained from journals, books, official documents, official statements and reports.
