Abstract

This research was conducted on 486 issuers that have gone public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). This research aims to determine the influence of financial performance on the Price Earnings Ratio (PER) and its implications for stock prices in the period 2018–2021. The analysis technique uses panel data regression, and data processing uses the EViews application. The results of the research illustrate that the NPM variable has a significant positive effect on PER; if NPM increases by 1%, it will be able to increase PER by 0.055 times, while the ROA and DAR variables have an insignificant negative effect on PER; if ROA increases by 1%, it will be able to reduce PER by 0.020 times, and the same applies to DAR; if DAR increases by 1%, it can reduce PER by 0.0090 times. Independent variables (ROA, NPM, and DAR) simultaneously influence PER. Based on the adjusted R-squared, the three independent variables affect a PER of 81.70%. The PER variable has a significant positive effect on share prices. If PER increases by 1 time, it will increase the share price by IDR. 0.000722. Based on adjusted R-squared, PER has an effect of 99.9% on share prices.

Abstract

The progression of time is inevitable, including all manifestations of dispute, particularly in economics, which encompasses a diverse range of transactions, including pawn transactions. To ensure that pawning aligns with Islamic teachings, examining the pawn procedure's legal aspects through the principles of fiqh is imperative. This paper discusses the four principles of fiqh: asasiyah (fundamental), furu'iyah (branch), kulliyah (general), and khasasi (specific). These principles can be employed in sharia pawn (rahn) practice. Fiqh asasiyah, similar to the principles of maslahat, prioritizes the promotion of benefit and justice in rahn. The comprehensive regulations of furu'iyah can facilitate the implementation of Islamic law in rahn. The regulations governing the terms and conditions of rahn are addressed in the kulliyah rules. At the same time, the khasasi law focuses on specific provisions concerning rahn, such as the types of products that can be used as collateral. The topic encompasses fifteen fiqh laws of rahn, which regulate the pillars, conditions, and regulations of rahn. The principles of fiqh are crucial in ensuring that the implementation of rahn aligns with Islamic sharia and effectively addresses the contemporary challenges associated with rahn due to societal advancements. This text employs descriptive analysis, incorporating prior studies' literary evaluations and data from reference works that delve into sunnah, hadith, pawn, and fiqh rules. By understanding the rules of fiqh, pawning practices can be in accordance with sharia and implemented by companies and individuals in the contemporary era without worrying about usury contamination.

Abstract

The Islamic financial digitalization program is supported by several regulations both from laws and regulations, POJK No. 13/POJK.02/2018, Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 117 of 2008 concerning Technology-Based Financing Services based on Sharia Principles. This research applies a method in the form of literature research with a qualitative description approach. The purpose of this research can be used as a reference for the development of knowledge to comprehend the benefits of sharia economic law and as an effort to expand understanding related to the development of sharia financial regulations. The results of this research discussion is devided into two, the first one is that the development and progressivity of Islamic financial regulations in Indonesia is quite good, but still passive, the regulations which are less responsive in responding product developments in this digital era. Some regulations are still regulated in old regulations that have not shown digitalization in Islamic finance. Besides that, regulations are still spreading in various regulations and still no address for this subject matter specifically. The second, with the advancements in Islamic financial regulation, the halal ecosystem can thrive in the digital era. This will support the sustainable economic growth, the increase of financial inclusion, and provide Sharia-compliant financial solutions for an increasingly digitally connected global society.
