Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan hasil observasi tentang menangani perjalanan dinas pimpinan BHRM PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk adalah pimpinan BHRM melakukan perjalanan dinas sebanyak sembilan kali di beberapa kota sejak Januari – November 2015 diantaranya di Ancol Jakarta dan Surabaya. Dalam melakukan perjalanan dinas, admin BHRM mempersiapkan tiga hal yaitu persiapan transportasi, persiapan akomodasi dan persiapan keuangan. Persiapan transportasi, pimpinan BHRM lebih sering melakukan perjalanan dinas melalui darat dan udara. Pada saat melakukan perjalanan dinas di Ancol Jakarta, pimpinan BHRM menggunakan kendaraan milik pribadi sehingga admin BHRM tidak perlu menyiapkan transportasi bagi pimpinan BHRM. Sedangkan pada saat pimpinan BHRM melakukan perjalanan dinas di Surbaya, admin BHRM tidak perlu menyiapkan transportasi bagi pimpinan BHRM karena transportasi yang digunakan oleh pimpinan BHRM sudah ditanggung oleh Head Office. Transportasi yang didapatkan oleh pimpinan BHRM pada saat melakukan perjalanan dinas di Surabaya yaitu ketika pimpinan BHRM akan menuju ke bandara Soekarno Hatta transportasi yang digunakan adalah mobil perusahaan, transportasi yang digunakan oleh pimpinan BHRM ketika menuju ke Surabaya adalah pesawat Garuda Indonesia, transportasi yang digunakan dari bandara Juanda menuju ke Hotel Midtown adalah taxi. Dalam persiapan akomodasi admin BHRM tidak menyiapkan penginapan bagi pimpinan BHRM pada saat pimpinan BHRM melakukan perjalanan dinas di Ancol Jakarta. Karena pimpinan BHRM langsung kembali ke kota asal setelah pimpinan BHRM selesai melakukan perjalanan dinas di Ancol Jakarta. Sedangkan pada saat pimpinan BHRM melakukan perjalanan dinas di Surabaya, admin BHRM mengajukan proposal kepada Head Office untuk menanggung fasilitas penginapan bagi pimpinan BHRM ketika melakukan perjalanan dinas di Surabaya selama tiga hari. Dalam persiapan keuangan, pada saat pimpinan BHRM melakukan perjalanan dinas di Ancol Jakarta dan Surabaya. Tugas admin BHRM adalah mengajukan formulir Travel Expense Statement (TES) untuk mengklaim uang saku pimpinan BHRM kepada departemen Accounting. Pada saat pimpinan BHRM melakukan perjalanan dinas di Ancol Jakarta, pimpinan BHRM tidak mendapatkan fasilitas makan dari pihak yang mengundang, sehingga pimpinan BHRM berhak mengajukan formulir Travel Expense Statement (TES) untuk mengklaim uang makan kepada departemen Accounting. Berbeda pada saat pimpinan BHRM melakukan perjalanan dinas di Surabaya. Pimpinan BHRM mendapatkan fasilitas makan tiga kali per hari yang ditanggung oleh Head Office PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk dan admin BHRM tidak perlu mengklaim uang makan pimpinan. Transportation obtained by the leadership Branch Human Resource Manager during official travel in Surabaya, when leaders Branch Human Resource Manager will be heading to Soekarno Hatta transport used is the car companies, trabsportation used by the leadership BHRM when heading to Surabaya are Garuda Indonesia, the transport used to Airport Juanda toward Midtown Hotel is a taxi. In preparation admin accommodation BHRM not prepare lodging for the leadership when the leadership BHRM travel agencies in Ancol Jakarta. Because Branch Human Resource Manager led directly back to their home towns after completion BHRM leaders to travel in Ancol Jakarta. While at the time led BHRM travel agencies in Surabaya, admin BHRM submitted a proposal to the Head Office to bear the lodging facilities for the leadership BHRM when on business trip in Surabaya for three days. In preparation of finance, at the time led BHRM travel agencies in Ancol Jakarta and Surabaya. Admin tasks BHRM from is filed Travel Expense Statement (TES) to claim the allowance BHRM led to the Accounting department. At the time led BHRM travel agencies in Ancol, BHRM leaders didn’t get the dining facilities of the parties invited, so that leaders from BHRM entitled to submit Travel Expense Statement (TES) to claim a meal allowance to the Accounting department. BHRM different at the time led to travel in Surabaya. Leaders facilities BHRM get three meals per day which is borne by the Head Office of PT Indofood Consumer Branded Product Sukses Makmur Tbk and admin BHRM not need to claim leadership meal money. Abstract

Abstrak: Pada awal tahun 2020 dunia perbankan indonesia dihebohkan dengan laporan dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan yang menginikasikan beberapa bank nasional yang bermasalah. Dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada bank BTN, bank Banten, bank Bukopin, bank Mayapada dan bank Yudhabakti yang memungkinkan didapatkan datanya guna penelitian. Dari beberapa variabel yakni Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Asset, Loan Deposit Ratio serta perimbangan Biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional bank terkait selama periode tahun 2016 hingga 2019 tampak bahwa memang beberapa bank tersebut mengalami permasalahan . permasalahan terkait dengan profitabilitas dialami oleh bank Banten, demikian juga dengan perimbangan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional bank Banten menunjukan indikasi yang sangat mengkhawatirkan. Tingkat likwiditas yang dialami oleh bank BTN sangat tinggi dimana perbandingan antara jumlah kredit yang diberikan dengan jumlah dana deposan dan modal sendiri sudah mencapai rata rata diatas 100% dalam periode 2016 hingga 2019. Hal ini tentu saja memperlukan perhatian dari management untuk lebih memperhatikan arus kas masuk dari pembayaran bunga kredit dan angsuran pokok pinjaman yang diberikan. Kata kunci : capital adequacy ratio, return on asset, loan to deposits ratio , biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan Abstract: At the beginning of 2020, the indonesian banking world was enraged by a report from the Audit Board that indicated several national banks were troubled. In this research focused on BTN bank, Banten bank, Bukopin bank, Mayapada bank and Yudhabakti bank that allows data to be obtained for research. From several variables, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Asset, Loan Deposit Ratio and balance of operational costs to the operational income of related banks during the period of 2016 to 2019, it appears that some of these banks experienced problems. Problems related to profitability experienced by Banten banks, as well as the balance of operational costs to the operational income of Banten banks shows a very worrying indication. The level of likwiditas experienced by BTN banks is very high where the comparison between the amount of credit given and the amount of depositors' funds and their own capital has reached an average of above 100% in the period 2016 to 2019. This of course complicates the attention of the management to pay more attention to the cash inflows from loan interest payments and principal installments of loans provided. A well-prepared abstract enables the reader to identify the basic content of a document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus to decide whether to read the document in its entirety. The Abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, provide a clear statement of the problem, the proposed approach or solution, and point out major findings and conclusions. The Abstract should be 100 to 250 words in length. The abstract should be written in the past tense. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited. The keyword list provides the opportunity to add keywords, used by the indexing and abstracting services, in addition to those already present in the title. Judicious use of keywords may increase the ease with which interested parties can locate our article. Abstract

Abstrak: Jakarta sebagai kota metropolitan ditempati oleh penduduk dengan mobilitas tinggi, sehingga membutuhkan transportasi publik yang nyaman, aman, dan cepat. Transjakarta adalah salah satu jenis transportasi publik yang banyak digunakan untuk kegiatan sehari-hari. Sejak mulai dioperasikan, transjakarta memiliki banyak peminat. PT Transportasi Jakarta atau yang dikenal dengan Transjakarta adalah lembaga pengelola Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) atau lebih dikenal dengan Busway. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi faktor-faktor desain win-win solution yang merupakan strategi suatu reformasi kebijakan berdasarkan pandangan pasar atau disini merupakan para penguna jasa transportasi yang mana tujuannnya adalah meningkatkan efesiensi dengan mengurangi beberapa penyimpangan- penyimpangan pada sejumlah pilihan konsumen dan menstimulasi mobilitas sarana transportasi. Bentuk penelitian kausalitatif dan bersifat kuantitatif, sampel penelitian ini adalah para penguna jasa Transportasi publik Transjakarta khususnya penguna Transjakarta atau busway, adapun analisis tingkat kepuasan yang diinginkan, dimana dengan mengunakan Pendekatan “IPA” Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa bahwa dari 20 (dua puluh indikator) dapat direduksi menjadi 4 (empat) faktor diantaranya di bagi menjadi kuadran 1 (Concentrate These), Kuadran 2: (Keep Up The Good Work), Kuadran 3 (Low Priority), Kuadran 4 : (Possible Overkill)yang didapatkan dari nilai rotasi faktor. Kata kunci: kepuasan, win-win transportation solution. Abstract: Jakarta is one of metropolitan that is occupied by the people with have high mobility, thus requiring public transportation convenient, safe, and fast. Transjakarta is one type of public transport which is widely used for everyday activities. Since it has been starting operation by Transjakarta there has been many passengers. PT Transportation Jakarta which known as Transjakarta is an institution which taking over responsibility for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) or better known as the Busway.Research have purpose for knowing the evalution of win-win transportation solution factors which one of strategies that have been designed for reforming all of policy based on market segmentation, or user transportation, it has purpose for developing efficiency with reduct some of deviation from customer or user transportation choices and how to stimulate the mobility of transportation. The research use Causalitative and Quantitative methode, and the sampling of this research are user public transportation especially or the user of busway as a transportation, meanwhile for the analysis of Customer satisfaction which is expectated by customer, for this research use the Importance –Performance Analysis(IPA)approach.This reselt of research can be described that from amount of win-win solution transportation can be reduct until four factors consist of concrate These, Keep Up The Good Work, Low Priority, Possible Overkill which have been got by Rotation Factor Value. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang rendah di laboratorium uji PT Mutu. Permasalahan kualitas pelayanan yang ditemukan terletak pada deskripsi kepuasaan pelanggan, terkait dengan waktu penyelesaian analisis yang masih dibawah sasaran kualitas PT Mutu tahun 2016, sehingga waktu tunggu pelanggan untuk mendapatkan sertifikat hasil analisis melebihi sasaran kualitas yang ditetapkan oleh PT Mutu. Metode yang digunakan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap waktu penyelesaian analisis adalah dengan DMAIC dan pendekatan lean, dimana hasil perbaikan terlihat pada nilai sigma yang didapat. Alat-alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SIPOC, diagram pareto, logic tree, two proportion test, DOE, 7 waste, p-chart dan perangkat lunak Minitab. Kesimpulan yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dengan indikator meningkatnya nilai sigma dari 4,08 ke 4,47, setelah dilakukan perbaikan pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, DMAIC, Lean, Nilai Sigma, Perbaikan Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to improve the quality of services that is lower in a test lab PT Mutu and increase it. Problems were found is on the description of customer satisfaction, related to the analysis completion time is still below the target quality PT Mutu 2016, so that the customer wait time to get a certificate of analysis exceeded the quality targets set by PT Mutu. Quality of services improvement methods to the analysis period of completion is the DMAIC and lean approach, where the results of the improvement seen in the sigma level obtained. The analytical tools used are SIPOC, pareto diagram, logic tree, two proportion test, DOE, 7 waste, p-chart and minitab software. The conclusion of this research is to improve and increased the quality of service indicators sigma value increased from 4.08 to 4.47, after repair services. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah ukuran perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan asing, kepemilikan manajerial dan profitabilitas terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 sampel perusahaan di sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia dengan periode 2009 sampai 2011. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunkan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Ukuran dewan komisaris, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan asing dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Kata Kunci: CSR, kepemilikan, profitabilitas, ukuran. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to test and analyze whether firm size, size of board of commissiner, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, managerial ownership, and profitability have influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure. This research used 40 samples of companies in the manufacturing sector that had been listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with period from 2009 until 2011. The selection of the samples used purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method. The conclusion shows that size, and profitability have influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure. Size of board of commissiner, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and managerial ownership, do not influence corporate social responsibility disclosure. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Pemberian Insentif terhadap Kinerja Kelompok Kerja Pengadaan Karyawan di Kementerian Keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner, dengan jumlah populasi 210 dan sampelnya adalah 131 responden berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier parsial dan berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 20 menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kompetensi, dan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Kelompok Kerja Pengadaan Kementerian Keuangan. Variabel independen Motivasi, Kompetensi dan Insentif yang diuji secara bersama-sama dengan uji F terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pokja Pengadaan Kementerian Keuangan. Kata kunci: Insentif, Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kinerja. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence of Motivation, Competence and Giving Incentives to the Performance of Procurement Working Group Employees at the Ministry of Finance.The research method used is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 210 and the sample is 131 respondents, based on the Isaac and Michael tables. Based on the results of research using partial and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 20 shows that: partially shows that motivation, competence, and incentives has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Ministry of Finance Procurement Working Group Employees. The independent variables Motivation, Competence and Incentives were jointly tested by the F test proving to have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Ministry of Finance Procurement Working Group Employees. Abstract

This article elaborate a social innovation practice made by a small group of people in Bandung West Java. The idea of this innovation is to use banana trunk as raw material for paper making. This article explains the manufacturing process of paper making by using banana trunks as raw material. Implementing a simple process, firstly the trunks are chopped into pieces. Next the pieces are dried under the sunshine. The dried pieces are then boiled. the next step is to blend the boiled pieces to make them jelly. the jelly is shaped in wood plates to make papers in the desired form and size. The plate are sunbathed to dry the jelly. The dried jelly now becomes papers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Secara makro, elastisitas kesempatan kerja digunakan untuk memperkirakan laju pertumbuhan produksi yang diperlukan untuk mengimbangi laju pertumbuhan angkatan kerja yang ada. Penelitian ini menganalisis elastisitas kesempatan kerja di berbagai sektor ekonomi periode 2010-2014 dengan tujuan mengukur besarnya angkatan kerja yang diperlukan dalam mengimbangi laju kenaikan produksi tahun berikutnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif dengan perhitungan elastisitas. Berdasarkan perhitungan tingkat elastisitas dan laju pertumbuhan kesempatan kerja masing-masing sub sektor ditemukan sektor pertanian, perkebunan, kehutanan dan perikanan di perkirakan akan mengurangi kesempatan kerja 7.226 orang dan sektor jasa swasta, pemerintah dan perorangan sebesar 1.935 apabila terjadi peningkatan laju pertumbuhan sub sektor. Kesempatan kerja tujuh sub sektor lainnya akan mengalami pertambahan apabila terjadi kenaikan laju pertumbuhan sub sektor diantaranya sektor pertambangan dan penggalian penambahan kesempatan kerja sebesar 7.969 orang, sektor industri 22.595 orang, sektor listrik, gas dan air bersih 168.485, sektor konstruksi 168.026, perdagangan, rumah makan dan jasa akomodasi 34.420 orang, transportasi, pergudangan dan komunikasi sebanyak 3.644 orang, dan sektor lembaga keuangan, real estate, usaha persewaan dan jasa perusahaan sebanyak 52.508 orang. Sehingga total pertambahan kesempatan kerja diperkirakan pada tahun 2015 sebesar 448.484 orang.Konsep elastisitas ini dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan kebutuhan tenaga untuk suatu periode 2015, baik untuk masing-masing sektor maupun untuk ekonomi secara keseluruhan.Atau sebaliknya dapat digunakan :intuk menyusun simulasi kebijakan pembangunan untuk ketenagakerjaan yaitu dengan memilih sektor yang diutamakan dari beberapa alternatif laju pertumbuhan tiap sektor. Kata kunci : elastisitas, kesempatan kerja, sub sektor ekonomi Abstract: In macro terms, employment elasticity is used to estimate the rate of production growth required to offset the rate of growth of the existing labor force. This study analyzes employment elasticity in various economic sectors of the 2010-2014 period with the objective of measuring the size of the labor force required to compensate for the next year's rate of increase in production. The research method used descriptive method with elasticity calculation. Based on the calculation of the elasticity and employment growth rate of each sub-sector, agriculture, plantation, forestry and fishery sector are estimated to reduce the employment opportunities of 7,226 people and private, government and private service sector by 1,935 in the case of an increase in sub-sector growth rate. The employment of seven other sub-sectors will increase if there is an increase in the growth rate of sub-sectors such as mining and quota sector, and accommodation services 34,420 people, transportation, warehousing and communications as many as 3664 people, and the sector of financial institutions, real estate, leasing and business services as many as 52,508 people. So the total increase of employment opportunities is estimated in 2015 of 448,484 people. This elasticity concept can be used to estimate power requirements for a period of 2015, both for each sector as well as for the economy as a whole. Alternatively it can be used: to develop a development policy simulation for employment by selecting the preferred sector from several alternative growth rates for each sector. Abstract

Abstrak: Pembahasan masalah yang dihadapi adalah kurang opimalnya motivasi sehingga berdampak pada kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan data kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen di Sekolah Tinggi XYZ. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel motivasi dengan kinerja dosen dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,729 terletak di antara 0,600 – 0,799 dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi maka diprediksikan semakin meningkat kinerja dosen dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Merekomendasikan kepada Lembaga bahwa pemberian motivasi melalui peran tugas dosen sesuai dengan kemampuan yang diharapkan dosen, dosen mendapatkan perlakuan yang sama terhadap pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan standar kerja, dan lembaga memberikan penghargaan kepada dosen yang berprestasi. Kata kunci: Kinerja dosen, motivasi. Abstract: The discussion of the problems faced is the lack of optimal motivation so that it affects the performance of the lecturer. This research is associative research with quantitative data, aiming to analyze the direct influence of motivation on the performance of lecturers at High School XYZ Jakarta. The results of this study that there is a strong relationship between motivation variables and lecturer performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.729 located in between 0.600 - 0.799 and motivation has a positive effect on the performance of the lecturer, meaning that the higher the motivation it is predicted that the performance of lecturers will increase with a sig value of 0,000. Because the value of sig = 0,000 <0,05, then H0 is rejected. Recommend to the Institute that giving motivation through the role of lecturers in accordance with the abilities expected by the lecturers, lecturers get the same treatment for work that is in accordance with work standards, and the institution gives awards to outstanding lecturers. Abstract

Abstrak: Bank merupakan lembaga keuangan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Kinerja profitabilitas bank yang sehat sangat diperlukan untuk kelancaran fungsi bank syariah sebagai lembaga intermediary. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Efisiensi Operasional (BOPO), dan Non Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap Profitabilitas perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Subjek penelitian adalah Bank Umum Syariah yang beroperasi di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia pada periode 2011 – 2013. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisa regresi data panel model common effect (Pooled Least Square) dengan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel CAR, FDR, dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah, sedangkan variabel NPF tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah. Nilai R² sebesar 0,504332 menunjukkan CAR, FDR, BOPO, dan NPF mampu menjelaskan mempengaruhi profitabilitas sebesar 50,43% dan sisanya 49,57% dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. The right profitability performance of banks is indispensable for the functioning continuity of Islamic banks as intermediary institutions. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operational Efficiency (ROA), and Non Performing Financing (NPF) toward the profitability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The subjects of this study were Islamic Banks operating in Indonesia listed on 2011 – 2013 period. The analysis method used the analysis of panel data regression model common effect (Pooled Least Square) to test the hypothesis was t test and F test. The Result of this study showed that CAR, FDR, and ROA variables had significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Banks, while NPF variable did not have significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Banks. R² value was 0.504332 indicated CAR, FDR, ROA, and NPF able to explain that it affected the profitability in the amount of 50.43% and the remaining was 49.57% influenced by other variables.
