Abstract

Performance Management System is believed become a strategic tool to conduct the organizational change. PT. X is a private company with a significant growth for more than the last ten years ago. Its Strategic Plan 2012 -2016 states that it would like to become the five star hospitality company in its industry. To achieve this objective, the company need to know its performance through its employees’ performance. The last two years before shows that its employee’ performance are mostly in an excellent result. But on the other hand, the management does not feel this way. In order to make this clear for management, they need to review their Performance System and redesign it. This research is qualitative research, which used an interview and document study to collect the data and information. The result is Performance Management System for PT X then is decided to redesign by referring to four phases of Performance Management System, which are Planning, Monitoring, Evaluating and Rewarding.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti terkait pengaruh leverage, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap financial distress. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktor sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2019. Dalam penelitian ini, leverage diproksikan dengan debt to asset ratio (DAR), likuiditas diproksikan dengan current ratio (CR), dan profitabilitas diproksikan dengan return on asset ratio (ROA). Teknik pemilihan sampel berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 perusahaan dengan 190 unit analisis. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi logistik yang diolah dengan program STATA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Kata kunci: Financial distress, Leverage, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas. Abstract: This study aims to find evidence regarding the effect of leverage, liquidity, and profitability to financial distress. The object of this study is consumer goods manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010 – 2019. Leverage proxied by debt to asset ratio (DAR), liquidity proxied by current ratio (CR), and profitability proxied by return on asset (ROA). Sample was choosen by purposive sampling technique. The study acquired 19 companies with 190 unit of analysis. Hypothesis testing used logistic regression which was processed using STATA. The results of this study showed that leverage and profitability have significant effect on the company’s financial distress. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja dan pelayanan yang penting di laboratorium Bina Insani. Unit komputer dan merekomendasikan prioritas perbaikan layanan kepada manajemennya. Data diambil dari kuesioner yang disebarkan ke seluruh populasi dan dari literatur dan dokumen lainnya. Beberapa teori yang digunakan adalah Service Quality dengan dimensi; Keandalan, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty and Tangible. dan teori Analisis Penting dan Kinerja untuk menganalisis keefektifan layanan dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius dimana semua dimensi dikelompokkan dalam empat kuadran yang mengindikasikan perbaikan rekomendasi. Ditemukan bahwa nilai Y (Importance) skor 4,48 dan X 3,96. (Y = 4,54, X = 3,93) berada pada kuadran B, Responsiveness (Y = 4,60, X = 3,90) juga berada pada kuadran B. Jaminan (Y = 4,56, X = 3,99) pada kuadran C. Tangible (Y = 4,54. X = 4,07) pada kuadran C. Akhirnya. Emphaty (Y = 4.14. X = 3.89) yang berada pada kuadran A. Emphaty, oleh karena itu, merupakan dimensi yang perlu diprioritaskan pada program perbaikan yang diusulkan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Tingkat Penting, Tingkat Kinerja, Diagram Kartesius. Abstract: This research is to find out the important and performance level of service delivery in Bina Insani lab. Computer unit and recommend service improvement priority to its management. Data are taken from questioners distributed to all population and from other literatures and documents. Some theories applied are Service Quality with dimensions; Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty and Tangible. and Importance and Performance Analysis theory to analize the effectiveness of the service by using kartesius diagram where all dimen-sions are clustered in four quadrants that indicates improvement recom-mendation. It is found that Y (Importance) scores 4.48 and X scores 3.96. (Y= 4.54, X= 3.93) is located in quadrant B, Responsiveness (Y= 4.60, X= 3.90) also in quadrant B. Assurance (Y= 4.56, X= 3.99) in quadrant C. Tangible (Y= 4.54. X= 4.07) in quadrant C. At last. Emphaty (Y= 4.14. X= 3.89) is located in quadrant A. Emphaty, therefore, is a dimension that needs to be prioritized in the improvement program proposed. Key Words: Service Quality, Importance Level, Performance Level, Kartesius Diagram.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman kerajinan tangan UMKM Tikar Amanah dan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang harus dilakukan untuk pemasarannya berdasarkan faktor-faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT dan analisis data Model Miles Huberman Alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam memasarkan kerajinan pembuatan tikar pada UMKM Tikar Amanah plastik amanah yaitu Strategi S-O (Strength-Opportunity) dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM pengrajin dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing produk serta memperkuat jejaring permodalan, promosi, dan pelanggan serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok untuk menjamin kontinyuitas bahan baku. Strategi W-O (Weakness-Opportunity) dengan optimalisasi penggunaan berbagai media dalam meningkatkan promosi dan pemanfaatan fasilitas pemerintah untuk meningkatkan inovasi, permodalan, manajemen produksi, dan pemasaran. Strategi S-T (Strength-Threat) melal ui peningkatkan efisiensi produk dan margin dengan menggunakan saluran distribusi yang pendek serta menjaga kepercayaan konsumen dengan kualitas dan kontinyuitas produk melalui manajemen produksi yang lebih baik. Sedangakan Strategi W-T (Weakness-Threat) adalah dengan meningkatkan inovasi dan promosi produk dengan melihat perkembangan pasar serta meningkatkan alokasi waktu pengrajin serta melakukan pencatatan data produksi dan penguatan dana mandiri. Kata Kunci: Analisis Swot, Kerajinan tangan UMKM, Model Miles Huberman. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know what factors into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of handicraft of Tikar Amanah SMEs and to know what strategy should be done for marketing SMEs Amanah Mat based on the factors of strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. The research was conducted with qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis technique used is SWOT Analysis and data analysis Model Miles Huberman Alternative strategies that can be applied in marketing the handicraft-making mats on SMEs Amanah mandah Amanah that is Strength-Opportunity Strategy by improving the quality of human resources of craftsmen in order to improve the competitiveness of products and strengthen the network of capital, promotion, and customers and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure the continuity of raw materials. W-O (Weakness-Opportunity) Strategy by optimizing the use of various media in enhancing the promotion and utilization of government facilities to improve innovation, capitalization, production management, and marketing. The Strength-Threat Strategy improves product efficiency and margin by using short distribution channels and maintaining consumer confidence with product quality and continuity through improved production management. While the W-T Strategy (Weakness-Threat) is to increase innovation and product promotion by looking at market developments and increasing the time allocation of craftsmen as well as recording production data and strengthening self-fund. Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan perbankan Peer-to-Peer Lending di Indonesia semakin marak penggunaannya karena bisa mencakup pinjaman pinjaman yang ditolak oleh bank konvensional. Namun pinjaman yang diberikan oleh perusahaan Peer-to-Peer Lending lebih memiliki resiko yang lebih tinggi dari bank konvensional karena peminjam di Peer-to-Peer Lending kadang ditolak oleh bank konvensional karena credit score yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi loan performance secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian mengambil dua objek penelitian yaitu tingkat bunga pinjaman, jangka waktu pinjaman. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan tetapi tidak berpengaruh positif jika tingkat bunga pinjaman secara parsial, jangka waktu pinjaman secara parsial, dan tingkat bunga pinjaman dan jangka waktu pinjaman secara simultan terhadap loan performance. Kata Kunci: Peer-to-peer lending, loan performance, tingkat bunga pinjaman, jangka waktu pinjaman. Abstract: The development of Peer-to-Peer Lending banking in Indonesia is increasingly being used because it can include loans rejected by conventional banks. However, loans provided by Peer-to-Peer Lending companies have a higher risk than conventional banks because borrowers in Peer-to-Peer Lending are sometimes rejected by conventional banks because of their low credit score. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence loan performance partially and simultaneously. The study took two research objects, namely the loan interest rate, the loan period. This research uses simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference but it had no positive effect if the loan interest rate was partially, the loan period was partially, and the loan interest rate and loan term were simultaneously on loan performance. Abstract

Abstrak: Pembangunan bertujuan untuk menciptakan suatu kondisi yang belum/kurang baik menjadi kondisi yang lebih baik bagi seluruh komponen masyarakat baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Perhatian dan penataan kembali terhadap mekanisme perencanaan pembangunan di daerah ,semakin menunjukkan pencerahaan seiring dengan derasnya kebijakan otonomi daerah. Dalam menyikapi fenomena diatas, maka Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Propinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai institusi yang bertanggung jawab dalam pembangunan daerah, dirasa perlu untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap dinamika kinerjanya. Oleh karenanya dalam penulisan ini diarahkan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap eksistensi organisasi BAPPEDA Propinsi Jawa Tengah dalam pemberdayaan dan pengembangan organisasi melalui pendekatan konsep manajemen strategis dengan menggunakan alat analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan penelusuran mandat dan misi serta analisis SWOT yang dilakukan, terdapat beberapa isu strategis, yaitu , (1) Pengembangan perencanaan pembangunan secara lebih aspiratif, (2)Intensifikasi program mitra kerja, (3) Pengembangan organisasi, (4) Pengembangan daerah potensial,(5) Pembentukan dan pengembangan gugus kendali mutu, (6) Reorientasi pengelola Bappeda, (7) Peningkatan intensitas pengembangan IPTEK dan (8) Menjalin kerja sama dengan R &D Perguruan Tinggi. Untuk mengatasi isu-isu strategis tersebut kebijakan yang dihasilkan Bappeda perlu mempertimbangkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1. Melakukan review dan revitalisasi terhadap pembangunan yang sudah ada dengan mengembangkan perencanaan yang lebih menerapkan aspirasi masyarakat. 2. Merencanakan dan merealisasikan pengembangan organisasi agar lebih akomodatif, responsif, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika perubahan lingkungan yang terjadi pada era globalisasi dengan sasaran yang mencakup pengembangan struktur organisasi, pengembangan SDM, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan pemantapan legislasi. 3. Merencanakan dan merealisasikan pembentukan Gugus Kendali Mutu. Kata kunci : Analisis SWOT, kinerja, strategi pengembangan Abstract: Development aims to create a condition that is less well be better conditions for the entire community both in quantity and quality. Attention and the realignment of regional development planning mechanisms, are increasingly showing enlightenment along with the surge of regional autonomy policy. In addressing the above phenomenon, the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Central Java as the institution responsible for regional development, it is necessary to evaluate the performance dynamics. Therefore, in this paper is directed to conduct an analysis of the organization's existence BAPPEDA Central Java Province in the empowerment and development of the organization through strategic management approach to the concept by using SWOT analysis. Based on the search mandate and mission as well as a SWOT analysis is done, there are some strategic issues, namely, (1) Development of planning development more aspirational, (2) Intensification of program partners, (3) development of the organization, (4) development of potential areas, ( 5) the establishment and development of quality control, (6) Reorientation manager Bappeda, (7) the increase in the intensity of the development of science and technology and (8) Establish cooperation with R & D Universities. To address the strategic issues that the resulting policy BAPPEDA need to consider the following matters: 1. To review and revitalization of the existing development planning by developing better implement community aspirations. 2. Plan and realize the development of the organization to be more accommodating, responsive and adaptive to the dynamics of the changing environment in the era of globalization with the objectives include the development of an organizational structure, human resources development, utilization of information technology and the consolidation of legislation. 3. Abstract

Abstrak: Fenomena yang diangkat menjadi masalah penelitian adalah kualitas pelayanan Akta Kelahiran yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor dan korelasinya dengan kompetensi. Penelitian dilaksanakan menurut positivist paradigm (study quantitative). Populasi penelitian adalah warga masyarakat yang pernah mengurus akta kelahiran serta warga masyarakat yang sedang mengurus akta kelahiran di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor. Warga masyarakat tersebut berada dalam wilayah RW pada 47 desa/kelurahan di Kecamatan Ciomas, Kecamatan Ciawi, Kecamatan Parung dan Kecamatan Citerureup. Sampel penelitian 386 responden diambil dari populasi sebanyak 1.115 orang dengan simple random sampling technique. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis SEM (Structural Equation Models Analysis) dan Analisis Distribusi Frekuensi. Hasil penelitian adalah berikut: Besarnya pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Akta Kelahiran ditentukan oleh tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty. Besarnya pengaruh tersebut mencapai 0,543, terbilang kurang kuat, positif dan signifikan. Adanya pengaruh yang demikian itu membuktikan bahwa di antara Kompetensi dengan Kualitas Pelayanan Akta Kelahiran terjalin suatu hubungan kausalitas (sebab-akibat) yang bermakna : apabila Kompetensi ditingkatkan atau meningkatkan, maka peningkatan tersebut diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan akta kelahiran. Dengan demikian, kualitas pelayanan akta kelahiran yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan, memperbaiki atau mengoptimalkan 15 indikator Kompetensi. Abstract: The phenomenon that was raised as a research problem was the quality of Birth Certificate services organized by the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bogor Regency and its correlation with competence. The research was carried out according to the positivist paradigm (quantitative study). The population of this research is residents who have taken care of birth certificates and residents who are currently taking care of birth certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bogor Regency. The community members are located in RW areas in 47 villages in Ciomas District, Ciawi District, Parung District, and Citeureup District. The research sample of 386 respondents was taken from a population of 1,115 people using the simple random sampling technique. Analysis of the data using SEM (Structural Equation Models Analysis) and Frequency Distribution Analysis. The results of the study are as follows: The magnitude of the influence of Competence on the Quality of Birth Certificate Services is determined by tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The magnitude of this influence reaches 0.543, which is considered less strong, positive, and significant. The existence of such an influence proves that between Competence and Quality of Birth Certificate Services there is a causal relationship (cause and effect) which means: if Competence is increased or increased, then the increase is followed by an increase in the quality of birth certificate services. Thus, the quality of birth certificate services provided by the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Bogor Regency can be improved by improving, improving, or optimizing 15 indicators of competence. Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan studi kepemimpinan dapat dikatakan cukup pesat dengan munculnya berbagai teori baru seperti kepemimpinan efektif dan kepemimpinan pelayan. Munculnya kepemimpinan pelayan ini merupakan respon dari kondisi perekonomian di Amerika Serikat yang buruk yang menyebabkan terjadinya pemutusan hubungan kerja secara massal. Kesulitan ekonomi tersebut telah menempatkan karyawan dalam kondisi ketakutan sehingga menurunkan tingkat produktivitas karyawan. Kondisi ini semakin memperburuk hubungan antara pemimpin perusahaan dengan karyawan. Pemimpin perusahaan tidak menyediakan waktu cukup untuk berhubungan dengan karyawan. Atas dasar kondisi semacam itu Greenleaf memperkenalkan model kepemimpinan pelayan di tempat kerja. Suatu model kepemimpinan memprioritaskan pelayanan kepada pihak lain, baik kepada karyawan (anggota) perusahaan, pelanggan, maupun kepada masyarakat sekitar. Praktik kepemimpinan pelayan ditandai dengan meningkatnya keinginan untuk melayani pihak lain dengan mela­kukan pendekatan secara menyeluruh pada pekerjaan, komunitas, serta proses pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan semua pihak. Meskipun diakui bahwa pengembangan kepemimpinan pelayan merupakan langkah maju dan cukup berharga, namun secara akademik belum cukup dukungan kajian secara empirik, sehingga ke depan penelitian empiris dalam kepemimpinan pelayan sangat diperlukan. Kata kunci: studi kepemimpinan, pemimpin pelayan, model kepemimpinan Greenleaf, kepemimpinan efektif Abstract: The evolving of leadership studies can be stated quite rapidly with the emergence of new theories such as effective leadership and servant leadership. The emergence of this servant leadership was a response to the poor economic conditions in the United States that resulted in mass layoffs. The economic difficulties have put employees in a state of fear that degrades the level of employee productivity. This condition further exacerbates the relationship between corporate leaders and employees. Corporate leaders do not have sufficient time to communicate with employees. On the basis of such conditions Greenleaf introduces a model of servant leadership in the workplace. The leadership model prioritizes service to other parties, either to employees (members) of the company, customers, or to the surrounding community. The practice of servant leadership is characterized by an increasing willingness to serve others with a comprehensive approach to work, community, and decision-making processes involving all parties. Although it is acknowledged that the development of servant leadership is a step forward and quite valuable, yet academically insufficient support of empirical studies, so that in the future empirical research in servant leadership is essential. Abstract

Abstrak: Delico Cafe salah satu perusahaan baru buka cabang yang bergerak di perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang awalnya tujuan utamanya adalah fokus penjualan Bakery, namun seiring waktu berjalan penjualan tertinggi produk Delico Café bukan Bakery melainkan sop buntut dan pasta. Perusahaan ini melakukan promosi dengan menggunakan beberapa alat promosi yang dapat menarik calon konsumen guna peningkatan penjualan. Paper ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui penerapan bauran promosi yang dilakukan Delico Café sebagai cabang baru berdiri di kawasan Holliwood Junction Jababeka. Sumber data diperoleh langsung dengan cara wawancara dan pegamatan. Data yang diperoleh disusun secara sistematis yang kemudian dideskripsikan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh ada empat bauran promosi yang diterapkan di Delico Café yakni periklanan, personal selling, promosi penjualan dan publisitas. Kata kunci: Bauran promosi, Delico Cafe Jababeka, Food and Beverage. Abstract: Delico Cafe is one of the new companies, opened a branch engaged in food and beverage, whose initial goal was to focus on Bakery sales, but as time goes by the highest sales of Delico Café products were not Bakery but oxtail soup and pasta. This company is using promotional tools that can attract potential customers to increase sales. This paper aims to find out the implementation of the promotional mix by Delico Café as a new branch established in the Jababeka Holliwood Junction area. Data sources are obtained directly by interview and observation. The data obtained was arranged systematically which was then described. The results of the study showed that there were four promotional mixes applied at Delico Café namely advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and publicity. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis terhadap efek Pengiriman Tepat Waktu oleh Pemasok dan Keterlibatan Pelanggan, terhadap Kinerja Bisnis sebuah Perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan data primer, yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner, berupa memberikan pertanyaan tertulis kepada responden. Selanjutnya, respon dari responden berupa data hasil kuisioner, diolah menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif, menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 24. Responden sejumlah 60 karyawan Divisi Manufaktur pada PT. Menara Cipta Metalindo Tower yang terletak diarea MM 2100, Jalan Guinea, Blok LL No. 7-10, Cikarang, Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Pengiriman Tepat Waktu oleh Pemasok serta Keterlibatan Pelanggan terhadap Kinerja Bisnis sebuah Perusahaan . Kata kunci: Pengiriman Tepat Waktu oleh Pemasok, Keterlibatan Pelanggan, Kinerja Bisnis. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effects of Timely Delivery by Suppliers and Customers Involvement, on the Business Performance of a Company. Research using primary data, obtained from distributing questionnaires, consisted of giving written questions to respondents. Furthermore, responses from respondents consisted of questionnaire data, processed using Descriptive Statistics, then published through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24. Considered as 60 Manufacturing Division employees at PT. Cipta Metalindo Tower, located in the MM 2100 area, Jalan Guinea, Blok LL No. 7-10, Cikarang, Bekasi. The results of this study concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between Timely Delivery by Suppliers and Customers Engagement on the Business Performance of a Company.
