Solar energy is transforming to be the promising renewable energy resource that could be used efficiently for human basic needs like cooking. This study presents the performance analysis of solar cooking instruments based on their geometrical aspects. The main aim is to find the best solar cooking device that can efficiently absorb heat reflecting from its surface. Here we evaluated the performance of parabolic type solar reflector and Scheffler type solar reflector in terms of its thermal efficiency and losses. The main dependent factor for this comparative analysis is the geometry of the reflectors with a diameter of 1.5 m and the radiation of the sun. For better reflectivity in both receiver and concentrator or reflector medium, stainless steel material is used. Depending on these factors, we have evaluated performance of both the reflectors and found satisfactory results. Theoretical and simulated results over various conditions prove that the Scheffler reflector performs well compared to parabolic collector.

Leadership is a crucial desire for all kinds of organizations. If the answer to the question, “what is meant leadership to the people in corporate?” is explored the answer will be in variety and will give various perspectives of leadership. This is because leadership is something unique in every different unique situation. There are leaders in various organizations but all of them lead in their own different ways and styles and many times they are successful too. The reason for having different answers on leadership is that every superior lead in different way and every subordinate experiences different style and pattern of leadership and in many times also witnesses the success of the organization. Some define leader as who influences other and encourages them to work, others feel good leader is one who guides others, and some think leader is the one who empowers his/her subordinates. Leadership has continuously evolved because of situational changes like changes in external environment and/ or changes in internal settings of organization.

The paper deals with a capacity building project carried out by Politecnico di Milano and the three main technical universities of Tanzania aimed at stimulating high education in mechatronics and at giving professors the tools to design new mechatronics courses in the universities of the Country. This work is focused on the activities carried out at Mbeya University of Science and Technology (M.U.S.T.) where, within one week of intensive course, Tanzanian professors had the opportunity to develop a mechatronic system. The approach was aimed not just at teaching main subjects of a mechatronics course, but also at suggesting how these courses could involve university students on topics that will be a challenge for the emerging industry of the country.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic degenerative disease characterized by an increase in glucose levels in the blood. Anxiety and sleep quality disturbances are problems that are often experienced by people with diabetes mellitus due to prolonged stressors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of psychoreligious therapy on anxiety scores and sleep quality scores in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the Junrejo Health Center, Batu City. This study used a queasy experimental design with a pretest and posttest control group design. The number of samples was 36 respondents who were divided into the experimental group (psychoreligious therapy) and the control group (health education) each of 18 respondents. The sample selection used purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that psychoreligious therapy has ρ value < 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the difference in anxiety scores and the difference in sleep quality scores before and after being given psychoreligious therapy, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. This study concludes that psychoreligious therapy is more effective than health education on anxiety and sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Location of home plays an important role in a fire disaster prevention management program. The objective of this management program is to determine the reduction in the number of fires by changing the home location from high to low fire potential. 21 volunteers are asked to participate in the survey. They visited 42 homes. From their experience and subjective opinion, the following results are obtained. The fatalities are reduced from 100 to 17 when the location of the home is changed from high history of low historical areas. Thus, it is concluded that statistically there is a significant reduction in the fatalities as shown below. The above conclusion is supported by the following statistical indicators. The p-score, one tailed t value, and standard deviation are 0.0%, 199.01 and 2.89 respectively.

Decreased body fat is an important thing to do in menopausal women whose estrogen levels decrease with the addition of age. One way to lose body fat is elderly gymnastics. The elderly gymnastics movement has evolved a lot but no senior gymnastics has focused on body fat loss. The aim of this study is to find out the effect of elderly gymnastics modification on the decrease in body fat in menopausal women. Method of this research is quasi-experimental, in 35 menopausal women given modified elderly gymnastics focused on the reduction of body fat, while 35 respondents with standard senior gymnastics. This study with a frequency of 1x/week for 3 months. After doing senior gymnastics modification 12 times for 3 months, there was an average difference in the percentage of total body fat menopause in all four measurements between groups of 5.5%, elderly gymnastics modification as well as elderly gymnastics older version maintains the stability of visceral fat percentage in menopausal women, a decrease in abdominal fat thickness of 1.1 mm with an average difference between the 3rd and 4th measurements by 7.6%. Abdominal circumference in menopausal women decreased in the treatment group by 1 cm, while in the control group experienced an increase of 0.3 cm after 3 months of treatment. In the treatment group, there was a decrease in triglyceride levels after treatment compared to the control group. Elderly gymnastic modification can decrease body fat gradually after the 2nd month (8th week) intervention in menopausal women.
