Abstract

The digital age has transformed the way we collect and analyze data on social behavior and business decisions. Big data analytics is a powerful tool that can help us uncover insights and patterns that were previously hidden, and can support more informed decision-making. This paper reviews the research methods that have been used to study social behavior and business decisions in the digital age, with a focus on big data analytics. We discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with collecting and analyzing large volumes of data, and highlight some of the key ethical considerations that researchers need to be aware of. We also provide examples of how big data analytics has been used to address important questions in the areas of social behavior and business decisions, and discuss some of the implications of these findings for theory and practice.

Abstract

The great agri-food supply chain has had a decisive influence on the recent worsening of the agricultural crisis traditionally suffered by country farming, not only in underdeveloped countries but also in the developed world. Due to their increasing global power and territorial and economic growth, suppliers now have total control of the whole food chain. Consequently, they select only those producers who are able to comply with the strict rules and regulations enforced as regards product quality, quantity and appearance, forging close links with the agro industry and agro-export models. The agri-food chain in Norway is a complex and dynamic sector that faces a range of challenges related to sustainability, equity, and globalization. To address these challenges, it will be important to engage in interdisciplinary and participatory research that involves stakeholders from across the sector.

Abstract

Ischemic stroke is a circulatory disorder in brain is caused by reduced or stopped blood flow in some areas of brain. It can be caused by thrombotic lesions resulting from atherosclerosis and by emboli that have detached from the lesions atherosclerosis in the heart or cerebral arteries. Ischemic stroke category consists of emboli and lacunae. Characteristic profile clinical manifestations of acute embolic stroke are sudden onset with maximal neurologic deficits. Embolic often originate from heart or from ulcerative carotid plaques. Atrial fibrillation is a predisposing factor for cardiac thrombus, associated with six times of risk increase in strokes. The patient had a diagnosis with a clinical description of a history of post cerebrovascular disorder non hemorrhagic (CVD-NH/ischemic stroke) with hypercoagulable state from an outpatient clinic on April 13th, 2016 for examination antithrombin III (AT III), protein C, protein S, ACA IgG, ACA IgM, fibrinogen, D-dimer, and INR.

Abstract

To achieve prosperity, every citizen has the right to receive the services they need. The government then increases people’s access to these services through the Integrated Service and Referral System (SLRT) at the district/city level and networks with the Social Welfare Center (PUSKESOS) at the village/sub-district level. However, unfortunately, many residents still find it difficult to access the basic services they need. This research then aims to develop an engineering model that can solve and meet the needs of the development of Social Health Centers in West Java. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis method used is R&D. Then, the data used in this study came from various research results and interviews. The results of this study then produced a referral service model through Puskesos in Indonesia. This model focuses more on strengthening the capacity of social volunteers as Puskesos officers. Through this model, it is hoped that various problems and needs in developing Puskesos in West Java can be resolved.

Abstract

Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) is excellent process to reuse the wastes from human activities or residual waste becomes renewable energy and also cut off the wastes volumes prior to transporting to landfill, it is an apart of supporting climate change mitigation due to waste generation and green house affect. This study is to focus on: 1. study on ratio of the waste material component to produce the RDF and, 2. testing and find out the RDF properties and calorific value of each material component. Therefore, according to the experiments found that, the mixtures of the plastics and dry leaves, plastics and papers, papers and dry leaves and plastics, papers and dry leaves indicated the calorific value are 14.91( ), 14.11( ), 15.02( ), 14.91( ) and 15.39 ( ), respectively.

Abstract

ICT's rapid growth should benefit society. ICT can empower the poor, grow the economy, and develop society. However, ICT infrastructure growth is still not able to reach all levels of society, and its use might produce gender disparities in accessing social networks and social capital, especially for women. Women are still underrepresented in IT development. Skills, education, language barriers, time restrictions, sexy stereotypes that make women easy targets for harassment, and changing cultural and social standards all contribute to the digital divide of women. Information and communication technology is used to study social progress and gender gap (ICT). This study uses qualitative descriptive methodologies. This study revealed that social development based on ICT could be the key to economic growth and empowering the marginalized. Still, social development with ICT can create a gap that we know as the digital divide. The development of this digital divide is not only caused by the absence of tools but more than that due to a gender gap.

Abstract

This research is a normative juridical study of non-fungible token (NFT) regarding the position of NFT in relation to positive law in Indonesia, legal certainty for bankrupt assets in the form of NFT and the efforts that can be made by curators in order to optimize bankruptcy assets in the form of NFT. The results of this study indicate that NFT has met the classification of immovable and indivisible movable objects. The provisions of Article 21, Article 98 and 101 Paragraph (1) of the Bankruptcy Law have provided legal certainty to curators and bankrupt creditors that NFT is a bankrupt asset that must be optimized by the curator to pay off the debts of debtors. There are 3 main obstacles by the curator in optimizing bankrupt assets in the form of NFT, in the process of registering NFT as bankrupt assets, the process of determining the best time to sell NFT and the method of selling NFT based on the Bankruptcy Law. Against these obstacles, the Bankruptcy Law and positive law have provided efforts that can be taken by curators in the context of optimizing bankrupt assets.
