Abstract

Abstract

The company must have a unique strategy to help grow its business. One of the ways to strengthen the company's business is by estimating the company's profit. This is because with an estimated profit, the company can manage the transactions made. Some companies still use a manual profit determination process that requires several steps. Processes that are carried out manually result in a long time, which can cause delays in completing tasks and results that are less accurate than desired. Multiple linear regression is an algorithm used to determine the relationship between the dependent variable and at least two independent variables. This algorithm is a type of supervised learning algorithm that develops estimation models based on input data. The use of this algorithm is included in part of machine learning. Implementation of machine learning to calculate company profit estimates using the Python programming language. From the estimation results using multiple linear regression and Python programming, the result is that multiple linear regression can be utilized or used to predict company profits. 98% of Profit is influenced by independent factors, namely R&D Spend and Marketing Spend, while the remaining 2% is influenced by variables that are not included in this calculation.

Abstract

The deradicalization programme is mandated by Law No. 5/2018, especially in approaching prisoners of terrorism. The deradicalization programme is carried out so that prisoners abandon their acts of violence and crime and even abandon radical thoughts or ideologies. This programme is implemented both inside and outside the prison. This research reveals the deradicalization program experienced by terrorism convict Wahyu Hidayat. This research is qualitative research with a case study research type. The primary data in this research are interviews with Wahyu Hidayat, Densus 88 Anti-Terror Polri investigators and BNPT deradicalization personnel. The results of this research show that, currently, the disengagement program for Wahyu Hidayat has succeeded in making him leave his group, Wahyu Hidayat is still in prison in the stage of developing his identity and social reintegration with various programs. Based on this, the rapid change in Wahyu Hidayat's attitude needs to be a precaution for BNPT in conducting identification as an initial stage of deradicalization, as well as the need for a sustainable program to ensure Wahyu Hidayat does not re-offend.

Abstract

The high number of marriages and divorces in Indonesia, particularly in the DKI Jakarta area, is caused by the lack of readiness to marry both physically, mentally, and socially to be together in carrying out all of the family's obligations. The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of knowledge and effectiveness between the use of audio-visual media and lectures on the level of knowledge of young adults about family preparation. This research uses the quasi-experimental method with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study is "Karang Taruna" in the Cipayung District, East Jakarta. The determination of sample size was calculated using a hypothetical test formula of two proportions: the determination of samples with purposive sampling and 33 respondents for audiovisual media and 33 respondents for lectures. The data were tested with statistical tests such as paired t-tests and sample t-tests using the SPSS programme. The results of the study show that there is an influence between audio-visual and lecture methods in family planning on the knowledge of young or early adults, with the method of lectures (p = 0.01) and audio-visual (p = 0.00). There are also significant differences in knowledge between lecture methods and audiovisual methods towards improving young or early adult knowledge about family planning, with a P value of 0.000. The differences in effectiveness have been found for the value of audio-visuals (M value = 41.612 and P value =.001), while the value of lectures is M value = 19,550 and P value =.001. From the result above, it can be concluded that audio-visual have higher effectiveness compared to lectures.

Abstract

Abstract

One alternative to exercise during pregnancy is to participate in belly dance, which is fun and will increase the confidence of pregnant women. This study aimed to determine the effect of belly dance on the duration of the second stage of labor and the condition of the newborn. The research design is quasi-experimental. The intervention group consisted of pregnant women participating in belly dance at least 4 times. At the same time, the control group is pregnant women who do not participate in belly dance. The sampling technique was quota sampling. The samples of pregnant women with a gestational age of 26 weeks were 30 pregnant women in the intervention group and 30 pregnant women in the control group. The study was conducted at the Kebon Jeruk and Palmerah Health Centers in March – December 2017. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents in the intervention and control groups were almost the same, namely age at risk, high education, not working, and multipara. There was a significant difference in the second stage of labor duration after the Belly dance was performed in the intervention group. There was no significant difference in the baby's weight at birth after the Belly dance was performed in both the intervention and control groups. In addition to belly dance, parity also influences belly dance on the duration of the second stage of labor. It is recommended that the Kebon Jeruk sub-district health center introduce belly dance movements to pregnant women as a variation in pregnancy exercise activities
